I cannot believe this is a four star hotel. I am here for a conference and have had incredibly unreliable WiFi since checking in as have my colleagues. The room had a dirty cup with mold in it under the ‘clean’ cup. It is not well kept overall. Mattresses are old, there are dents in the walls - my colleagues room had a blood stain by hers - they offered her $50 off of a 5 night stay. About every 15 minutes 24 hours a day it sounds like something is hitting my window. Staff are unresponsive to WiFi issues. This might be ok if I was traveling for pleasure and not planning to stay and work at the conference center - but that is why I am here. Myself and colleagues are having to find cafes and missing meeting or trying to work from our smart phones - which the TVs aren’t by the way. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last week that was much nicer by far. DO NOT BOOK A CONFERENCE HERE. What a disappointment and hassle. I tried to change my flight to leave early because I need to be able to work.

Very frustrated with our recent stay. The hotel is currently facing a labor strike. We optioned to upgrade our room to hopefully avoid the noises of drums and horns, but could still hear the protests taking place. The rooms have paper thin walls. People in other rooms and hallways can easily be heard at "quiet"/normal talking levels along with other door and footstep sounds. The bathroom was not completely cleaned upon arrival as hair was found in the shower/tub. On our last night the fire alarm went off during the middle of the night. An employee came over the intercom to say the alarm was being "investigated" but the alarm was never cleared or given any clarification. We evacuated as we were on the top floor and I am disappointed with the steps taken to safely clear and communicate the alarm with guests. While waiting for our uber we were approached by an employee wanting to give us "four free gifts", that were ultimately sales. The Starbucks had ridiculous prices for food/coffee that were more expensive than Disneyland. I am understanding of the labor strike and the current employees making their best effort, but the hotel is in need of major upgrades to meet the Hilton standard. The walking distance to Disneyland was a great perk, but rooms are in need of upgrades/renovation and prevent this hotel from meeting a proper standard for its guests.

The location is right next door convention Center. The hotel is a little run down and does need updates. Rooms ok, but again, it needs to be renovated. I was here for a work conference. The staff was polite and very helpful. Parking was also great and easy.

I was here as Mr clean for sneakercon and it was at the convention center across the street. It was super clean in my room, nice lighting, good TV, great bathroom with a huge shower head, and a nice view. The downstairs gym was clean, well organized and easy to get to. The pool was very clean, new towels at the location, and open till 10pm which was nice. The first floor was so nicely laid out like a giant architectural welcome space. The concierge was friendly and informative. It is super close to Disneyland as well. The food seems a bit high so maybe sparingly eat on location as there are a few nice inexpensive options under a 1 mile walk away. Still though, the presentation at the good options are very nice at the hotel.

Stayed here for three nights to go to Disneyland. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. There are shuttles available, but we chose to walk. The hotel is large, with a restaurant downstairs serving breakfast and dinner. We ate breakfast there on two occasions and were very happy with the service and quality of the food. We booked a two Queen bedroom, which was large in size and comfortable. The bathroom was though small, but it was manageable. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

If you have an electric vehicle please keep in mind that you must valet your car to have access to any electrical chargers. That is a $39 dollar value per day. My room was not clean at all. I had mildew in the bathroom. I had a room with a fireworks view…PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THAT ONE. just get a regular room because it was not impressive. The view was horrible and overlooked another hotel’s roof. Checking in is horrid unless you have a Hilton gold or platinum membership. The line was ridiculous to check in, but I was lucky that I was a member and didn’t have to deal with that mess. I would recommend that you select another hotel because this Hilton was not it.

First time going to Disneyland and my husband is a Hilton honors member so this was a no brainer. Check-in was nice. Our room was ready early and the girl was really nice and looked up room upgrades for us. Joseph for the Fresh Connection was really helpful in making sure our food was ordered and he offered soda for my husband and I while we waited for our food to be ready. The closeness to Disneyland is fantastic. The gym downstairs was impressive for a hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Very happy with our stay so far.

