Super happy with our stay! Newer, very clean hotel with personalized service. A complimentary full continental breakfast is a great touch for traveling families. Our room was spacious and bright. Our bed was very comfortable. I will note that I see lots of reviews saying that it's "right next" to the free shuttle. This is technically true - the lots are touching. However, it is a good 10 minute walk or so. Still 100% worth it since the shuttle is free and goes right to the main Disneyland gates (vs some of the other ART shuttles that have multiple stops), but I would not call the shuttle service "a couple steps away". Not a criticism of the hotel at all, just wanted to clarify for those reading the reviews. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here last month and overall it was 5/5 stars. The hotel was extremely quiet and clean, rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with rotating menu items daily (including hard boiled eggs, fruit, sausage, rice & beans & tortillas, oatmeal, waffle station, yogurt, juices, eggs, etc). Coffee was good, too, and they had several creamer options including almond creamer and actual real cream which I appreciated. I bet people stay here just for the breakfast! Water pressure was good in the rooms, water was warm, nice curtains. We splurged and got a room with a kitchen/living room but did not end up utilizing the space. Rooms were nice, but no particular theming. We did have a killer sunrise view, though. :) We are able-bodied and fast walkers and we timed a 17 minute walk to the Security Checkpoint of Disneyland. We did take the Toy Story shuttle once, but we found it more convenient just to walk. Yes, it feels like a long walk, but hey, what's another mile? The only thing I'd ask is to please mark the gluten free items at breakfast for folks with allergies or dietary preferences.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The suite is a good size and large enough for our family of four. The kitchenette has everything you need and is equipped with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and utensils. There is a daily breakfast buffet which is included. The hotel is close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Disneyland (or you can use the Toy Story shuttle which is free and right next door). Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

So far so good. When we arrived at 6pm and checked in, the hotel had a social time on; free beer and wine, snacks and some salads. The room is nice (we did have an issue with the pull out couch and it did not pull out) but everything is great. Swimming pool for the kids, free breakfast, full kitchen in the rooms which is good when you want some snacks and such or if you want to make nachos or something. Overall I think this place is great. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a family friendly accommodation.

My bf and I just stayed here for 2 nights for our first time at Disneyland and the hotel exceeded our expectations!! The staff was so kind and helpful from my first interaction. We decided to stay 2 nights last minute vs one and they were able to accommodate us in the same room so we didn't have to switch. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had with great options and good coffee! The entire hotel was extremely clean including our room. The rooms were also quiet and comfortable. It's only a 3 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot where you can take the shuttle to Disneyland without waiting for security since you get checked prior to boarding. We will absolutely be staying here any time we come to Disneyland! We felt at home :)

This is my favorite hotel by Disneyland. Everyone there is so sweet. The entire hotel is spotless. Free breakfast is delicious. The pool is warm & jacuzzi perfect hot temp. There’s an arcade, barbecue grill with tools you can ask front desk for. It’s next to the Toy Story parking lot & the bus there takes you to Disneyland or you can walk. Both ways take only 15 minutes to get to the parks. The parking here is secure & they have security plus cameras. I feel safe at this hotel. This time we stayed in the suite that has bunk beds with a trundle underneath so it sleeps like a triple bunkbed. It also has a king size bed & a pull out couch in the living room. It’s really big.

Pros - clean room, friendly staff, hot breakfast (due to Covid, it’s being served to you) nice pool/hot tub area. Quiet, close to Disneyland parking lot for use of free bus. They were accommodating to bring up extra towels. Great price for size of room and beds. Cons - older rooms in need of updates. Beds weren’t very comfortable but especially the pillows. One pillow I had was like 6 inches long and full of bumps and the other was so flat with no support. The water pressure was lacking. Not close enough to good restaurants. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

We loved this hotel! It's right next to one of the Disneyland parking lots with a free shuttle to and from the parks. It's not a bad walk either, under a mile. The hotel has great breakfast that we didn't take advantage of until our last day because we were ready to eat as early as we left. The pool is great. Has a mini golf spot and a game room outside. The lobby is nice and big. The rooms are large so you have space to spread out. Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff. There was even an evening social one night with Soup, Salads, fruit and cheese! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is a winner!!!

