Doctors don't listen to what's is wrong with you even after you are following up with an er visit and they finally give you something that works but she won't let you stay on it . I wouldn't go here is you have migraines. The doctor must have never had one because she blow me off and gave me medicine that I have already had and it doesn't work for me. If you want someone to listen and actually help you go somewhere else. Or you will need up like me in pain and once again losing faith in the medical field.

Every time I come here I am on time to my daughters appointment. I make it a point to do early mornings between 9-11 because they open at 9 and I want to get out of here quickly. Today her appointment was at 9am and it’s 40 min in and I’m still waiting to be seen. Happens every single time i hate this place.

Terrible waiting time for an "APPOINTMENT" over an hr. Nurses are just talking and giggling in the back. & not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for anyone’s children . I transferred my child to caduceus medical group, we love it :)

This place doesnt deserve such low rating. Its quick in n out for my twins, doctors r nice

They have a horrible service!! I had to make an appointment for my daughter and the ladies at front desk answered my call and put me on hold after 8 to 10 minutes they hung up!😡 The 4th time they didn't even answer my call they transferred my call to a main office....

Got there 20mins before my appointment and waited a hour and a half before I could see my doctor and than waited another 30mins.

I went to this place on 2/1/23 because I had made an appointment for my mother at 930am, turns out our appointment was canceled because the doctor who was going to see my mother was not going to be there, they said they called me once to notify me which I never answer and never saw, didn’t even left a message so I ask if there was any other doctor that can see my mother they said yes but we had to wait and see if someone cancel their appointment or don’t show up when we previously had made an appointment, first they say we had to wait one hour then maybe an hour and a half then 2 hours what in the world I just grab my mother and walk out of this place the front desk guy wasn’t even sure of what he was doing or saying vey bad service, I don’t agree with canceling your appointment without your approval or comfirmation or your awareness never going back to this place, don’t recommend it

Better have a appointment...or you gonna wait 2 hrs before being seen
