AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was a longtime, daily customer, but decided to move on to another location that has a drive-thru. This place reminded me of 3rd grade the way the employees behaved, with the manager Kristy as the "teacher" and her employees as her "students". When Kristy left a 3rd time for maternity leave, it got real bad - the worst I have ever experienced, which I told Kristy about when she returned from a long maternity absence. The wait times when mobile ordering are atrocious, and their curbside pick-up is a BIG JOKE, and if you spend 1-3 minutes talking to the employee who brings your drink to you, Josiah - or any other employee - will come out and tell the employee who brought your drink to you, that someone is on the phone for them (they have a call). This is their way of getting the person to come back inside and to not interact whatsoever w/ the customer! They even used this tactic when Kristy brought my drink to me! So unprofessional and the associates behave like grade school kids!! I will NEVER go back and they lost my business of over $2k / year! The new drive-thru location I go to now is SO MUCH BETTER and I am VERY happy I don't have to put up w/ the non-sense at this location anymore! Save yourself wasted time and headaches by going to your local drive-thru!

The drink itself was good but the customer service was amazing. An employee named Emily was extremely helpful and kind. Will be returning.

The gentleman in what I assumed is the Coffee Master apron with the Green Piping. He had no name tag on otherwise I would mention it. The time was between 8am-815am on 10/18. He was passing out mobile drinks and orders on the guest side. The reason I am leaving a review is that when I was standing and waiting for my drink I watched him handle every single drink. Grabbing each drink top down and placed his hands and fingers all over the mouth pieces. I know for a fact you are not supposed to grab a drink from the top. People put their mouths there. Really turned my stomach.

Good Morning! It seems that every time I go to the La Palma location, my order is always delayed and not how I ordered it. This morning I was the only one of two people in the store and it took almost 20 mins to receive my order. I had to ask where my order was and it turns out that the deer in head lights guy at the register never put my order in! I will NEVER be back to this location. The service is HORRIBLE and the staff could care less! I had to give it 1 star to post this. Zero is more accurate.

Very cute corner Starbucks next to the Bank of America. Trendy atmosphere with a good amount of seating. Not great parking unless you count the garage next door that is a bit small and only gives 30 min free parking. I tend to walk around a lot, so I park in the mall (3 hours free) and walk around.

This Starbucks was playing some of the most exotic music I have ever heard. Artist like Sundial, imagineering Just to name a couple. It was a very pleasant experience, not that typical loud grating usual stuff Starbucks is worldly known for.

Two comfy seats, thats what i like about this place. Otherwise not my so much favorite. Not too clean, dirty floor

Came here driving through yorba Linda the other day. Had a free drink so got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it was just another Starbucks. Nothing special or anything that made it better or worse than other Starbucks. If you go to starbucks, this is as good as other locations.

I’ve never had a problem until recently. I always come to this place with my family after church and the movies which are right next door. Unfortunately this time I was charged for my drink and my reward stars were used too. This was a bit upsetting. I had to call customer service to get them back. I like to give the benefit of the doubt to the employee. I hope that it was an honest mistake, but they did previously have malice towards me. So I don’t know if that has carried on to their job as I have not spoken to them since that incident. Overall a great experience except for this. I would hope this particular employee doesn’t have it out for me as the event that I am referring to happened years ago. Thank you for the amazing drinks and experiences. My family and I have been served well here.

I appreciate this Starbucks for being close to the office. The drinks are well made, food isn't 5 stars but its something to put in your stomach until lunchtime comes around. BUT my biggest ick with this location is that they never fail to put the Salted Almond Chocolate Bites I order in the same bag as the hot food we order. (Our office typically gets starbucks delivered to us, we do not go and pick it up). I love getting the chocolate almonds, but I hate that they are melted and messy by the time I get them because they put them in the same bag as the hot food. Maybe place in a separate bag? Or staple them to the outside of the bag they use? Idk. Just stop putting them together pls
