It contains 12 classes Then I wanted to get more experience in MMA so I bought 4 more classes worth $432 After i choose a specific coach and training plan Unfortunately also after I pay 💰, Change their words and plans and the specific coach providing leave this GYM! So they sell some things not existing In fact,I behaved that unprofessional way and evidence cares about money more than the client. It is unfortunate to see a gym bearing the n UFC logo and lead this brand to collapse. Until today, more than 20 days have passed, I am waiting for the refund, but there is no response from the seller, so Gabe Sanchez “Manager” he can not respond to my email or call, I do not think that the workers in this place feel prod After they read it!

A $23.50 review. I would not recommend this gym. They charge me $23.50 fee charge for paying a few days late due to a lost debit card, they kept running the payment to until the bank finally authorized the payment on the new card, some how they have my new card on file ( this is the bank's fault also, they been notified) but when I asked for an exception an refund on the late payment charge due to obvious reasons the Ops mgr Pamela Clark didn't care she stuck to the company policy and contract and said that it would not do any good to even try to ask for a refund because according to her they would never do it so why bother. I asked for a corporate number to call, and she gave a number that leads nowhere. I'm a new member and so far not a good experience, lack of effort and empathy on trying to assist a new member, I would not recommend.

If your sick and need to freeze or cancel they dont care. They are telling me I am require to come in to cancel. My membership is still not freeze or canceled. I reached out 8 times. #UFCGYM wants to contract and transmit COVID-19 Update: the new management is awesome I edit my review from 1 to 5 now.

It is a very clean gym. It is a public gym, but it feels like a private gym because of the location. I enjoy the free classes that come with my gym membership.

The problem is after you quit they keep charging your card. After many phone calls and charge backs they are still charging my card. Not worth the hassle. I might have to cancel my card. Find another gym.

Gym locker and bathroom area is disgusting! They are always dirty!!! The floors always have hair toilets are not cleaned. Mgmt needs to get their act together when it comes to hygiene.

If zero stars was possible i would of chosen it, First of all It smelt like sweaty sewage and all the equipment is greasy and clearly never cleaned, And the customer service was horrible workers on their phone while we were waiting at the front desk and trainers wearing flip flops while instructing

Awesome small Gym. Never packed and equipment always kept clean. Only thing missing is a Sauna.

Best gym that I’ve been at so far I love my personal trainers, 100% would recommend to close family and friends Great work out environment

I have been to a lot of different gyms across the country and this gym is the best by far. The facilities are always immaculately clean. All the machines are always in good working order and clean. Every time I go here it isn't crowded and I always can get in a full workout. The recovery section is well worth it. I use it every time I go.

So positive. Staff so welcome. Pam, gabe , Ryan. Gustavo I can keep going on lol all of them. Personal training, Melanie Hurley 🔥classes, highly recommended. My son loves boxing. All the mma coaches are great. Rob, kent, carlos alden. The kids club is great. They play games. Everyone is awesome.

Great gym ! Best gym I've been to so far and I don't plan on canceling anytime soon.

I love everything about this gym, except that they don't have late HITT classes. The last class is at 5pm. Once I start to work I won't be able to go. Also, when there's events in the house of blues it's hard to find parking and you end up being late to class 😒

Great gym. Was just in town visiting and felt right at home there.

Was there just for a tour. If I was living under better circumstances and had the money this is the gym I'd spend my time at. Shout out Ryan Diaz for an amazing tour of the facilities and listening to me babble!

Very friendly staff and equipment is always well taken care of. would recommended to anyone. 10/10