Hotel is in the Anaheim Convention Center complex and is easily walkable. Rooms are average and nothing special, and are priced on the high end for what you get. Close Disney proximity. Decent food within walking distance. Parking structure with plenty of spots. Service was excellent -- every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Okay for a business stay. WiFi was solid. Room had a small coffee maker with coffee and tea.

The location cannot be more perfect for the price as it is within a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, but not $300 a night like closer hotels. The customer service has been top notch (as with everything Disney related). The lobby is really nice and lively. The rooms look like they have served families with small children more than a few times, but they are clean, and not deserving of the 1 star reviews recent hotel goers are giving. I read reviews before arriving about the protesters and brought earplugs to prepare, but I have not had to use them nor been affected by them at all. Overall I am really happy with the "bang for the buck" and will absolutely stay here again, and recommend to others.

Hotel looks amazing in the lobby. The rooms just loom like something you'd have in a holiday Inn. Which isn't bad. The TV is big and its very spacious in the king room. The shuttle to Disneyland is right outside which is very nice. The walls are kinda thin so I can hear other people pretty good which sucks when your trying to sleep. Other wise everything else is great!

Attended a conference here. Hotel is very tired: stained carpet, tears in the wallpaper, bed was lumpy. Rooms looked clean but after a closer look it was not. My first room had a musty smell, stained carpet and poor lighting in the bathroom. My second room had something on the wall that looked liked blood, stained carpet, the chair was filthy. A coworker moved hotels upon arrival due to a roach in the bed and additional bugs in the floor. The positive is that the night staff helped get a room nearby and offered a suite the next day- discounted rate but probably should have been free due to the conditions of the rooms. The Presidential Suite had a couch that was visibly stained and the upholstery was on the verge of splitting due to wear. After 3 nights in the hotel came home sick- allergy symptoms most likely from moldy air. Do not stay here .

The layout of the hotel is one of the best that you will find in Southern California. The staff is friendly and there the location is extremely convenient near the convention center and Disneyland. The rooms could use some remodeling with plug points near the beds and doors for the bathrooms. However, the experience is worth it and if you are planning on staying in Anaheim this hotel would be for you.

We stayed here for 7 nights In April and had such an amazing time. The staff was all incredibly accommodating and friendly. I actually had the pleasure of speaking with Robert (Guest services operator)on the phone before our stay and he was incredibly accommodating. My family was coming with me for a convention and we were going to Disney for many days during this stay. My family also has many food sensitivities so he was very helpful in making sure that we had a microwave in our room and some other amenities for our baby. Our housekeeper Hector was very efficient and did a great job. Our room was very clean and restocked everyday. The only downside with the stay was that there is no kitchen and only one sink in the bathroom but we were able to make it work. It's also a little further away from Disney(20 min walk) than some of the other hotels but it was so lovely that we'll definitely stay again.

Caring Service & Clean, Comfortable, Convenient Lodging Thanks to Sabrina at the front desk who helped me find a room to best suit my needs. As a result, I had a restful, comfortable stay while attending business meetings. Sabrina took time to understand how best to accommodate me and her efforts are much appreciated. Additionally, Clementina in Housekeeping ensured I had what I needed and took time to greet me warmly and made me feel welcomed. Another positive is the Hilton app which is well designed. It was easy to navigate, allowed me to check-in the day prior arrival, check-out and track my past Hilton stays & points. Thank you Hilton!

Not a bad stay. The bathroom was clean but did not have body wash or shampoo in the shower, did have conditioner. Either have it or not in my opinion. Definitely not expected but a nice to have. All common areas were clean. It was nice to have the small shops inside. I wish the coffee shop located inside was open earlier. The pool area was nice. Many meal options inside and multiple restaurants located very close. Overall a pretty good stay.

