If you are looking for a hotel that is family friendly while visiting Disneyland this is it! Staff is friendly, rooms are big and clean, two TVs, complimentary breakfast has lots of options for kids and adults (bagels, toast, cereal, variety of drinks, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, hash brown) Margarita in the kitchen was absolutely the best! She made us feel welcomed and was very accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the floors were pretty dirty, we all had to wipe our feet before getting into bed because they were always covered in dirt. One of the best things is you can text when you need any service and they were very quick to help you. You have to pay extra for the shuttle to Disney, its not very much, but was a surprise the service did not come free. Other than the floors being dirty, the room was very nice and staff was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!!

I was incredibly surprised by the value to quality ratio of Capri Suites. I normally stay at value hotels during my Disneyland trips, so I'm used to dingy walls and floors, no breakfast and questionable bathrooms. We got a wonderful free breakfast, the whole room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spotless! Not to mention, it's two blocks away from the Toy Story Parking Lot for Disneyland! For $50 more than what I normally spend, I would stay here again without hesitation.

This was by far the biggest rip off. Do not waste your money here. The lady in the front office is extremely disrespectful. The lied to me several times. All night long till five in the morning it sounded like someone was running up stairs or moving furniture but they told me no one was up there. They tried to make me out as if I’m stupid and hearing things. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom to shower. The water didn’t even get hot it was room temperature at its highest. The breakfast had no flavor and the waffles were like cardboard. All and all I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Do yourself the favor and spend the couple extra dollars for literally anything else

Amazing front desk staff made booking a stay both enjoyable and easy, truly a memorable experience. Emely and Evelyn were so accommodating and attentive to my needs whilst my stay (even going as far as to waive parking fees to counter any inconvenience.) Will definitely be recommending the Capri Suites Anaheim to friends and colleagues looking for a home away from home next to the Happiest Place on Earth 💕✨

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Capri Suites Anaheim. The staff were kind and friendly. We loved the room. There was a sitting area in the room which we enjoyed. Sometimes you don’t always want to lay in the bed to watch TV. More importantly the room was CLEAN! The lighting in the room was bright so you saw just how clean the room was. It was our first stay there and it won’t be our last. We already booked a stay there in a few months.

This is a really nice place, the breakfast is good (eggs, hash browns, sausages and waffles are available fresh and warm). The rooms are big, it's like 20 minutes walking away from Disneyland and there is an ART stop right in front (when you come back, not going to Disneyland, the one for going is like 4 minutes away). They also let you keep your bags there for free for a while after check out.

It's close to Disneyland, the room seemed clean and no bugs, there was a weird odor but that didn't bother us too much. I only removed one star because the parking lot is hectic. It's very difficult to park in such a tight space and it's also hard to turn around because of how little space there is. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay. One more thing though, you can hear everything outside if someone is walking above you or in the halls, but it was fine, I'm a heavy sleeper mostly.

A little oasis in Anaheim! I wasn't sure what to expect as we booked last minute because we needed a pet friendly hotel for our stay. This place exceeded my expectations from start to finish. For starters, the check in was painless and quick. The customer service is top notch! They even provide you with a # to text should you have questions or need anything. They actually respond and quick. Second the room was wonderful. If you're expecting luxury this isn't the place for you. On the other hand, if you're expecting comfort, cleanliness and great yet modern but simple room decor then this is a great option. The continental breakfast was wonderful! They have a small window you go up to and order things like Waffles, eggs, bacon and/or sausage. They have a cereal bar, great coffee, and everything you need to have a great morning. Again, if you're going to Disneyland this is wonderful to get your family off to a wonderful start without breaking the bank. You can take the food up to your room or stay there and eat. The eat in area was super clean and pleasant. They offer shuttle service to and from the parks for a reasonable small fee but if you choose to walk it's a short walk to and from. The amenities in the room were great, the shampoo and conditioner provided smelled wonderful and they don't give you those tiny bottles but have large dispensing in shower bottles. Lastly, I want to talk about how safe we felt here. They have an elevator than can only be accessed with your hotel key card. I saw a security on property and never once felt unsafe. It was quiet overall. Seriously this is a great option for families on your trip to Disneyland. You already pay an arm and a leg for everything at the parks it was nice to save money and feel safe in our hotel. Highly recommend!

Clean room, pleasant staff, fantastic value. Breakfast was not bad considering the cost of the room. There are nicer places but they are going to cost a lot more. This room was on the cheaper side of things in the area and way nicer then i was expecting for the price.

