I want to start off by saying that this hotel is perfect for any family who is going to Disney. It’s about a 10 minute walk or a 15 minute leisurely walk to the park. That was important to my family. We loved the service that this hotel provided. All of the employees were kind, eager to help, and they really wanted to make sure your stay was perfect. We loved that the hotel had a Starbucks bar and offered breakfast deals. We especially appreciated the free parking. The rooms were clean, large, and had all the amenities that were needed. They were not fancy, but they were comfortable, and most importantly clean. I know that some reviewer‘s mentioned homelessness in Anaheim. Yes, you are going to walk by homeless individuals. For the most part, they stay to themselves and keep to themselves. We had zero issues.

This is our second time staying here and it will not be our last. The location is close enough to Disneyland, not so close that the fireworks or crowds leaving in droves will be huge deterrent. Some of the rooms offer a rabbit air filter, which we have opted for in both of our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the layout makes sense with a modern decor. Our rooms also comes with a mini fridge and microwave, which is much appreciated when traveling with babies and young children. The service is also great here, everyone is always quick to acknowledge your presence (no pretentious distance) with a smile and greeting and a quick response in providing you with extra towels, bottle water, etc. As started at the start of the review, when visiting Disneyland, although this hotel is NOT across the street from the park, the short walk and the lack of noise makes it a more ideal location for our family.

Our room and the service was great. The pool was really nice to relax at, best to go earlier in the day when the sun hits the water. Staff was wonderful. This location is awesome if you’re going to Disney. The walk to the park is short enough for kids and if you want a night away from Disney this location is awesome for restaurants, on both sides there are tons of places to go. This is where I’ll be staying when I return.

Recently went and stayed for 2 nights. Rudy and the other staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms are pretty good; they are a little small if you have 4 people in a room (2 queens), but it was fine and worked okay for a few nights. The room is clean and does include a fridge and microwave, which was handy for late night snacks. Only 10 minute walk to Disney, which is why we were staying there, and plenty of restaurants very close by if you don't want to eat inside the parks. The price was not the cheapest in the area, but it was a very good value considering the parking is included in your room rate and the proximity to the parks. Would definitely come back again!

Used points to stay her. Check in was super easy, and the receptionist was super friendly and knowledgeable. Got to our room and as soon as you walked in, you could smell it was clean, and e didn't feel we needed to wipe everything down... nailed it!!! Nice large underground parking lot, which was key access gates. There is a nice coffee bar and restaurant on site, with a small food and souvenir strip mall right around the corner. Everything here was great... service, room, facilities...

Clean, premium, has a bar + Starbucks in the main lobby and many food options in walking distance. Underground parking is included and only a 10min walk to Disney land. Except - the beds were extremely extremely soft. My wife and I didn’t sleep at all. Pillows were massive as well. If you prefer a harder mattress I would not stay here.

Great hotel with a prime location and super-friendly staff. From check-in on, every staff member we encountered was supremely friendly. Not sure if it’s the Disney aura or what, but they’re great. Parking, unlike everywhere in California we’ve experienced was free and easy - in a garage with plentiful space under the hotel. Room is solid and roomy (comfortable for two adults, a tween, and kiddo). Rain shower was a nice touch. Beds are decent and the place is nice and clean. Nice cafe with starbucks-type basics for breakfast (wish they opened a bit earlier than 6:30). Located on the NE corner of Harbor & Katella, it’s about 15 min walk to either park. There’s several casual food options right outside the door and more upscale (chain) options about 5 minutes walk down the block at Anaheim Garden Walk. Definitely a good off-property Disneyland option!

This is my go to hotel when I stay in Anaheim/OC. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels around Disneyland and this one is by far the best. The parks are within walking distance. The beds are beyond comfortable and after a long day on your feet that’s super important. Showers feature both a handheld and rainfall shower head, rooms have both a microwave and mini fridge, parking is secure and there’s no extra cost and the staff is super friendly.

