The place is dying. All the stores are closing and there is nothing special other than Target, Vons, and a couple of banks. The movie theatre closed and the restaurants are the classical average American franchise. Nothing interesting to justify a drive to this plaza. It is sad that in Anaheim Hills there is nothing to do and this plaza is just a big parking lot with closed stores.

Went to BJs. Lots of shops & stuff. Oddly there was a young woman, wrapped in a leopard blanket, just wondering through the parking lot walking IN the traffic lanes. Just walking around like it was completely normal to shuffle down the car lanes blocking traffic.

There are several businesses which I frequent within the Anaheim Hills Festival shopping center, and I continue to be grateful for the convenience. I had a terribly unprofessional experience with one store in the center, which I will address in a store specific review, at a later date.

The festival has so much potential. Mimosas was a great addition. They had a temporary craft store that, based on the crowds, should be made permanent. The theater closed. It would be a hard location to convert, but it would be awesome if a yardhouse went in there. There are a lot of fast food choices also. Nice place to have local, with awesome existing places like wood ranch.

You have everything for one stop shopping, and for my part I like the most is the BOA and JP Chase bank, they are both right there. Love It

Went to ULTA me and my wife were vetted and watched by staff in the store. We put back over $300.00 worth of Pattern Hair products. We let the trans assistant manager know. It said we'll see you next time and our reply was like hell you will.

Very nice upscale shopping center with good selection of stores and restaurants. It seems to be rather crowded when we have been there, guess that's a good sign, unless you don't like crowds.

A good variety of stores and restaurants in this plaza and a good amount of parking all around. It can get pretty packed on the weekends though so just be ready for a zoo of cars

I love the layout and parking, you will do some walking but thats not always a bad thing. Theatre appeared closed in July of 2023. Came for the bbq at Wood Ranch.

This shopping center has a great selection of shops and eateries. They have big chain stores and small Mom and Pops owned stores. 90% sure you are able to find whatever it is you're looking for.

No matter which restaurant where you eat, Hobby Lobby is the perfect place to walk it off...and you can pick up a good bargain in the process.

Had lunch at Wood Ranch on the patio. The service was excellent. I wish that I had asked the server her name to give her credit here. She did not have on a name tag. The food was well prepared, delicious and portion sizes were sufficient. I had the Sea Bass and my guest had the BBQ combo with ribs and tri- tip. Will go back!

I love anaheim hills festival. Target, tj Maxx, pavilions, cava are all great. They do need to add a trader Joe's or something where stein mart use to be.

Kinda miss having a GameStop here but I also like how the selection of places is evolving over time.

I can't remember if it was a Ross karma Marshall's or ATJ Maxx as to why I stopped in the shopping center however it is truly A nice place to shop as I only stop at nice places to shop although it's a little overcrowded for my liking.

The Good: So excited about the new Nordstrom Rack coming next year! Target, Wood Ranch, Tilly's, TJ Maxx. Pretty good parking for most areas. The Bad: The smaller storefronts just don't have enough variety.

Went to see the Top Gun 2 redo. Always a nice movie theater. A hidden spot to see a movie. Matinee is a good deal.