We have stayed here twice in the last month to go to Disneyland. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful, especially Chris at the front desk. Breakfast is good, from hot (waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage) to cold foods ( cereal, bagels - toaster available). The coffee is great too! We stayed there a couple of weeks ago, and 2 days after getting home, realized we had left a $130 portable Bose speaker in the room. When we called, they had it and held it for days until my husband could pick it up. We didn't think to ask if they could mail it, because we only live 45 minutes away, but I have a feeling they would have if we asked. A bonus is the ART (Anaheim transport) stop is right in front of the hotel. For $6/day per person, ART is worth it for a family of 4 to get around. This is definitely our go to place when we visit the parks. For the best price, call and book direct.

The only good thing during my last trip and i mean THE ONLY good thing is the breakfast and not really the food specifically but the lovely ladies running it. I hope nothing but the best for them. My honest opinion, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I stayed at this hotel on 3 different occassions first 2 were actually pretty good, i went as far as to reccomend this hotel. But my last visit was TERRIBLE. There was dead flies under my pillows as soon as i checked in to the room almost as if they were killed and then left under the pillows instead of cleaned up. AC hardly works, had to sleep directly infront of it to not wake up sweating. And the PARKING. I understand first come first serve, but dont sell parking passes when you dont have enough spaces. Didnt think "first come first serve" and a 15 dollar price tag per night for parking meant having the option to park only if the stars alligned right. And the people in the front desk i understand probably arent at fault and it maybe some higher management overlooking, or lack of some kind of system. But for the only possible solution is "park by the pho restaraunt or next to the jack in the box" you start to wonder if this has happened before, spoiler alert, it has. Not only has it happened before in the past but the issue is still ongoing. DO BETTER FIND A SOLUTION. you have people with kids that pay the darn parking fee, force then to seek paeking somewhere else, and after a long day of being at a themepark, have them walk to the hotel. DO BETTER.

The good: clean rooms, adequate basic breakfast, friendly staff. Disneyland bus comes right to the entrance. The not so good: no way to darken room (no curtains, just light leaking shades); no side tables (except miniature one between beds) or countertops; no chair except desk chair; all lights are too bright, wirh no small low light option. No safe. No weather stripping around door. Bring earplugs-hard flooring means you hear everything above you.

The room had no trash cans, no closet, and the worse part of the stay was that their was no hot water to take showers. The staff was nice, the breakfast was ok. It was the cheapest hotel in the area but not worth what I paid.

Great location as the bus stops right in front of the hotel to carry you off to Disneyland. However, be careful about how you purchase the pass. We had to pay twice due to paying a third party. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting us straightened out. It is 16.00 for 3 days (unless you goof up and pay twice and it is all sales final. ) The bus comes around about every 30 min. or so. There were no luggage racks in the room and the beds were extremely hard. I will be looking at other hotels if I go back for this reason. The staff were so kind so it is unfortunate. The breakfast was served to you by staff with gloves on and I appreciated that. It was pretty good all in all. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hash brown patties, coffee, and juice. There were other options like toast and cereal and fruit.

I recommend this hotel. We were very comfortable. We had the Star Wars theme room. The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and always had smiles. They made us feel welcomed. Hot breakfast was delicious. That was an added plus. I didn't know we were getting. We have found our forever hotel when in town. A added plus was the taco truck across the street was the best!

Very modern, updated room (ours was a suite with a living room that had a couch/tv/desk). Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable king size bed. Beautiful shower area with rain shower head. Central to lots of restaurants but also very quiet and safe. Great FREE breakfast with waffles, sausages, eggs, cereal. A mile from Disney and accessible by the ARC tourist bus but we just walked <10 mins to the Toy Story lot where we caught the free shuttle (and went through Disney's bag check early so we could skip it at the main gate). I honestly don't know how they do it at this budget price point!

We stayed here for a marching band trip and I gotta say, it was an AMAZING time! I mean, being fair, most of the fun came from being with my crazy friends and doing fun stuff, like going to the beach or to Disneyland, both of which were fairly close by. However, whenever we came back to the hotel we found our rooms clean even after we’d tracked sand everywhere, and the atmosphere was very nice and very quiet so it wasn’t hard to catch some Zs. The staff was very nice, and good breakfast was served in the mornings which is a huge plus. Last year for marching band we stayed in a different hotel near St. George, which had a bit of extra protein crawling around in the cereal. Needless to say, this was a HUGE upgrade! As if the good service and quiet atmosphere weren’t enough, my group stayed in a room entirely themed after Star Wars! We were all confused at first, as teenagers would be, but it was FREAKING AWESOME! The walls had Star Wars themed decor, and assuming that wasn’t fancy enough, there were lightsabers hung above the bed frames that you could turn on! Perfect room for any Star Wars nerd, or even any person like me who just really enjoys Star Wars!

Rooms for the price are not worth it, with what we spent could have been at a much nicer room. They were very nice and we had no issues during our stay. Breakfast was okay but free so what can you say. Always hot coffee and they're so welcoming it was nice to be there.