We took 2 rooms, one for us and another for my sister and her kids. the reception was amazingly friendly, the staff always greeting us when we entered and when we left, they wished us well. there was a nice big screen TV in the lobby lounge that we could watch the world cup games. they even played Home Alone during the day. the business center computers were in the lobby and they were complimentary. there was a cafe in the lobby that served breakfast - such a convenience. Extremely surprising was the electric piano in the lobby (staff said the owner loves music). my musician husband could practice everyday -- what a treat for him! The elevators were quick, the parking was easy and convenient. we hardly used our car since we walked to Disneyland each day. The room was large and bed was so so comfortable. the bath was large and well appointed. Everyone had a great time and we would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is definitely the hotel to stay at for cost efficiency and value. Walking distance to Disneyland, free parking, nice, and clean rooms. For the most part, a really accommodating front desk and management team, with one very specific exception. All three employees we interacted with while first checking in and getting parking pass (11am ish), along with the fellow who gave us our room key when we got back from Disneyland (around 11:15pm) were SO kind and nice and pleasant. However, the experience was soured a bit when I called about a late check-out and spoke with a very unfriendly female employee. Unlike all the other, super-friendly, employees, the woman who answered the front desk phone (11:45pm ish) was quite curt and cold. She informed me very brusquely that the absolute latest they could do was 12pm (one hour) without fees. I explained that I have chronic Lyme disease and it’s really challenging for me to get moving in the morning, especially after the fatigue from the long day at Disneyland, and asked if they could even just do 12:15/12:30 and that it would really, really make all the difference in my stay. She was quite rude, seemed completely unfazed about my struggle with chronic illness and stated curtly that I could call take it up with the front desk again in the morning. Completely different vibe than ANYONE else the whole stay. Every single other employee was just so, so nice and accommodating. I understand when hotel employees are bound by regulations or policy, but she was really quite cold and it was a bit jarring 😕 Otherwise, highly recommend!

We loved our stay! This hotel exceeded our expectations and everyone working at the hotel (housekeeping, front desk workers, and cafe/Starbucks workers) were the kindest and most helpful! Our weekend trip was absolutely perfect and Wyndham played a huge role in that! (: The room was clean, the microwave, fridge, and coffee machine worked perfectly, the hotel’s location was perfect for a walk to Disneyland (with children), and parking was free! 10/10, definitely recommend.

Excellent, clean hotel right close to Disney! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and they have great pillows! My only complaint was that it seems the update to the rooms was done fairly fast, so our shower door didn't close properly etc, but that wouldn't stop me from choosing this hotel again!

So decided to stay here for a week of disneyland fun. And I will say after a search for hotels I found them. The price was the cheapest when others where charging me 1400 for the same amount of time i was able to get a good room for 800. They have free parking in a closed underground garage. They even let me keep my car in the garage till 12am on my check out day. The Pool is a bit on the smaller side but it was nice unfortunately with Disney open to close i was not able to enjoy it as much as I wanted to. The only reason they get a 4star in service is because the pool closes at 10. other than that the rooms are great beds are wonderfully they even had a microwave and the water pressure was good and strong unlike the Anaheim Hotel up the street. The staff was accommodating and all of them were nice. Will be staying at this one for future Disney trips

This hotel was really nice, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was a pretty good size. The AC worked great the entire stay in our room during the 110 degree weekend. However, the hotel felt hot throughout the hall ways and the elevator not sure if they had AC running or not so that was a little bummer. Also, during check out I had to ask for my receipt of the items I charged to my room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Really great hotel. I have stayed here once for a conference and came back for a birthday celebration at Disneyland. Staff is constantly awesome. Located very close to the park, convention center and many shops & restaurants. Highly recommended.

Every day I was greeted by Anthony T. he was the best concierge I could ask for. He made the trip feel special. He remembered my name and was very respectful and accommodating and made me feel very welcomed and I loved that. He made the day for me a 5 star each time. Alongside the hotel itself. It was a very solid hotel. Location, staff, effective, efficient, and loved the food options and availability. Well worth staying here again. I loved it!

