update:
I
had
previously
rated
my
stay
as
very
poor.
Especially
because
they
had
no
hot
water
in
the
room
and
despite
our
interactions
with
the
staff,
after
the
problem
was
detected,
we
were
not
informed
until
we
found
out
by
ourselves,
when
prepared
to
shower
the
next
morning.
After
a
formal
complaint,
I
still
felt
that
their
customer
service
was
deplorable,
almost
as
they
didn't
care.
And
the
piece
of
resistance
was
calling
them
10
minutes
after
we
checked
out,
under
a
different
name,
and
booking
a
room
for
that
same
day,
without
any
warning
or
concern
from
their
side.
This
is
my
second
stay
there.
The
first
stay
we
didn't
stay
more
than
15
minutes,
after
entering
a
lousy
and
dirty
room.
Decided
to
give
a
second
chance.
How
I
regret
it...
