It's a very welcoming community. The school is very clean and organized. The professors and coaches are knowledgeable, very professional, and patient with the students. They are able to adjust to make sure the students grasp the technique being taught. I highly recommend this school if you're looking to learn jiu jitsu or muay thai. They have classes for both adults and children and the schedule is very accommodating especially for working parents.

With over 30 years experience with USKO, all I can say is the instructors, classmates, facilities and everything about the organization is top notch. I would give it 6 Stars if I could. I highly recommend training here and making it part of your entire families life style.

Great classes for kids and adults. They welcome all experience levels. The coaches are great with kids and super patient.

Brought my son here to try out jiu jitsu & ended up trying the kick boxing as well & he’s really enjoying both! The instructors are really friendly & good with the kids. Toward the end of class they incorporate games which I think is super great because the kids have a lot of fun. They have free trial classes so if you’re thinking about signing up your kid or even yourself I would definitely recommend this place!

The coaching staff here is very welcoming and humble. The students are also very friendly and help you out with a lot! They have kick boxing classes, wrestling, Brazilian jui-jitsu, and cardio classes to keep you in shape. Joey is great guy and very friendly, I love this gym! 5 stars
