If I could give this place a zero star I would. I believe this was incredibly racist and mean. Me and my friends are actually in Los Ángeles just visiting and traveling. We showed our ID and presented our Colombian ID and they told us we couldn’t be accepted, just residents of California or US. SO… how is that even possible that someone recommend us this place and we are not accepted because we are from another country… or because we are from Colombia ??? I truly don’t understand but we felt very bad about this situation and we felt discriminated. I do not recommend this place. Also, they were really mean about it and they looked at us from head to toes, we felt so discriminated and we DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Fun place with 90s r & b and hip hop. venue is fairly large and highly recommend getting a table as this place gets crowded. Lines can be really long and Uber drop off can be confusing. Just follow the signs. Great vibes, service and fun night overnight. No one in my party got pickpocketed

One of the club guard took 200$ cash from me pulling me out from restroom even I was trying to pay 40$ from atm, club guy said you have to pay money not sure what was the reason I was drunk and I knew I was vomiting inside restroom because of undigested food but I remember the guy who took money from me without any reason. Be alert guys and I am going to file a case on this club for sure.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would Horrible and abusive bouncers and rude staff except Hailey manager was great, professional and respectful especially since I am in my 50’s not clubbing but was there trying to get some information. While I was speaking to Hailey regarding some expensive prescription glasses the bouncers had punched off my son’s face-who is literally blind without glasses—earlier that evening there was a young female taunting me and stating she was off the clock so she could basically beat me up??? Hailey tried to get her to leave and stop talking and taunting me which I feel was a form of harassment. The male light complexion Hispanic bouncer with a beard earlier that evening actually had punched my daughter in this overcrowded bar and dislocated her shoulder!!! She was just trying to vacate this venue!!!! When I arrived you could smell the weed, see all the drunk people vomited, others arrested, bouncers being rude and disrespectful from HEAT Lounge! All club goers stay away from this overcrowded Club with bouncers that fight instead of diffuse the problems and just a lot of other issues! There are police officers, bouncers, private mall security as they are probably aware of all the chaos that goes on at HEAT Lounge!!

I just wanna start off by saying stay away from this place there are many other great clubs ! This place had so many creeps me and friends went and saw 2 guys this past Friday 8/5 who were completely sober and pushing themselves onto girls taking advantage of the situation I talked to the security and told him they need to do something about this and he said these exact word “ well if they let themselves it’s because they want it” . Are you serious ? This happens because you guys let hundreds of people in a club that fits very few and don’t limit the amount of people in . These girls get drunk and trust you as a club to take care of them and you let them down . This place should honestly be fined for having a worked like that with that type of answer . Never coming back and I hope nobody else does PLEASE READ THIS. . This place does not care about anything but money

Don’t come to this club! They have a crew stealing phones and wallets. The staff will not help you at all. Tonight over 20+ phones and wallets were stolen. With how little help the staff were, it’s possible the staff are stealing from customers.

The staff likes to steal credit cards and charge you for things you haven't even ordered. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Do NOT recommend this club. I didn’t know it was known for phone stealing until looking at the reviews, my friend got hers stolen and my bag was opened as well. This club overpacks people in so you don’t know who’s bumping into you. Super sketchy men, I’m sure it’s an inside job within the staff. Please don’t come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Drove over an hour to take my international friend to this place only for the bouncer to reject their Venezuelan ID. Said it was too “flimsy” even though that’s how the IDs are made. Absolutely xenophobic. They clearly don’t understand different types of IDs.

the owner has just been copy and pasting all of his responses telling everyone that they’re wrong and they couldn’t have possibly overcharged them. when you have that many people saying that’s happening, that’s what is happening.

If you want your belongings stolen don’t recommend coming here. Had a phone stolen and found out many other people lost their phone so beware. Also staff was 0 help.

On February 10th, I order a drink at the right stage bar. I ordered a vodka redbull, and the Lady that was bartending charged me $18. When I tried the drink it tasted like tequila and redbull. I had my friends try it and they confirmed it. I told the lady it doesnt taste like vodka redbull. She then tries it, and says that it is vodka redbull. And then asks if I have been drinking too much. I had multiple friends try it and they all confirmed there wasnt any vodka in it. I ordered the same drink at the other bar and I got charged $12-14. Do not order with this lady she overcharges and gives u the wrong drink. She wears a lot of makeup and has black hair.

