This hotel is more like old Motel which Marriott bought but forgot to renovate as the hotel does not meet any of the Marriott standards. This hotel is right beside freeway and road noise can be heard whole night. Rooms and carpet are very old and not clean. One of the chair had pins which scratched my kid’s hand. Bathroom door does not have lock, bathroom light and fan didn’t work for first couple of days. Hotel front desk says that “NO PETS IN HOTEL with exception of service animals” but I could see many pets as many didn’t follow this. Breakfast was served but not of good quality. We had to skip the breakfast for rest of the days. Overall, don’t go by Brand name and spend $$$.

We stayed here to go to Disneyland. Unfortunately, we were naive about the traffic. It's only 15 miles a way, but when the traffic is up, it sucks. So, just plan around that if you want to stay further from Disney to save money. :-) When we left Disneyland around midnight, obviously the traffic was fine. The funny thing is we stayed here on February 12th, 2020 and we literally had no clue that Covid was a thing. We were just thrilled that the crowds were low at all of the tourist destinations. ;-) The hotel is older, which means the rooms are spacious, just not totally modern in design (ceiling texture, strange bathroom layout). The breakfast was your standard Fairfield Inn fare, which is fine by us. No issues during the stay!

We love this hotel we chose to stayed here for 7 days while on our Disney vacation and we loved it and would recommend it. The freeway entrance is just up the street and only takes 20 min to Disney and 30 min to Huntington Beach, the roads were not too busy didn’t experience any bad traffic. There was 4 of us and we had a one king and a pull out sofa room and it fits us perfectly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The clerks were very pleasant and professional and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. It is a cashless hotel just a heads up. The pool was great couldn’t get my kids out and so was she breakfast. There is a bunch of stores, gym and restaurants around the hotel. The parking lot gets filled up fast if you return late but what can you do if a place is very popular. We enjoyed our stay and would come back next time if close by our vacation spots. Thank you

Stayed here with my wife while visiting Disneyland. It was only a 20-minute drive and about half the cost of the hotels around Disney. I was a bit surprised that this hotel had outdoor corridors; I don't think I've ever stayed at a Marriott hotel that didn't have indoor corridors. I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet inside the room, even with people walking by outside and the location next to a busy freeway. The whole property felt a bit dated but it was clean and the amenities were good. I liked the exercise room in the casita by the pool. TV in room was very small. Overall, it's a good hotel and if you're looking to save a few bucks it's worth staying here.

I've frequented Fairfield Inns and was pleasantly surprised that this one was different from the others I've booked with. It's more of a motel style - with individual rooms with doors that lead outside. So, no doorman. The difference is that this place feels safe and secure! When I checked in, the front desk employee was friendly and welcomed me for my first stay at this Fairfield Inn location (I am a silver elite member). With my reservation, I requested a room on a low floor and I was provided with one. The rooms are great and the bathroom are gorgeous. Complimentary breakfast was also given, and it was hot breakfast instead of the grab-n-go type of breakfast. I'm satisfied with this beautiful place :)

I don’t normally like staying at hotels that have outdoor hallways like an old motel. But the rooms are beautiful and recently remodeled. The staff is very friendly. The location is great. María who puts together the breakfast buffet has put together the best breakfast buffet of all the Fairfield inns I have stayed at. It’s not about the food it’s about the presentation and her personality. Everything is clean, she’s always smiling, all condiments and food items are full until the very end of the Buffet time. You go Maria!

We celebrated my boyfriend's 28th birthday in the King Suite here!! When I asked for a birthday decoration by call, one of their staff mistakenly accepted it. After I had already shipped the birthday set, I found out that they temporary stopped decoration room service due to the pandemic. But they specially approved it only this time! I appreciate it. They are very kind and professional! And the King suite room with a jet bathtub and a private sauna was super comfortable. I recommend this room.

Very good stay at a reasonable price! We were visiting Disneyland along other places like Huntington Beach! Freeways and highways are close by, about 15,20 minutes from Disneyland! Breakfast was good. Only thing was that cleaning maids will only come by request, due to Covid. Other than that we had really pleasant experience!

I came here for my birthday/ valentines day and really enjoyed my stay. I told the concierge that I was my day of relaxation; away from the boys, (lol). I was given a welcome bag with all types of goodies! I recommend the suites! In room sauna and a jetted tub! I was the perfect mom-cation! and it come with complementary breakfast!

Customer service was great. Rooms actually updated. Appliances could be updated. Fridge hummed and AC/Heater is a bit noisy. Hot tub is operable with filled hot water; however timer and jets were not working. Breakfast was really good. I like the individual wrapped quiche options. Plenty to decide from.

A colleague of mine booked this hotel for my business trip. I was only staying one night and didn't need anything fancy. It wasn't bad, and wasn't stellar either. It's fine. Breakfast is included, and there are some hot food options. That was a bonus. My room was clean. There was a pool, but it was pretty loud at 10:35PM (kids playing and screaming). I decided to call the front desk to ask them what time the pool closed and they said, "10pm". I explained the noise that was still happening and they addressed it immediately. 5 minutes later I was able to sleep in peace. Usually, I wouldn't care and I'm not the type to ruin kids having fun, but I did have to get up at 5AM for an important meeting. The location is close enough to walk to a Starbucks, a sandwich joint, or other stores you might find in a strip mall. If you work out at LA Fitness, there is one next door. I would stay here again for business, but never for personal vacation (but that's just me).

