Positives: The rooms are spacious, and the staff will assist in getting you things like an iron and ironing board. The internet was fast. NEGATIVES: The shower lacked hot water. There was a blood stain on the unwashed sheet. The Microwave was very old. This location charges between $20-$60 for early check-in. Carpet is old and dirty. Bathroom hand sink does not drain at all. BIGGEST ISSUE, THE Air Conditioner did not work!!!!

Motel 6, not Anaheim Hills Inn and Suites, not Studio 6, this is a Motel 6 that needs upgrading. And cleaning. I spent the first two hours here cleaning the room. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if the room was like $50/night- but it was over $400 for 3 nights, and I was scared to stay here. I won’t even mention the worst, just know this place isn’t anything special.

We stayed here earlier in the year for a few days, and it was quite pleasant, large roomy room. I don't know if it was because we were in a different wing of the hotel, but this room was hell. It was on the backside of the hotel, along the Santa Ana riverbed, which I'll call "tweeker alley". The room was disgusting and the window was bolted shut and the screen kicked out. Weirdos driving by, staring inside the room, and it stunk to high hell!!! We had a roach on the mirror, then in the morning upon check out, there was a roach in the bed we slept in. Don't think I'll ever be coming back here again....

Long-term "guests" look like crackheads and leave trash in hallways. Rooms are questionable with cleanliness. Stains on walls, carpets and curtains. Bring your own pillow and stay off the couch provided. No coffee maker.

Horrible. Don’t waste your money!! We should have known as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. But, we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Looks can be deceiving, right? Wrong. Ominous stains on the floors and walls leading up to the room, get to the room and first looks not so bad until we turned the lights on. Smudges on all mirror surfaces, broken refrigerator leaking smells all into the room. Trash shoved into the chairs, toilet seat chipping away. Bugs everywhere. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, ever. My boyfriend and I were scared to even sit anywhere. It took us no time at all to decide we couldn’t stay here. Go to cancel, and they charge us $100!!!!! Even though the room was uninhabitable. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay in this run down, dirty, out of date hotel. Don’t let the new management sign fool you.

The staff was good, my room was clean, but the place is very degraded. Stains on the carpet, old furniture, cockroaches in the bathroom and a bed I was scared to sleep on because I was worried about bed bugs (which I didn't see). Who ever owns this place simply doesn't care about its image. Motel 6 should not be associated with this property because it's below a sub-par motel. Don't even think about staying here unless you absolutely need a place to stay for the night.

This place is great for the price. Quiet. Clean. For the most part.

No hot water. They told me they didn’t have enough towels to give me clean ones. Looks like nobody had cleaned carpets since 1992. Wow, this place is really bad.