The location is great if you plan to go to the Disneyland resort. The breakfast is fine and the selection is good. Some cleaning crews are better than others at keeping the food areas tidy. The biggest issue is the rooms. Overall they are clean, but the floors are filthy and in need of a shampoo. It also took a while to get housekeeping requests fulfilled. I'd request extra towels and toilet paper before you need them. The filters for the air conditioners may also need to be replaced. There was a lot of dust caked up on the vent.

This place has Bed Bugs. We stayed here for one night on my birthday weekend to attend Designer Con at the convention center across the street. We chose one night cause the rooms in any of these hotels around Disney are so expensive. We were lying in bed watching Game 1 of the World Cup my birthday morning (today) and saw a huge, fully matured bed bug crawling on top of our bed. We got the hell out of there FAST. In all honesty I really don’t think the hotel did a good job at making sure we were ok. This was emotionally triggering. They tried setting us up in a different room but after that experience how could we trust this place ever again? The thought of all those people in the lobby, smiling and not know we had just found a bed hug in our room felt so surreal, Erie and not acceptable. We were offered a dryer to expose our clothes to heat, which we did and now my girlfriends favorite coat has shrunk cause of it. I think places like this need to be more proactive about the conditions here. Disney makes so much money from all of us travelers. Anaheim makes tons of money from all the tourism. And the people, who are here to spend it deserve better.

I would give 3 1/2 stars for our stay. I like this property quite a bit as far as location and we had a Queen suite at a reasonable price. The suite (515) was spacious and well laid out. The Toy Story lot is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, and we mostly used the shuttle instead of walking to the parks. This is my third time staying here, the first was in March 2020 and then we stayed a year ago as well. Breakfast is plentiful and changes a bit each day. The Manager's Reception is not as good (or as often) as it was in March 2020, but it's still a nice offering. There was soup, fruits, salad, etc. The chocolate chip cookies are very good. The hotel itself is still relatively new but needs some TLC - like a deep clean on the rooms. Also, the toilet in our room was tricky at times to flush and there was a loud noise coming from the pipes (I think). I received a message that there was no hot water during one afternoon. We were asked in text how our stay was and if we needed anything. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed here from Saturday to Tuesday. The total price I paid was almost $800. The price is decent for the hotel location. $186 a night for the weekend and $158 a night for the weekday. Also, parking is $30 a night plus taxes and fees!! The service I received from nearly every staff member was excellent !! All the staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I believe that staff who are happy to work shows a lot. The hotel does also offer free breakfast. They have plenty of variety to choose from. We were going to Disneyland and this hotel is less than a mile away from there. There were plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Overall, the experience was great here. The only thing I can say that made me give the low rating was the cleanliness of the room. We got 2 rooms for the stay and both of them were pretty dirty. One of the beds had hair in them and on the blankets. The carpets didn’t seem to have been cleaned well in either room. Cleanliness is a major thing for me and I’m sure it is for lots of families with young ones. I also hate that we have to pay for parking. I see the most of the hotels do that near Disneyland though.

This hotel is exactly what you need for being close to Disneyland. Clean, decent rooms, good enough kitchen, fantastic breakfast buffet (changes every day), decent pool / kiddie pool/ hot tub (open until 10) and they have a little arcade room. Nice enough gym. I'd stay here again and would recommend for families for sure. They have four EV chargers in the parking lot.

Very clean & spacious suites. I had two suites next to the other which was so nice. The kitchen could use a frying pan. And I do agree with the reviews on their pillows being very squishy. I would definitely stay again. It's next door to the Toy Story parking lot. Great for families

Nice hotel for a family visiting Disneyland. Easy check in and convenient in and out parking privileges. Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The room had everything we expected and all the appliances were clean and in working order. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk to the free Disney trams in the Woody Parking Lot. The Garden Walk mall and many different restaurants as well as convenience stores are very short drives away.

We had a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous. The two queen bed suite was large and clean, breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool. Whenever we needed anything we called housekeeping and they delivered the supplies within fifteen minutes. We stayed here for three nights and all the different staff we interacted with were very nice. We choose this property because it was within walking distance to the convention center.

Great hotel for this price point. Staff is super friendly! Let us park before checking in, allowing us to go to the park before our stay. Provided great accommodations. The pull out bed and trundle bed under the bunk were awesome and useful, but MOR for an adult. Kids slept there with few complaints (but they did complain a little). Breakfast is good. Not super nutritious, and pretty much the same everyday, but tasted great to the kids! They loved it!!! Great place to stay for a trip to Disneyland!!!