Sat on this review for a few months, I stayed for a conference in November, I was honestly wondering if they would reach out to remedy any of the issues that I had brought up but I guess not! Abysmal customer service and dirty/old hotel. Do not spend your money here, it’s not worth it and nobody is willing to accommodate anything (nor are they friendly about it). Night 1, my sink began leaking, and they sent maintenance up who tightened something and wiped the water and said it should be fixed. Tracked mud all over the bathroom as well. When I tried the sink again, it continued to leak underneath. When I went down to ask for a new room, I was told they were “overbooked” and to check again the next day. So day 2 I wait until after 12 noon, after messaging them on their app per their advice, and go to check between my conference. They tell me they can’t do anything yet and rooms for me aren’t available although the night before she had put a “block” on a room for me. I’m told since I had booked a king room I have to wait for a king to be available, even though on their app they said to come down because they could switch me. I was told that room is probably already gone and that I need to come back after check in time. At this point I felt like a major Karen and asked to speak to a manager, but actually never had time to do that, nor did they seem to care much or follow up- I was literally having 12 hour conference days and needing to deal with this. So I gave up because I did not expect the manager would do or say anything differently. Finally after 4pm I got my new room which was better, but as others have mentioned these rooms are extremely dated, old, stained walls and carpet, the bathroom setup is weird, uncomfortable beds and pillows, the towels are threadbare….I spent about a thousand bucks here for my conference and I have never in my career been so disappointed by a convention center adjacent hotel. Why would they not update this at all? It’s very unclear. Even the hallways show their age and lack of cleanliness. In addition to that, the line for the only actual coffee shop (Starbucks) in the hotel/by the convention center is literally out the door at 7am, it took 20-40min each day to get a latte. They also cannot get your order right, and because they’re part of a hotel they won’t take your Starbucks rewards or anything. The breakfast sandwiches are NINE TO TEN DOLLARS and the lattes are marked up about a dollar as well. We were able to walk to Disney (about 20-25 min) but there are hotels much closer and probably much nicer for a similar to better price. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a hotel I’ve stayed at for work, so that should impress upon you how obnoxious this experience was. I think a lot of this could slide if any of the employees cared or were interested in customer service but based on reviews I saw they were also recently striking, so clearly their workplace has needed some adjustment. I also think it’s quite ballsy to require people to pay $20-50 for an “early check in” (1-2 hours before the standard time) and a late checkout- I was told it’s a $50 charge after 12 noon that increases every couple hours. This is new at many hotels as of Covid it seems but for this hotel in particular. For 1-2 hours of late checkout, in California, I’ve never had to pay. Also a dollar charge to hold your luggage whereas I’ve never paid for luggage holding at a hotel before. Yet, here we are.

The room I got had a majorly clogged tub. I only found out once I was taking my shower. By the time I was done the water was 4” up. Very gross. They said it’ll take just a few minutes to fix. They did have someone up within 10 minutes but the whole process took 1 hour. First someone came to fix the drain and kept all the dirty equipment on the vanity counter where my make up bag, brush and toothbrush were. Then they leave a mess and send someone to clean up and he shows up with a spray and a cloth. No brush or disinfectant. Then the same guys gets the clean towels wearing the same gloves he cleaned the tub with. I had ordered some room food service and ended up eating it 1 hour later….COLD. Very upset with this service. Feel the room is dirty and stinky.

Very disappointed in my stay here. Staff were protesting and striking for 4/7 days that we were here. Woken up very early in the morning by the staff blasting air horns and banging drums. No issues with them protesting but when the management allows it to impact the service and guests experience it’s unacceptable. Our room was attended to for 2/7 days we stayed here. When we contacted the guest services to have our room made up, towels replaced and bins emptied we were told that there was no staff due to the strike and that we would need to get our own towels from the end of the hallways where rooms start with either 2 or 4 on each level. This was at the other end of the floor for us, so rather inconvenient, but also hard to obtain towels as it was a community pile. We ended up reusing all of our towels as the piles were never restocked. Maybe the management should’ve attended to the rooms if housekeeping staff were on strike?? Rather than let your guests have a very poor experience. The bathrooms had a build up of mould on the shower handles. The room wasn’t dirty but I wouldn’t consider it clean or of 4 star quality. It is very out dated. Only receive 1 complementary bottle of water for our entire stay and then after this the water is $5 a bottle, mind you the staff never attended our room to give us a second bottle of water anyways. When we complained to management about the poor service they issued us with a $200 room credit (broken down into $50 per day, and must be used or you lose it). However, the star bucks on site was only open on the first day that we stayed here which meant we could only use the credit on room service or the very overpriced gift shop. The hotel advertises a food court but the only place open in the food court was 1 pizza place. All the other food vendors were closed. The only saving grace is that the hotel is a short walking distance to Disneyland or you can pay to catch the shuttle bus. However the bus is often full resulting in needing to walk to Disneyland anyways. I would not waste my money staying here at all. Spend a little extra to stay somewhere nicer with better service and amenities.

