I came here the other day and the line was SUPER long. I had at least 15 cars in front of me and another 5-6 behind me. I was hungry and had some time to kill so I decided to go ahead and get in line. I was prepared to wait. I did wait about 15 min before the line even really moved. All of a sudden a car came out and then the rest of the line just started flowing. I'm thinking the car holding us up had a big order. Line was so smooth after that. Even though I'm sure the workers were stressed with such a long line, they continued to remain calm and still offered a smile a great customer service. I really commend them on that.

worst fast food place wait EVER!! service was SO SLOW... drive thru line ridiculous. they are maybe understaffed at night if we are being nice, but it looks like plenty of people back there. I came to pick up an order to deliver - so my customer's food was already ordered, paid for, made, and is sitting getting cold and they insist I wait in the drive thru line - which is VERY long (wraps thru neighboring gas station parking lot, and is BARELY moving at all).. I got out and walked up to the speaker to ask if someone could just bring it to the door, but NO. so now I'm stuck waiting in this line which would be ABSURD even if my food wasn't paid for, ready to go and getting cold. plus, I am not paid for my time in any real way doing deliveries... so this is costing me time and money!!

I honestly am a taco bell lover but c'mon this is ridiculous not meet at all on my crunchwrap supreme 😩😕 I ordered the crunchwrap and it was stuffed with more lettuce then meat, it was so thin. I used to buy the same food from others taco bell and they always made it with more meat, not only lettuce🙄

It was my first in this place and it was awesome! Very tasty.

Please to grab your breakfast and lunch. Too easy to get in and do self order. You also have Drive away option too

There was a problem with a very rude woman name Elaine over charged me the highest price for box combo which I didn't want at the moment so, I called customer service spoke with general manager Ernie he was so nice and, direct gave me the full refund and definitely would recommend speaking to him if you want problems other than that the food was good 👍

Please do not come here. We placed an order inside and they served everyone in the drive through before even looking our way. After OVER 30 minutes, we had to fight for our order and remind them what we bought. Then, they continued ignoring us, eventually giving us our order which was missing several things. They proceeded to tell us we had everything, arguing, just to turn around and have what we were missing right in front in them. There were multiple people lined up inside that they were neglecting, and somebody who came from the drive through to tell them they received the wrong order. Right as we were leaving another person came in and complained about waiting in their car for their pickup order. This entire time the workers were talking and laughing with each other in Spanish, seemingly insulting us as they kept looking our way. Also there was a women standing at front with boxes of frozen fries talking to the workers, another distraction, and ignoring everyone else with complaints. I’m not sure how they are supposed to transport food but that did not seem normal. Worst customer service I’ve ever received… and I am not the one to complain. If you can’t run a business then close.