Nice hotel. Great location to Disneyland, restaurants, etc... The room is nice, I love the kitchenette, and this hotel allows dogs for a nightly fee. Breakfast is complimentary and huge, lots of options. Great pool, Putt-Putt golf, basketball court, BBQ, and doggy poop area in the courtyard. The staff are helpful and nice. Parking is about $36 per night. The gym, wash room, and small snack shop is available but I did not use them. Overall, a good value for what you pay for. My reasons for not giving a five stars: Due to being close to Disneyland this hotel is not quiet, lots of kids and the hallway noise can be heard clearly from inside the room. The bed was not comfortable, very firm and the pillows had down feathers that poked through the pillowcase. But this is a nice option for family trips to Disneyland on a budget.

I had an amazing experience celebrating my son's birthday at this hotel, conveniently located near Disneyland. The shuttle service made our trip hassle-free, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful addition. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

Overall, our room was clean and very spacious! Breakfast was nice but it is packed with people every morning likely due to the convenient location being right next to the Toy Story Disneyland parking lot. Only complaint about the hotel was the noise at night. We were on the first floor, and the people who were staying above us were obnoxiously loud until wee hours of the morning. (Sounded like kids running around/jumping off of beds etc). I would stay here again, especially if going to Disneyland. About a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot where you go thru security and ride the tram to the park.

Amazing hotel. Fantastic front desk and service crew. Room spacious a d very clean. Very happy. Been a Hilton member for several years, come to Anaheim for both work and pleasure 6-8 times a year, decided this trip to try Homewood Suites here at Anaheim Convention Center at 2010, have to give this hotel a 4 out of 5 Stars.

I definitely recommend this hotel & we will stay here again next time my family is in Anaheim. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was filling & my picky toddler found items he enjoyed. The hotel is also close to Disney land. Overall the hotel is very family friendly & a great value for the price.

Great location: less than a block from Disney's parking lot. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. The rooms were nice, but need some upkeep. In general the rooms and hallways need some TLC. But rooms are spacious, pool/jacuzzi area is very nice. Breakfast was very good, with excellent service. Kudos to Julie who works on the breakfast area - made our kid's breakfast special.

The room is ok. We got a suite with a master bed and a regular room. Both are very spacious for LA. We did get to see fireworks in our Master bed suite room #545. The TV doesn’t work (no signal). The shampoo and conditioner was out. But overall it’s not bad. If you are going to Disney and have a grand vacation then this probably not for you.

I visited Anaheim for business during the week. The location of the Homewood Suites was very close to the Anaheim Convention center - close enough to walk there and back each day. The surrounding area/neighborhood is beautiful and feels very safe. Lots of families in the area who are visiting Disney Land so if that's not your thing (kids and families) while you're away on business then maybe find another hotel/area to stay at. All of the hotel employees were so kind and accommodating. One night I needed a fork (my standard king didn't come with those amenities) and already changed into pajamas so I didn't want to venture down to the lobby - they sent an employee up to my with a fork. I was so thankful! My room was sufficient for 2 nights. It was clean enough for me and I tend to have pretty high standards. ;) I would definitely stay at this hotel location again.

Thoroughly impressed with this place! Front desk staff were consistently chill, friendly and helpful!! They held our luggage for free before check in when we couldn't get a jumbo locker at Disney! Complimentary bottled waters in the snack shop fridge were so nice. Free Disney shuttle next door at the Toy Story parking lot (a bit of a walk, but free is nice on a Disney trip). Breakfast was wonderful especially for a free one! Rooms were clean, comfy and beautiful. I've never seen a hotel with bunkbeds (with a third pull out bed underneath) and it was great for my teens. Pool, hot tub and fire pit are awesome. My son had a nosebleed and a pillow got ruined but they wouldn't let me pay for it. So sweet. Would totally stay again! Thank you! :)

Excellent service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are spacious and don't make you feel like you're on top of one another. We are a family of 6 and all were comfortable here. The hotel was designed and ready to send you on a magical journey to Disney. The bus location was close by.

