As far as a WaBa Grill is concerned... This one is lacking the WaBa love that others have... The WaBa in Temecula, makes this one look like it is a knock-off. The service here was slow and lacking personality. The decor was boring and bland. Like mentioned before, WaBa in other locations have surf/beach theme with music playing to match... Not this place. Food was OK. Not real flavorful and seemed to need more sauce to enjoy it than I would have liked to use. I'm not critical, just honest with the 3 stars. Not like some who use a one star with a not so great visit... Just not impressed. Not worth the money. I will drive out of my way to visit other locations that have better service, decor and food.

I normally don't like to post negative reviews unless absolutely necessary. I don't have time to waste. But today was just terrible. I already think Waba Grill is pricey, but they really did me dirty today. Look at my picture, mostly rice and a few pieces of protein. Plus paid an additional $3 for avocado. I paid $15 for a bowl of rice. Do not go to this waba grill. Plus the cashier is also the server.

It was okay. I threw on the avocado from "home" and it made it better but the chicken portion was extremely skimpy, 75% was rice. There was no sauce on the chicken and rice, it was my first time here, and I suppose I don't know how to order it? Yeah right, it's a standard Yoshi's, teriyaki, fast Asian place. I just don't understand how this is $13. If you're like me and camping out of a hotel room, this is better than a can of beans and tuna packets. Just not much bang for your buck. Edit: I contacted the WaBa customer service and they never replied, I decided to give this place another go anyways. The portion was way better, night, and day difference. I also realized that you need to put your own sauce on, oh, okay. They forgot the spicy carrot/jalapeno mix, but I know they aren't robots. Overall, a fast and healthy option.

This location is a joke , they are so frugal with the portions of meat , it’s like they are trying to stretch one serving to like 2 bowls , last time I ever come here , also the chicken tasted old , dont come to this cheap location Update : 11/17/23 Went again and same result , 90% rice , this place is joke

Good good with good friendly and quick service. The place is clean although this particular shopping center needs some updating. You aren't too far from Disneyland but far enough to see that the tourist are probably not heading this way from their hotels.

Food was alright. Pricing was alright. The lady servicing us was really rude though, and it seemed to us as though she disliked us for not speaking Spanish immediately. We (my mother and I) walked in and right off the bat she started looking at us like we were just some random homeless people. I assumed it'd be alright to charge my phone there (my fault for assuming) and she rudely exclaimed that I couldn't. Rather than politely explaining anything to me, she yelled "YOU CAN'T CHARGE HERE" at me and when I asked why, she didn't answer and instead brushed me off. My mom didn't like the way the lady glared at us while we waited for the other members of our party to arrive (we were a bit earlier than them and didn't wan't to eat without them), so she quickly ordered some food for herself, thinking maybe the issue was because we had walked in and not ordered anything. We hadn't seen her interact with anyone else and assumed that was just her personality or maybe she had had a bad day. But when the other members of our party showed up (speaking spanish), she was immediately polite to them. That told me instantly it was just us that she didn't like, and it wasn't like we had even done anything to deserve that. I ordered after the others, and she smiled at every one of them except me. As soon as I walked up to the register her smile faded and she went back to the glare. Later, when I went to the restroom, the door said vacant so I walked in. But she was in there cleaning. And rather than saying "sorry I'm cleaning" or something polite (like usual customer service responses) she yelled "I AM CLEANING" and slammed the door. I don't usually file complaints about people or businesses, and this is my first time. I'd also like to note that, rather than dramatizing anything, I actually toned it down a bit for this review. She didn't say anything super harsh, but was rude to us nonetheless. I was just so disappointed by her attitude that I couldn't help but write this review. She definitely could have acted in a more polite and professional manner.

I was called in for an interview at this location. Let me just start off by saying he is/was so unprofessional. It was unbelievable. Worst experience that can happen to someone. I was not welcome or he didn’t even introduced himself. I been interviewed before and this had been the worst. I was told to come in Wednesday, June 31 at 9:30am for the interview. I even got there way before and I was waiting there for a while. It was passed 10:00 am and yet no “interview” and he wasn’t even in the restaurant. Once he got there he didn’t even interview me how it was supposed to and made the whole situation bad. He just got up and left without saying anything. I hope your children or grandkids never go through this. What goes around comes around. Such a horrible person if you weren’t having such a good morning you could of just reschedule. I am glad I won’t be working here. Such a horrible experience. Even the workers in the front looked shock of the way he managed the situation. If I could give 0 star I would.

Wow. Fantastic service! I went here at freaking 10 PM, and asked for 2 FAMILY MEALS!!! And they made them, 1 hour before closing! 4 containers of rice, 2 of protein, and veggies. It was plenty of food for 8 people (we had delicious leftovers), it was at a good price, and it was very good. 10/10, would suggest! No cap, for real, on God.

I'm leaving a one star because my bf and I drove17 miles to order waba vegan bowl which we did. I had to use the bathroom and they refused to let us use the bathroom. Stated they close it at 10:30. And it's 11pm right now? Why have the business open for dine in? In that case? The lady had a lousy attitude. Never coming back. The lady who helped was Maria

Food was great! It was a refreshing change to find such healthy options. Salmon, veggies, and brown rice with WaBa sauce - what’s not to love?!!
