I
seriously
don’t
know
where
to
start,
but
can
I
just
say
the
customer
service
is
horrible
when
it
comes
to
the
manager.
I
had
an
incident
where
I
ordered
my
food
online
for
delivery
and
it
never
arrived.
I
called
a
bunch
of
times
and
they
never
answered
so
I
called
the
next
day
where
they
finally
picked
up
and
was
handed
the
phone
to
the
manager
and
she
basically
said
and
I
quote,
“I’ll
have
to
speak
to
the
driver
and
the
person
that
worked
that
night
shift
but
it’s
their
day
off
so
I
don’t
wanna
bother
them
so
I’ll
contact
u
on
Friday.”
So
I
told
her,
“so
I
have
to
wait
two
full
days
in
order
to
get
some
explanation
to
what
happened
to
my
order??”
Mind
you
I
have
ordered
my
food
on
Wednesday.
I
was
already
frustrated
the
fact
that
I
may
have
lost
$32
worth
of
food
and
plus
of
that
the
manager
wasn’t
taking
it
serious
and
was
being
rude
about
the
situation.
So
Friday
finally
came
around
yet
no
call,
so
I
called
back
after
the
i
don’t
know
how
many
times
trying
to
reach
them
and
she
basically
ended
up
saying
“the
food
was
delivered
and
said
the
name
of
the
order
to
confirm.”
So
I
asked
her,
“how
is
that
even
possible?!,
so
that
means
I
can’t
get
a
refund
for
a
food
that
I
ordered
that
was
never
delivered
to
me
but
to
the
wrong
address
and
on
top
of
that
I
had
to
wait
TWO
FULL
DAYS
to
get
some
of
update
on
my
order?”
Then
she
said,
“well
nope
we
can’t
do
much
since
the
food
was
already
delivered.”
And
I
was
trying
to
explain
to
more
from
the
situation
yet
she
didn’t
wanna
hear
it
and
kept
repeating
no
refund.
So
in
all
I
didn’t
get
my
food
NOR
my
order
and
wasted
$32
so
that’s
just
great👍and
will
be
calling
my
bank
and
corporate
for
having
such
a
rude
and
nasty
interaction
with
“ms.manager”
and
her
name
i
believe
starts
with
the
letter
B,
which
can’t
remember
since
her
name
was
much
important
as
to
was
for
my
order,
have
a
good
day
people
and
think
before
ordering
from
here:)
