Went to drive thru around 11:41PM. They weren't busy, only 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered Chicken strips, a chicken cluck comvo, and Mac and cheese bites. When I received my order, I got mini munchies variety instead of Mac and cheese bites. Then my chicken strips, that look like kids meal tenders. And it cost me $6?! What?! I called the place, no one bothered to answer. I spent $20, for a chicken cluck sandwich. It looked like a chicken slider. Never again.

Why does the lady at night treat ranch like it’s her currency?? Just charge me for the extra piece!! She has fully moved on from not giving me TWO sides of ranch to just straight up lying that she put two in there, making some rando comment that’s mostly to herself, and walking away. It’s weird. And she’s always very loud on the speaker and then just kind of rude at the window. There’s this one AMAZING and kind woman at night it’s this other aggressive and disheveled woman that’s just hoarding all the ranch to herself, idk.

OMG!!! 0 stars!!! The male “manager” grave shift, glasses, older .. is immensely unprofessional and careless. He used foul language towards a guest and gave me attitude and got crazy with me when I asked to change my drink due to the lack of gas in the drink. Crazy, crazy experience. He needs to be fired.

Good was burned, poor rude customer service. Corporate office ignored complaint. An ordeal to get $ 10 refund. Never received. They want your money but don't want to earn it!

Hours for dine in were posted open at 6am and when we got there at 6:15am all doors were locked and they were not willing to open for dine in forcing drive through only. If you have hours posted for dining in then comply with them or don't do business.

Onion rings were stuck together and hanging out; very crunchy/dried. 1st look at burger was obviously dried & thin. 1st bite was almost as crispy as bacon. The only juice was from tomatoes. Not what I hoped dinner would be. Disappointed. Oh well. At least all the workers are having fun giggling in back!

Feb 14 Around 3:20 AM I ordered food through GrubHub. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job. The food quality was top notch. Wonderful workers who care and have passion keep up the great work. Thank you guys!!! :)

The food is good don't get me wrong it's the customer service for me here and u gotta double check ur order here cause a couple of times. My order was super wrong

Helpful and courteous when I order. The restrooms are clean and the floor is open so it is ADA helpful. Drive thru is quick and for the most part the special orders are correct.

Lots of homeless people come in. I have had more than one incorrect order made. Cheap and fast food, can't ask for much more out of the place.

The surroundings of the place are not clean, and the place is not clean. Most of his work does not speak English or Spanish, so you have to explain your request to them in some way.

I love Jack in the Box and having one relatively close to where I live makes it even better. Amazing service and the employees seem to always have a positive attitude and are not stingy with sauces or condiments. Only negative is that I never heard from the hiring manager after I called them to confirm if they had received my job application although she said she would check later. But that’s neither here nor there, place is great!

Jacks is my fav, I’ve gotten a chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with American cheese and bacon since I was a kid. The chicken sandwiches at jacks are superior- BUT, this review is more on this location than it is on jacks as a whole. The staff was decent, at least who was at the window was ok. He didn’t seem excited or anything but who does at a window at midnight. We got a sprite that seemed to be low on syrup so we asked to swap it for a Dr Pepper and when we did it also tasted low on syrup so their machine might not be very great. I got my usual chicken sandwich as stated above with a medium fry on the side. When I got home about 10 min away the fries were so cold they were shriveled and wrinkly, like they’d been cooked for over an hour before I got them… and my chicken sandwich seemed ok until I took a bite and realized it was everything I asked for but the patty was a beef patty??? For burgers??? That was a first for me. There’s always room for mistakes, I’ve worked windows In my time too- but there was just a lot of strikes on this one. I was already home and have an early flight tomorrow so wasn’t about to go back just to throw a fit at the window, so I ate it. And it was pretty disgusting like I figured it’d be. Anyway, first and last time at this location again just in fear that this kind of neglect over pricy fast food could be repeated.

The elderly woman on the night shift forgot our tacos. We went back through the drive through to get them and she gave us rude remarks about how we "hid them". Idk about anybody else but I definitely do not want to go back in line just to get some tacos that I was supposed to get in the first place and on top of that be treated as some kind "thief" for going back for what I ordered. Great location for a JITB but service here by people that definitely hate their jobs.

Decent prices but in actuality I'm over it the tacos seem to be made with cat food and taco sauce. Who knows I may be wrong but that's just the way they taste to me

Food is great, drive thru lady at night seems angry. All I want is a little extra taco sauce.

Other than the fact they need road repair on drive through and parking lot and their outside eating area is no more and bathroom situation always suck they are great service friendly and respectable and it's jack in the box food but fries are always fresh never refried at least when I go there never have to ask for fresh fries

It's always more money than when you started out or the last time you visited and still has the old grease flavored fry after a weekend late night drunk at 18 dome thirty odd years ago. And I think the paint on the kitchen walls was the same too. But the inconvenienced attitude exuded by the prepubesenct cashier was new.

This is the BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN ORANGE COUNTY!! They will make your shake any time of the day or night including the late night hours, and Mary that works The drive-through window is absolutely amazing and super sweet. I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could great job!! Thank you.

This is one of the best run fast food restaurants I have been to the employees are fast friendly and the drive thru is fast I met the owner a long time ago but haven't seen him recently. I think because he works with the employees it's not like a hired manager that is just working for a pay check. If you want bad service just go north to the Carl's Jr on Brookhurst in the morning or the Burger King at lunch and order a salad on the phone app and see what happens. The Del Taco on Magnolia last year kept having problems with their computers so I don't know what was wrong there.
