Ordered a grande and they only filled my cup a little over half. See pic below. When I asked for them to fill it up, I was told they would have to charge me more. Stay away from this Starbucks. They rip off their customers and obviously really bad customer service.

I live in Victorville I usually come down here in weekends to visit family and I kid you not very time I come to this Starbucks I get a caramel frappe and they seem to always sell me water it taste disgusting! Not good! I keep thinking maybe it will be different the next time and NO what a disappointment! Not coming here again! Your frappe taste disgusting 😡 Didn’t even drink it only took a sip because it’s disgusting 😡

I came to this store asking for a hot caramel machiatto and after i got home started drinking my coffe and it started tasting like cinnamon so after i was almost done with it towards the bottom i see this. Never going to the store again worst experiemce ever

We drive through for a Green tea, a Carmel Crunch, and a Pupachino for our Gypsy-dog!! Every Saturday!

No power outlets and a lot of homeless people bothering you. Probably not Starbucks fault but the local social issues

The baristas here are always friendly and welcoming. Very quick and courteous service!

What can I say? Just like most of all Starbucks. Consistent décor, the drinks are always about the same, cute geeky chicks working behind the counter. I ❤️ it!

I go here before work, they’re very consistent and FAST! I’ve been to several Starbucks but this location have the best wait time even on the busiest mornings :) great job!

Over priced and more popularity than quality. Lines are long but they do move them quite fast at the drive thru.

This place has changed for the better. Staff has always been very friendly but there was a weird atmosphere. Now it is nice and friendly again.

Great little Starbucks by my youngest daughters school. I run in and grab a drink or snack every now and then. The place is always clean, the staff is always nice, and the drinks are always great.

No electrical outlets. They secure all their wall outlets with flat outlet covers. They cut off all power to customers. So if you want to go there and study or to type up a memo, no power.

Always my go to for my morning pick me up. They are Extremely nice and friendly.

Only Starbucks, my wife likes going to!!! Staff is amazing!! They always greet us (mostly my wife) with a smile. We've gone to other Starbucks, and they just aren't the same. Our drinks are always on point, and the friendly service can't be beat!!!