Amazing hotel to stay at for Disneyland! I will not consider staying anywhere else for my future Disneyland trips. Everything about this hotel was awesome, from the staff, to the room, and location. I especially loved the ART bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to the park (not free, but very cheap and HIGHLY recommended to save your feet). The pool area was lively and fun. Also competitively priced and much lower than the competition for similar services.

Decent hotel, no continental breakfast or refillable water bottle station. Bathroom doors are designed not to lock so if you have toddlers, they'll probably open the door. The people in the valet service are a bit dismissive if you're not going to use their service. The parking garage seems to be open to the public, which greatly limits ones parking availability and the way it's designed leaves a lot of unused open space. Bathtub was dripping water, very limited TV channels, need more outlets and trash bins. However, beds were comfortable, we all slept well, the comforters were very good, didn't overheat or get cold. They cleaned everyday and refilled when necessary. Surprised there wasn't a complimentary shuttle to Disney for the price paid. Pretty convenient leaving, just texted and dropped off the key cards in the box when leaving the parking garage. The pools were nice and ate outside. A young lady did provide animal balloons. We ate at the hotel a few times, pizza is okay, salad was good, parents ordered the impossible burger which they both said they liked. Another day we ordered the wings, which were expensive for 6 wings, and not very good. The bartenders outside were friendly, and so was the lady when we checked in and the gentleman at guest services. Overall decent experience but next time I'll probably check out the Marriott or the Sheraton.

I didn’t stay here but spent several days attending National Dance Competition. Even with the huge number of people wandering the floors, it was fairly easy to find a place to sit and order a drink. What I was most impressed with was how organized they were with a designated area for ride-share and valet service. I did not view any room accommodations but based on the tidiness of the common space I would be willing to bet they are pretty nice. I would definitely stay here.

Protesting was so loud and awful, not very welcoming at all. Also had bed bugs, yikes! The food court and Starbucks were all closed because all the workers are outside on strike. There was no room service either, our room never got cleaned and we didn’t put a “do not disturb” sign up. But the first day we were there the maid walked in on us… (no need to continue lol). I also went to the gym there and the ceiling had collapsed and fell onto the workout equipment, scary! And they never cleaned it up it was just there all over the place… I feel like we shouldn’t have paid as much as we did because of all of that. Was really looking forward to staying here but was a big let down. Fortunately there was some things that weren’t too bad. The staff that was actually working were very nice. The restaurant has amazing pizza, I still think about it. The lobby was very nice and beautiful, as well as the pool. But sadly that’s not enough to make me come back.

*This review is for the management of this hotel, not for the kind staff trying their best to keep up despite lack of resources.* We are frequent flyers with Hilton, but this was definitely the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. - Fire alarm woke us up at 5AM Tuesday morning, but we never got an “all clear” over the intercom, so we took the stairs down from the 14th floor for a security guard to finally tell us it was all okay. I am seriously concerned about these protocols if there was a real safety issue… - Room was not clean upon arrival. There were back hairs of the previous guest all over the bathroom. I doubt it had more than spot cleaned in a while. - Walls are paper thin and hotel noise is significant. You can clearly hear neighbor conversations who are talking at a normal volume. - and the strikers… which is covered ad nauseam in previous reviews. - finally, did not enjoy getting targeted by timeshare folks in the lobby If you see my review history, I hardly leave negative reviews, but this hotel was really not it. Upper management seriously needs to make some changes and get their current employees some support.

