Two weeks ago I decided I needed to try something new for the chronic pain I’ve been suffering from for three years and took a chance on Dr. Moon. It was easy to book online. I was a little nervous for first appointment but the staff made me feel relaxed and explained everything in detail. Overall the experience was relaxing and helped me with my pain. Dr. Moon suggested I come back in a week for cupping to remove blood clots and more acupuncture. I just left my second appointment and I am truly blown away by how effective the blood clot removal was! For the first time in years I don’t have horrible pain in my shoulders and foot. I can’t wait to go back next time and cannot recommend Dr. Moon enough!

I started seeing Dr. Whang about 6 months ago for severe stomach issues and allergies. In that time my digestion has improved dramatically and my allergies are much more controlled. She is also very gentle with needles, I really don’t feel them. Very highly recommended, thank you!

Dr. Moon Whang is a gifted diagnostician and healer. I initially went to her because I was in chronic pain and experiencing very low energy. After one treatment my pain level was improving and after a few sessions my energy level was rising. I’m not a fan of needles, but she is incredibly gentle. Recently I told her that I had developed an acute, sharp pain in my back the prior day. I thought it was muscular but Dr. Whang stated that it was clotted blood from a prior surgery that was pressing on a nerve. She worked her magic, removed the clot and I walked out in much less discomfort. The next day it was even better! Thank you Dr. Whang.

I have migraine for over 40 years, and have treated by many places without much result. When I visited this place with my wife, I was lucky to meet Moon. After a few treatments, the number of migraine attacks have reduced tremendously and not so severe like before. I deeply appreciate her warm care and skills in acupuncture. I would definitely recommend Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Clinic. Dr. Whang really helped me with my Bell’s Palsy. She was professional and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and gave me the best treatment. Her treatment was excellent. She treated me with great kindness and helpfulness. I would recommend her at any time!

Dr. Whang is awesome! I've been seeing her for acupuncture twice weekly for several months. Each visit brings fast and lasting relief from the side affects of pregnancy and chemotherapy. I always leave our appointments feeling more comfortable and relaxed than when I arrived. I started acupuncture a few days after chemotherapy and strongly suspect that my ongoing lack of severe symptoms is largely thanks to acupuncture. Dr. Whang is exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She has helped me tremendously! Update 6 months later: Radiation therapy left severe burns. Moon treated the area with acupuncture and the skin is now healing beautifully. Moon's acupuncture is miraculous and works wonders as burn treatment!!!

I originally came here to try acupuncture after trying various other forms of treatment for shoulder, low back, and leg pain. It was explained to me that my insurance would cover the acupuncture but any other treatment would be out of pocket. Dr Whang suggested I try 3-5 sessions of cupping as well as the acupuncture. After the first session I noticed some relief. We ended on session 4 with some herbal medicine to take for a week after. I haven't felt this good in years. This treatment has helped me more than physical therapy, chiropractic and the general doctor. I no longer feel the constant need to stretch my legs and back to get pain relief. I would highly suggest getting treatment here.

Dr. Moon has helped me after regular Drs failed to properly diagnose my breathing issues for months. I have enjoyed her acupuncture mixed with Chinese herbs that both have helped me to feel better. The place is nice, clean, and very relaxing. Her and her assistant are also very friendly and professional.

I came here out of desperation for my IC. I had recently developed it and I didn’t know what else to do. My normal doctor and urologist were wanting to put a numbing solution in my bladder for the pain, but that was the extent of what they said they could do and I didn’t want a band-aid; I wanted healing. Thankfully, Dr. Moon was available and she was very calming and attentive, I felt I could trust her judgment. After the acupuncture and cupping I can happily say I am back to my old life again for the most part. I can drink caffeine again and eat what I want without it being a problem. My IC used to be what I revolved my day around, it hindered my work and overall life a lot. I feel truly blessed to have been able to come here on such short notice as I was leaving the next day to return home from Disneyland. If I lived in the area I would come here again without hesitation. Though the cupping wasn’t exactly comfortable, I think that, in combination with the acupuncture, put me on the path to healing. Words can't describe how happy and the relief I have right now...I have had a really bad case of sciatica for about 7 weeks now...there isnt a position i could make that would allow me to sleep...so no sleep, laughing hurt, coughing hurt, lowering my jaw to open my mouth so I can eat would shoot a pain from the back all the way down the hamstring, calf and to the foot...tremendous amount of pain and discomfort...I just left this place an hour ago and I feel so much better!...I feel amazing...combination of the cupping and acupuncture worked really well...I'm about 30 to 40% better right off the bat with the first visit...I am so happy right now! highly recommend this place...and they're so nice!

Dr. Whang has a very sunny personality. She doesn't mind explaining things because I ask a lot of questions. I am coming to her for upper back, shoulder, and neck pinching. I've had this issue for years but I'm definitely loving not constantly feel the pressure across my upper back. I HATE NEEDLES and most times I don't feel it but some areas it's unavoidable. She is very gentle.