We had the premium King 1 bedroom & it was very nice. Staff was professional & helpful. The free breakfasts were really good, with a good assortment of food. I would highly recommend it! The fitness room, which I used daily, was always clean.

We stayed at this hotel from May 13-17 and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You're able to text requests to them through the app, and they're very quick to respond. We requested a pack n play to our room, and they delivered it. The location to Disneyland was great. It's about a mile away, so you can walk or go next door to the Toy Story parking lot and catch the bus there for free. The breakfast in the morning is good. They had a good juice selection. Parking was $30 per day. Overall, it's a great hotel, especially for families, due to the kitchen and separate living areas in each room. I would definitely recommend it and we will stay here next time we visit.

This hotel is exceptional! The customer service is EXCELLENT. We stayed in the family suite and we couldn't be happier with the space, cleanliness and full kitchen. 10 min. walk to Toy story parking lot to take the shuttle to Disneyland. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. Breakfast is available every morning which was a good variety, something different every day. I highly recommend this hotel. You feel safe and welcomed.

It’s been about six months but I had to come write a review about the amazing customer service we received in October 2022. Our trip was delayed due to a family tragedy and the staff was so sensitive and helpful to get our reservation sorted out for the new dates at the VERY last minute. At such a difficult time, I can’t express how much I appreciated this! As far as the hotel itself, it was our second stay with our kids in a suite and we loved it as much the second time as we did the first. Pool is wonderful, location is perfect, and the included breakfast makes everything so much better. It’s nice having that included when you’re spending so much at the park. This will forever be our go-to when we’re having a Disney vacation!

  • 5/5 Beth R. 10 months ago on Google
Very easy check-in (but must do so before parking). Facility is very clean and breakfast was bountiful, hot and fresh! Rooms were great sized. Apparently we upgraded and didn't realize it. The room included complimentary snacks which was nice. We stayed in 4 hotels over 5 nights and we wish they could have all been like this one!! If we ever return to the area we will stay here again! Front desk staff was very helpful and informative for how to navigate to the parking area/tram pick up for the Disney parks. This was a helpful feature and glad the staff told us about it!! Overall, a GREAT stay!!

Family vacation with littles (4 and 6). Great proximity to Disneyland. Quick walk to the shuttles. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Breakfast was always plentiful and on point with so much variety. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Amazing location next to Disney, Angels stadium, shopping. Cannot say enough good things about this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will be back!

Stayed here for 6 nights in the beginning of December. The room was spacious and we enjoyed it. We visited Disneyland and it was very convenient that it was right next to the Toy Story parking lot so we were able to shuttle back and forth every day! The breakfast in the morning was one of the best continental breakfast I have ever had a hotel! We also enjoyed the Wednesday evening social with some snacks and a few free glasses of beer that’s a plus if you’re staying on a Wednesday evening. Staff was very friendly and nice! I left my glasses in the room and called a few hours later they were able to find them and ship them back (they charged to my card shipping which was totally fine) it was just great that they were able to do that for me! Literally only con was paying so much for parking per night! I’ve stayed at places near Disney that was free parking and bummed me out that I was paying alot for the room already and then had an added high cost for parking! But would definitely stay here again!

  • 5/5 Sumanta C. 1 year ago on Google
The location, service and pricing was great. We also got a suite upgrade when requested. The only negative point would be that the rooms are showing the signs of age and need some interior revamp. The breakfast has a great number of selections that are fresh, tasty and certainly better than any other hotel in the same category. Those who are going to Disneyland can walk for around 10 mins to the Toy story parking lot near the hotel and catch the shuttle.

Love the pool and atmosphere. Wonderful staff and caring people. Breakfast was ok, not gluten free but still lots of food for regular diets. Breakfast starts and ends on time. No late stragglers allowed, you will find a clean kitchen and no food. 😂 One part that was not so great was our bed. Not what I’m used to in a hotel of this type. Our bed was broke down in the middle which sleep is pretty important especially compared to the cost of staying here. Otherwise we loved it, shuttles to Disney all day

The customer service and friendly employees at this resort were over the top. They made are stay enjoyable. The resort had enough amenities to keep our little gkids busy too--a putting green, half court basketball court, swimming pool and hot tub. The kids loved it along with their bunk beds. So nice to have suites with the living room & kitchen too. Highly recommend.