Solid hotel overall, decent price and great location. Staff was super friendly the entire time… they literally said hi or bye every single time we saw them. Hotel was clean and spacious. Only complaint was that they couldn’t make a decent coffee if their life depended on it. We had coffee three days in a row and there was always an issue with either me or my wife’s coffee. Still a 5 star experience but coffee prep was only opportunity.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Disney and the Convention Center. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of the room versus surrounding hotels. Staff was extremely friendly, and the room were clean. The only negative, which may seem petty, was that the bar and restaurant located inside has blocked hours of service. Other than that, I would stay here anytime for its value.

It was a lovely stay. We weren't here for Disney but it's a decent location, reasonable distance from almost everything. Especially the beach! The beds were great, pillows too. Everything clean. Showers were perfect. (beds, cleanliness & showers are most important in my ratings so this place is great!) Close to good restaurants, too!

The rooms are great with a larger fridge and microwave. Keurig coffee makers are great. Rooms are very clean and modern. Gym was great for quick workouts. Very close walking distance to Disney.

The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. The free/included parking was a huge plus! Although we didn’t use any of the amenities, the fact that they were available was nice to know. Within a 10-15 minute walking distance to Disneyland. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Beds awesome. Pool was great for children to play since deep end 4’. Staff very friendly and helpful. (Jung the best!). I needed a shower chair on late night check-in and she promptly brought it to my room. D&R -Local place delivers scooters the night before arrival to hotel lobby. We were able to get started for Disney at 8am arrival day! Lobby bistro has great breakfast.

The room was very nice, bathroom was decently sized and cute, bed was very comfortable especially after a long day at Disneyland which was about a 10-12 minute walk, super convenient. All staff were very friendly. The hotel had a very lovely scent on every floor which I rarely ever experience. The free parking was a hit even with the parking garage being underground. I don’t know why I waited so long to stay at this hotel but my family and I will definitely be staying here again!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and the room and hotel was remarkably clean, the housekeeping staff does an amazing job. There was no obvious signs of wear and tear, the hotel room was very well maintained and spacious. The only complaint is that we were in a room right across from the elevators and we could hear every ding of the elevator and conversation getting on and off the elevator. The noise wasn't terrible for us, as we are pretty good about tuning it out. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is clean, well maintained, and pretty secure. The rooms were updated, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We stayed here for a Disneyland trip. The location is perfect, short walk to the park, many restaurants and shops just outside. The underground parking was convenient and we had no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful

Great hotel, great location. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. 15min walk to Disneyland, right next to downtown Anaheim attractions. Hotel was expensive, but you get the value you pay for. Parking in the underground garage was easy and convenient, Starbucks in lobby; overall excellent experience and would highly recommend if visiting Disneyland.

Place is nice! It's about a 10 minute walk to Disney. My wife and I loved the layout of the place. Room was big and the bathroom was nice. Only reason for 4stars is because the bed we first got was dirty. They did move us right away but no customer should walk into a dirty room. Cleaning staff dropped the ball there. They do have a Starbucks downstairs. The bar is not open. Neither is the restaurant. But they have other places to eat that are close by.

We loved staying here. Very close to Disneyland (the reason why we came down) and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern! Great stay for what we needed!

A great deal of a hotel, within walking distance of Disneyland! Free parking was a great bonus since many neighboring hotels charge for parking. The staff was very pleasant and the room was comfortable. The only downside was some noise and smell coming from the hallway.

Very nice hotel my mom & brother stayed here for our trip to Disneyland; room is very clean, comfortable beds, quiet room, nice bathroom, & about an 8 minute drive to Disneyland. The only thing is if you want breakfast, it is not included at this hotel so anyone who wants breakfast would have to go elsewhere. Other than that, great hotel!