The cleanliness of this hotel is not aligned with what a 4-star hotel should be. We had noticeable stains on both our towels and sheets when we arrived to our room. We also saw 3 bugs in our room throughout our 2-night stay. There was also a Goldfish mess in our hallway that was there the entire stay, meaning they didn't vacuum the hallways once. We were also woken up as it sounded like there was a cleaning cart right above us moving around for a good hour. The employees are still on strike blaring horns and drums in the morning. I wouldn't stay here again for these reasons. The valet was nice and the location was good, but that was it. The location is still too far from Disney to walk considering how much you already walk during your day at Disney so we took an Uber. We also booked a "Lanai Deck" room thinking we would have a deck, however it is just the ground floor for the pool and you can walk out to the pool from your room. Not worth the extra $ we paid for it.

Location is great for the conference center but not close enough to the Disney action. The quick food places look like ancient mall food court (scary!) and hardly open. Furniture and fixtures in rooms are beat up but mostly clean. Called to see about checking in early and was told shouldn't be a problem. Neglected to tell me there's a charge. When I complained, they admitted they waive it if you arrive within a certain time. I arrived 20 minutes before that time and they refused. The Starbucks is overpriced and they won't give you a complimentary cup of water with your paid beverage. The lobby is so loud in the evening you can't hear yourself think. The only Hilton people who will talk to you/seem nice are the ones selling timeshare. Ugh!! Usually love Hilton - chose it over the Marriott next door. Won't make the same mistake again.

I stay at this hotel pretty often and even before the pandemic I would stay here and understand all the new changes, but I do have to say I thought that while this hotel was closed for quiet some time during the pandemic they would freshen up the rooms a bit. The location is great and a lot of mallet hotels have upgraded but I feel like the Hilton Anaheim should have taken the closure as an opportunity to upgrade their rooms. On top of that we had a suite this past weekend and when we arrived there were Bobby pins from previous guests on the floor the table had dust underneath glass. I don’t think the house keeping is doing that great of a job and that might be due to no time to really give the rooms a good clean but I’m not sure if it’s because the rooms are getting outdated and that’s why it looks and feels dirty now or if if it’s just not getting cleaned well. I love the location and amenities just would wish they would bring back the variety of restaurants in the food court

Our company hosted and event here. The employees were very helpful, the hotel event center and rooms were clean. This location was perfect for our use. Thank you for helping to make our event great. I highly recommend this hotel. The facility is nice, but the staff make it excellent!

I was expecting more from the rooms BUT I was not disappointed due to what the hotel has to offer. Their pool deck is super cool because they have a pool playground for the kids and a bar right next to the pool! Some rooms have balcony’s but careful with the view you get because we got the parking lot view 😂 The breakfast was great we had great and attentive service! I would definitely go back if I was in the area but I still have yet to explore other hotels!

Had a great overall experience here. We stayed at the property during one of my daughters dance competitions. The hotel is of great size especially since it’s attached next to the convention center. The bar inside is pretty good with some great cocktails. Rooms were very nice and clean. I’ll stay here again.

This is an amazing hotel! I loved the service of the staff, all of them were kind and helpful to us all. We felt like celebrities staying in this hotel, the staff treat us with so much respect and the hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting iconic places such as Disneyland. A walking distance from many exotic and unique sites, I would definitely recommend this to anyone willing to embrace and new and amazing adventure! 🏨🏨🏨

Good service on front desk. The building is a little old and it’s showing it’s age a little. I had a room with Balcony, very nice feature. The biggest win for me, this is the only hotel that I came across in the last 2 years with a daily room service, this exceptional for me. They have an open swimming pool and hot tub, I didn’t get to use them.

We stayed here for Disney and it was a really great experience. They were accommodating and the rooms were clean. The lobby was a little too dark and moody for my taste but that’s just the smallest complaint over all. The Starbucks line is pretty insane in the mornings sometimes so prepare for that but it was handy having it right there before heading out.

My stay at the Hilton Hotel over the New Year was a delightful experience, enhanced by its convenient location close to Disneyland. The ease of parking upon arrival set the tone for a hassle-free visit. The hotel staff stood out for their exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you choose, you can walk to Disneyland in about 20 minutes, we chose to drive which took about 7 minutes. The room was a tranquil haven, quiet and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day at Disneyland. This attention to cleanliness and peace greatly contributed to the comfort of my three-night stay. For anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience near Disneyland, the Hilton is an excellent choice.
