A
favorite
sports
park
for
easy
access
of
workout
areas
and
playing
fields!
Families
and
friends
can
have
get
togethers
at
the
picnic
tables
or
reserve
a
group
spot
for
any
occasion!
I’ve
enjoyed
the
open
space
here
to
do
speed
intervals
when
the
gym
is
too
crowded.
It’s
also
a
great
place
to
go
for
get
togethers
of
groups
to
play
basketball
or
tennis.
Team
sports
such
as
baseball
can
be
played
on
several
fields
at
the
same
time!
Regional
tournament
competition
often
takes
place
here.
The
park
has
ok
restrooms,
equipment
room
and
refreshment
stand
space.
The
large
parking
lot
is
adequate
for
most
events,
tho
street
parking
may
be
needed
with
multiple
simultaneous
activities.
I’d
consider
street
parking
where
permitted
on
weekday
afternoons,
when
the
school
next
door
lets
out.
Otherwise,
getting
stuck
in
the
wait
for
the
long
line
to
break
up
may
be
unexpected.
Those
who
are
in
the
school
pick-up
line
will
often
allow
space
for
departing
park
goers
to
go
around
them
and
leave.
Also
as
a
Los
Angeles
tourguide,
I’ve
sought
out
the
respite
from
the
urban
world
here
with
lots
of
open
space
and
suburbia.
Tho
the
constant
sound
of
traffic
from
the
California
91
-
Riverside
Freeway,
is
a
reminder
that
I’m
not
out
of
the
woods
at
the
far
side
of
the
city.
The
good
thing
is
that
the
massive
wall
makes
the
noise
bearable,
while
preventing
vehicles
from
flying
onto
the
field!
