    There was a small hair on my pizza that I removed, but then seen this long one on a different slice and instantly got disgusted. The cooks should wear hair nets at all times working with food.

    Management here is extremely rude stating children need to be present to claim book it rewards which is not included in the certificate we have redeemed these throughout the summer I've never had an issue but for some reason this time they wanted to make it clear but we will not be returning to this location as the pizza was extremely wet leaving the box extremely soggy a lot of changes have happened to this location and it seems to just become worse and worse

    When I tell you guys don’t order from this place IM GIVING YOU A WARNING TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! They never delivered it to me when I placed an ordered and they gave the pizza to a “man” and they said they “verified the name” and but there was no man in this house.

    I seriously don’t know where to start, but can I just say the customer service is horrible when it comes to the manager. I had an incident where I ordered my food online for delivery and it never arrived. I called a bunch of times and they never answered so I called the next day where they finally picked up and was handed the phone to the manager and she basically said and I quote, “I’ll have to speak to the driver and the person that worked that night shift but it’s their day off so I don’t wanna bother them so I’ll contact u on Friday.” So I told her, “so I have to wait two full days in order to get some explanation to what happened to my order??” Mind you I have ordered my food on Wednesday. I was already frustrated the fact that I may have lost $32 worth of food and plus of that the manager wasn’t taking it serious and was being rude about the situation. So Friday finally came around yet no call, so I called back after the i don’t know how many times trying to reach them and she basically ended up saying “the food was delivered and said the name of the order to confirm.” So I asked her, “how is that even possible?!, so that means I can’t get a refund for a food that I ordered that was never delivered to me but to the wrong address and on top of that I had to wait TWO FULL DAYS to get some of update on my order?” Then she said, “well nope we can’t do much since the food was already delivered.” And I was trying to explain to more from the situation yet she didn’t wanna hear it and kept repeating no refund. So in all I didn’t get my food NOR my order and wasted $32 so that’s just great👍and will be calling my bank and corporate for having such a rude and nasty interaction with “ms.manager” and her name i believe starts with the letter B, which can’t remember since her name was much important as to was for my order, have a good day people and think before ordering from here:)

    I had one of the best Pizzas ever. I ordered a thin crust, sausage, jalapeno, onion, tomato, and added little sweetness with pineapple. Such a delicious pizza. Their customer service was on point! Most importantly they were not cheap on my toppings.

    They closed at 1pm its 12:30am I wanted to order food , and supposedly the Manager with the big tall afro , he denied my order , I ask him. 2 times I'm in person can I order pizza , and he said I'm the manager and as the manager I say no more , I thought they close at 1pm , thus is really bad manager, he should not be working here , if he can't handdle the job why is he here.

    We've gotten their pizza for pickup about a dozen times this past year. Always hot, always fresh, great thin crust, thin, chewy, perfect. Out of 12 or so visits, we've never had a problem with a lost order. No complaints, would recommend!