Owner is dumb. Anyone, as an owner, that responds to legitimate complaints with such a high level of douchebaggary deserves to have a less than 3 star rated club. Reading the owners responses is a wonderful laugh if you're ever bored. Highly recommended 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I bet his friends and family are proud of him. Lmaooo *owner replied and thinks this is yelp. We've got a smart one here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Went tonight and my friend and I had our phones stolen. Then we found out that at least 20 other people also had their phone stolen. Staff was no helpful at all and let people leave and come in with huge bags which they did not even bother to check. To make matter worse one of the staff was not even helping us out but flirting with random girls on the dance floor and flipped us off. Super unprofessional staff, horrible place, do not recommend.

Horrible experience, they didn’t let me in because of my Colombian passport. The weird thing is that I entered 2 months ago to the club with the same passport but I was with an American guy. What is this about? Money, xenofobia?

Terrible experience there. My friends phone got stolen within 30 min of being in the club. You can immediately tell there are people out for your phone and wallet. I’m surprised people still go here after so many bad reviews this place has. Honestly I would think the owners would be reading what there customers have to say and up their security in this place. Will never go here again….

Went out for a night with my girls and pals parked at the Anaheim GardenWalk Garage and walked through, it was Friday the line was extremely long so we did not get the free before 11pm timeframe and admission was $20 cash/+$5 for Venmo/Zelle. They did have an additional line for $40 to get in faster but that seemed like a waste tbh. If you like crowds and to dance with todays music and usual club vibes this will be a good time for you. A cocktail(Midori sour) for 3 people was $40 so take that price for drinks as you will. Drinks were good I did not order food….. bathroom line is long if you’re a woman. If you’re more on the feminine side I recommend going in a group and be safe of course. People try to touch and I’m giving that warning if that makes you uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a fun night (:

If you don't want to feel discriminated against, don't visit this place. They refused me entry because of my Cuban passport that is still valid. They only admit you if you have a US ID, which doesn't make sense when the only goal is to verify that you are of legal age. But after reading so many reviews about theft of wallets, cellphone and other cases like mine, I am grateful that it was so because I spent a spectacular night in another place.

Showed up yesterday night to not be allowed cause I do have a foreign passport, the only thing you need to check is the age not the nationality. Never had this issue before, glad that It didn’t work out cause I had fun few blocks away anyway being respected!! Don’t recommend at all !

Classic scam of an establishment. Has people posted up to steal phones, wallets, etc.. from unsuspecting individuals. Owner and employees are all shady.

Please don’t come here VERY RACIST my husband got denied entry because of his VISA which literally states he is a resident. He also had his passport just in case of something like this happening and we still got treated disrespectfully. They play Latino/International music put deny the entry to us ??? Attention, all party people. This is a very cool place.  The blue lights and subtle lighting is awesome.  But wait the way they display the ice bucket on the table makes it worth going just to see that.  Put it on your party to do list!

Upscale feel inside, nice venue and lighting. The 2 rooms give you options for atmosphere and music, with table service surrounding the venue (including patio). Great spot for clubbing for those 21-30’s, though it depends on the promoters.

Please read this before you consider going here or buying a table. This club hires and pays “models” aka pretty girls usually who drink too much to linger at the tables, drink their bottles, and order more bottles on their tab. They will hang out all night at the table and flirt with the guys to make sure that the guys spend as much as possible and get so drunk they won’t notice the upcharges on their tab. They will also pour their shots out on the ground to drain the bottles quicker. It’s literally their job that they are paid for and get a cut from. I promise I am not lying about this or speculating, I know firsthand and think everyone deserves to know.

This place advertised a giveaway and I entered and won. They messaged me LAST minute. Saying I have to be there by a certain time. Fine. I gathered my group 10-15 people and we went, due to our Uber we were running late and were denied our table! I even offered to pay a little extra for it and still was denied. And we walk in and it’s EMPTY. Free tables everywhere and zero people. It’s kind of ridiculous to pass up on money when your establishment seems to not be doing great on one of the biggest drinking holidays… super unprofessional and overall a bad business…

Horrible place to go. They try to take advantage of you. We went last night as a group and we had VIVIAN as our server. We asked for s table which we needed to buy a min of a 350$ bottle. Which we ordered one for 350$ and she gave us one for 450$. On top of that they automatically charge a 20% tip which is what she was blaming the discrepancy on when she brought us a bill for 540$. She probably thought that we were too drunk to notice she changed our order to a pricier bottle. It’s sad how they try to take advantage of people because they are drinking.

Was on the guest list. Line was long. Guest list is free before 11. Because line was long we got in at 11:10 and they asked cover charge 20$ each . We were 4 ppl planing to have 2 drinks each an stay for about an hour an hour and a half. We left did not pay cover charge. Maybe they can be less strict with timing. We were there before 11 but line was long . We spend our money somewhere else
