Do not use this place. The way they handle your deceased makes the grief of loosing someone pale in comparison. I've been trying to order a marker for my dad's grave for the past 8 months. When I showed up today to see why nothing has been done, they told me they need a signature to get things started. When I raised my voice out of frustration, I was called "rude". They know they have your love one deep in the ground, so what am I gonna do about it, right?

Our sweet sister passed from Covid-19, we didn’t have a Mortuary in place due to her sudden death. We called several places, we didn’t want to have our sister in the freezer out back in the hospital. Melrose abbey took my sister in and took very good care of her, until we were able to get her to her final resting place. Ursula took my initial call. She was very friendly and she showed compassion. She made arrangements for my sister to be picked up from the hospital that same day. When it was time to purchase the items for my sister Tim is the person who helped us. We did a virtual video appointment. My nephew was very comfortable making these decisions in the comfort of his home. It was very relaxed and Tim guided us throughout the process. The night before the funeral services my nephew was able to go see his mama (my sister) they did an excellent job with my sister. The day of the funeral everything was flawless, perfect! The flower arrangement were placed so beautifully. Chuck informed us with every detail, he was very respectful and had a kind heart. The team from the office, management, Coordinator was outstanding! I am very thankful for everything they did for our sweet sister. We appreciate everyone . Thank you

Thus cemetery is in shambles. I went today to put flowers on my grandma, brother and mom and dad's graves and they were so piled high and covered in dirt that I almost couldn't find one headstone and never did find my mom and dad's. This is not acceptable! Very disappointing! I have pictures but there is no option to upload them.

The loss of a loved one is almost always challenging for various reasons. However, I want to Thank Abby and the rest of the staff at Melrose Abbey for treating my family and I, so well when we had to lay our mother to rest. Their caring ways towards us in such a difficult time will always be appreciated.

This cemetery and mortuary is very incompetent. My sister passed away in Jan 2023, she was buried on Jan 27, and until now they still don't have my sister tombstone. Their reason because my other member of family changed her name from viet to english name, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE, we never changed name, it was always from the start we use american name for my diseased sister. come to find out...it was their fault and they tried to cover up....One of their staff went on medical leave and no one knows what he was doing, he went on medical leave without ordering the tombstone for my sister...So when he came back after 1 or 2 months, they started to order and they said from China, it takes 3months to be done and shipped to USA...this is ver incompetent...one staff leaves for any reason the supervisor or other staff needs to take over and take care of the situation....We bought 10 plots in this mortuary...can you imagine we are still alive now and we have to deal with this mess...imagine when we are all dead, how can our off spring know about these and take care???? Please check them out carefully before you purchase the plot here....I am very disappointed, and if by Sept they still don't have my sister tombstone...they better believe it I will take them to court....,my sister passed almost 6 months without a name.... now after yelling and screaming at them, they finally gave my sister a tiny plastic name tag on the grave site...how sad!!!

We used your facility for my moms services. We are Hindu and had special ceremonial needs. I can’t express enough my gratitude to Abigail and her team for making the process so easy. The compassion, availability to answer questions and follow through to ensure we had a smooth process, which it was. The day of every item was taken care of and we got to grieve as we said goodbye without worrying about anything. Hindu funeral ceremonies can be demanding and Abby was amazing. I thank you for you and Melrose for your facility. I highly recommend this location for funeral/memorial service needs.

The sudden loss of a loved one is never easy, however, the staff at Melrose Abbey was absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to have had Ursula work with us through the entire process. She was kind, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate everything to fulfill all of my brothers wishes. There are no words to express how much we appreciate everything Ursula did. The day of the service Peter was on top of our order of events and guided us through smoothly and efficiently through the entire evening. Miranda was amazing and answered all of our questions. My brother was honored exactly as we wanted him to be from start to finish and it was all because of these incredible individuals.

Abby and her staff, John and Rachel are some of the nicest and kindest people I have come across. They were very easy to work with helped with all the arrangements, programs and set-up. They are consummate professionals.

A wonderful place to have service for grieving families as the staff is extremely polite, courteous and professional. They take care of all the details so that the families don't have to stress out about the little details during this tough time.

While looking for a funeral service for a childless friend who passed away during his wife critically ill hospitalizing, we, the friend’s relatives and I, made a few phone calls to different mortuaries, funeral places. Based on prices and services/package plan selections, we decided to select Melrose Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary. It was a great choice and great experience. Everyone we worked with, especially Ursula David, Christopher, and Ocean Sindelar, showed professionalism. From arrangement meeting to the last minute of the cremation service, they always patiently explained and walked us through the many steps process that we did not know. Since everyone who involved with the funeral service, from the family to all of the decedent’s friends, was satisfied with each and every service performed by the Mortuary, we five-star rating recommend them.

We just buried my grandfather at Melrose Abbey. Everyone I worked with at Melrose Abbey was amazing - compassionate, responsive, responsible, and personable. Their facilities are beautiful and peaceful. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

My family has been doing business since 1962 with Melrose Abbey. Plots are maintenance well with the property always immaculate. Tim (staff) extremely helpful pertaining to information regarding family there and went with me to find location of my grandmother. Did not go unnoticed the effort he gave to give me correct answers. Very happy with this visit here.
