Very cool concept! You get you select your base noodle and as many toppings and sauces as you like. The all-you-can eat dinner option is $23.99 for 2 hours. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks with our dinner. The reason for 4/5 stars is that the metal bowls used for the cold bar were wet and some had small pieces of lettuce from the last person. I'm not picky but I also don't ignore what I see. Definitely coming back though!!

Came to eat here with some friends(6 & a baby 4months) and according to the menu 8+ is when they add service charge, when we asked the manager hey gave us a attitude and said that it’s the policy of 6+, after showing him on the menu that it says 8+. Then he rudely said that the host had already told us that we would get charged, when the host never said anything to us. Not happy how the manager handled the situation our waiter was amazing and no complaints on that end We were not going to stiff our server from a tip we just wanted to tip him cash and our way, we come from a service Industry and know how tips work. We just wanted to make sure he was going to be taken care of right.

I had a great time at Fire + Ice! It's basically a build-your-own noodle bowl/salad/burger joint. I don't even recall what exactly I used in the two plates my stomach only had room for, other than I literally piled on the noods and the meats and every sauce that added spiciness. Both times I don't know what I created what they were GOOD. Like, hard to take another bite but I just have to because it's so good but also I'm going to freaking explode good. It's also $23.00/person so you know I'm going to TRY to get my money's worth. The ingredients were so fresh, they were constantly being replaced and refilled. The hardest part about this whole experience is waiting at the bar while you literally watch your food cook with a growling stomach. I would definitely recommend this place!

Highly recommend!! America and Raul were very great to my family and I. Very caring and attentive of their customers. The food was amazing as well. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of my food or drinks but I got to choose what paste and what I wanted in my paste and just hand it to the cook to cook it. They also have a salad option. I had a mojito and a melon mule they were so good props to the bartender.

I thought coming here during the time we did (house of blues concert) being service would take forever, but it surely did not disappoint. Didn't have the full menu option but did have some apps and a few drinks to kill time before the show. Restrooms are clean, and the whole atmosphere is chill and relaxing. They have chefs who cook in front of you, which is pretty cool. Would like to come again and try their main dishes!

For starters I’m not sure why the whole restaurant was being ran by one server who was also the bartender. Now granted it was a Monday. I don’t know if someone called out but that was ridiculous. I will give it to our server. She was working very hard. However, as much as the grill idea seemed nice and the people who were cooking seemed good. There were a bunch of people waiting for it and I didn’t want to wait for all the people in front of me who had to have their food cooked first by the two cooks. We waited 15 minutes for our party of 6 because there was only one server. The hostess had a little bit of attitude but with a smile so odd. We ordered margaritas and drinks along with appetizers. Out margaritas tasted like they use the premade mixes of their items. We didn’t really like our margaritas at all. My friends likes their micheladas although. The appetizers were blah. I have a feeling they don’t have a full kitchen. Our items we ordered were bland. Like they are basically frozen and put in a deep fryer type of situation. I Honestly wouldn’t come back here. Not my type of place. I’m sure the grill which in a sense is like hibachi style that you wait for. So if you don’t mind standing and waiting awhile for your food then I think it will be ok. But to not anyone really working and one person for the entire place was crazy.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. It was very disorganized. They advertise as an interactive experience but it's not. It's a lot of waiting in line and waiting for food. The selection isn't very good and the cooks are trying to move too fast. I was concerned my food wasn't cooked all the way. Ultimately I paid +$25 for 1 plate of food because the line to get the ingredients was just too long. Im not sure who this current system caters to but maybe the owners should realize that some people are coming from a long day of standing and waiting in lines at Disney. It might be better for customers to preselect what they want on reusable laminated cards and then have the wait staff grab it and give it to the cooks. Then if the customer wants to, they can watch as it cooks.

We had a big birthday party and they ended up spreading us all over the restaurant, we weren't able to celebrate with our friends. We observed that there were plenty of empty tables outside in the patio area we asked to be seated if possible, so we can sit with our friend and celebrate her birthday as a group. The employees said it would be too complicated and we did not want to make it complicated for them and the service wasn't up to my expectations. This would be my last visit to this restaurant. I am a cast member and I would not recommend any of my guests to visit this restaurant.

Brunch Brunch Brunch!!!! Our family loves this place for brunch! Not only do they have the regular Mongolian BBQ, they also have pancakes made to order with all kinds of toppings, omelets as much as your imagination can make!!! The chefs are fun and always ask their opinion on what you should have made!!!! Picky kids? No problem... they have plain noodles and pancakes... it can't get better!!!! This is our 11th year coming here and even the new staff makes us feel welcome!!!

It's like a DIY hibachi. You create your own flavors and they'll cook it up for you. This is the place to get culinary creative without the worry you'll mess up. The flavors may not be perfect but you have more than one try as it's a buffet.

This was my first time here and I would happily go back so I don't have pictures but the food is amazing. The drinks are pretty good. They could have been a little bit stronger. I'll be honest but the food was good. Atmosphere was nice

Pretty cool, new twist for a Korean Style barbecue venue and priced well. You have 2 hrs to dine , a lot to choose from and your table is to eat not to cook !

It is a mostly self-serve all you can eat pasta grill place~ great for both group and casual friend/romantic dates. The price is okay (may be pricey if drinks are added on to it). The atmosphere is really pretty and location is awesome as well~ 15 mins walking distance away from Disney and has some other shop nearby as well! The food was good, nothing crazy outstanding but really good nevertheless. The speed of service is pretty fast considering the time I went was really busy!

I really like the idea of this place. The staff is awesome and super friendly and fun. The atmosphere is joyful and playful. When you go to get your food, it’s like a buffet line. The food at the buffet is fresh and well stocked. The only problem is… there isn’t much guidance. So you can load up your bowl with noodles, veggies and meat, pick out your sauce and then it all gets dumped on a (pretty dirty) grill and sautéed. The sauce gets thrown on at the last second. I made the mistake of adding garlic to my sauce but it wasn’t cooked with the food so I had a plate full of charred noodle, veg and meat covered in sauce and raw garlic… I felt like I had to eat it because I’m paying for it and I didn’t want to waste food… My son just wanted noodles and plain butter (he’s 4) but since the noodle are thrown on a dirty grill, they tasted like dirty grill… covered in black bits. He couldn’t eat. All in all it was a little disappointing to pay almost $100 for a family of 3 to just have some burnt noodles and raw garlic for dinner 😅 I could have messed up my own dinner at home.

Back home in Missouri, we call this place HuHot. You pick your own food out in a buffet style line. Then you take it to a large grill where you wait for it to cook. I find it very delicious. There is a bar for drinks, outside eating. The first night the music was way too loud, but the next time I went it was better.

Great atmosphere with good food. Great value for the Disneyland area. You must allow the grill masters to make you a philly cheesesteak or a customized hamburger to go with the all you can eat hibachi bowls.

We love coming to Fire + Ice whenever we're near Anaheim. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful! We enjoy choosing what foods we want to eat and watching them grill our food

Definitely a great spot to go to when in town visiting Disneyland or any other attractions in the Anaheim area. I've been coming here since at least late 2016 top notch everytime I come never once have I had a bad visit and I'm going visit number 15. If your not trying to spend a lot of money and trying to get some great fulling food Fire & Ice is the spot you want to be at.

We were in town for a music festival and decided to try out them out. The food was great, super interesting to watch them cook it in front of you. Nothing was overly burnt and steak was cooked perfectly. Service was great even though they were consistently busy. Didn't have to wait to get drinks refilled as needed. Easily the best and easiest option we had that wasn't a long walk from our hotel.