I never thought that I would stay at a Fairfield Inn. But I had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised at the room cleanliness, and the service. The free breakfast was even good.

A great location for us visiting friends in Yorba Linda and easily accessible to the freeway without a bunch of freeway noise. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms quiet, and the shower was great. We'll be returning during our next visit to the area.

Loved the room, the free breakfast, even the pool and hot tub. However, They will not let you pay for your room unless you have a physical card, even if you used the card to hold the room. So if someone else paid for the room for you and they are not present its a no. This was a huge inconvenience for us in that we had to us extra money we had to pay for our room on top of the incidentals hold.

Not bad Hotel, just older and seasoned. Don’t compare it to a JW or a Ritz. It’s comparable to other Inns. Kimberly at the front desk was wonderful and the breakfast crew was great and accommodating. Only issue I had was no room service the week I stayed. I was used to every two/three days room service from my stays at hotels. Usually it’s to make sure you’re still alive or not doing illegal activities. As I was informed. Hahaha.

While rooms are ok, mattresses are too soft and rooms are kind of noisy. Breakfast is ok. Large jacuzzi tubs in bathrooms are surprising but noisy in action. More elevators would have been better design choice.

  • 5/5 Shilun W. 5 months ago on Google
You can tell the location is a dated structure, but it's been renovated and looks quite nice inside. Its more motel-like configuration is a little uncommon with Fairfield Inns, but it's got elevators if you don't like using the staircase. This is the first Fairfield I've been to that gives me Evian waters at check-in. The room is decently sized and breakfast is included. I'm on the top floor, so I get a great view of the highway, but it's a little noisy.

This place was amazing. I did a late check in around 2am and I was in need of a room to stay for a few days. The front desk was very nice and considerate. I think her Name was Isabel! She helped me so much and treated me with respect . The security guard on duty was very courteous as well. If I need a vacation away from Long Beach, I would definitely go here again. Thank you Fairfield Inn for your hospitality!!!

I just want to start this off by saying that I’m really not one to leave a bad review but this hotel has been the worst . I am coming from out of town for my birthday and right off the bat the beds are incredibly uncomfortable! Next day we got a note claiming they would be updating software on the locks so we left a do not disturb sign on the door and left . When we got back are items were ransacked and my purse was stolen we were honestly terrified and checked the room thoroughly to make sure no one was in the room . When we spoke to the desk they were incredibly unhelpful and even sarcastic. We came back the next morning to speak to the manager, The manager never even came out and we spoke to the supervisor instead she claimed no one had entered the rooms but I’m sure we didn’t leave it open.. I’m thankful nothing important was stolen but the whole situation was incredibly stressful and they provided no help whatsoever…

How can I not give a 5 star after this? Thank you Pia for making me feel very welcomed! As a Titanium Elite member of Marriott, this is my third time staying here for both business and leisure! Always had a very pleasant experience with breakfast, customer service and location! Will surely be back! :) Israel

We enjoyed our 8 day stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast, pool, location and free parking. If you are not from the area you will enjoy the view from the mountains from the 4th floor. The only down side is the amount of road noise and poor hotel room door seals.

The most honest review for my fellow travelers! Would I stay again?….yes but not more than 1-2 days. Here’s why: Pros: -location is great as we did the beach two days and Disney two days! -pool is decent but was only open two days and freezing. But nobody was using it and it was clean just needs a refurbish. -hot tub same but super small so if strangers get in y’all are sharing a bathtub. - SERVICE: the reception folks were so nice and patient with everyone. -BREAKFAST: complimentary and did not disappoint. Staple foods like scrambled eggs and sausage links. With another hot option that rotated and the frittata and quiches were delicious! The staff in there was equally wonderful. Coffee is decent! Juices were good. Yogurt bar with a lot of toppings! Fruit! -direct tv with complimentary premium. -decent Wi-Fi. -shampoo products are amazing -complimentary hair dryer was brand new. -clean enough! No bed bugs is important! -a little gym with a lot of clean water refills! -shower was great and the toilet was a mega flush! -lots of storage space and a pretty decent sized mini fridge! So shop at Vons next door and stock up! Cons: -so loud! The walls are just paper thin, could smell our neighbors “extracurriculars”. I could Hear what they were watching. Doors slamming. Traffic close by even though I’m a culdesac! Nothing a little white noise machine or ear buds wouldn’t mute! -the keys constantly wouldn’t work, we got like 5 because we’d get back from Disney and they wouldn’t work! -the smell. I didnt expect just floral loveliness but it had a stale smell and the pillows always stink. Even when “fresh”. I think it’s because of the consistent dampness. …and neighbors. -WHY WAS IT ALWAYS DAMP? everything stayed damp. Like everything needed an extra cycle through the dryer but even down to our clothes hanging i the closet and drawers. EVEN THE WALLS AND DOORS. It all had moisture. We’re used to humidity we’re from Texas. We travel a lot. This was not bc of climate only this was a hotel issue and kind of gross. After a long day in the sun you don’t want to sleep in a damp bed. -carpet, ohhhhh I loathe carpet but with how loud it was I bet with laminate or wood it would’ve been louder. -the door always had a bit of a crack to it and the curtains didn’t cover the windows completely so if you’re light sensitive this isn’t for you. -the pillows were a joke. Never mind that they smell. They looked so fluffy but as soon as you put your head down it just sank. No matter if you used 4 pillows! Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the cost! We’d come back for a day or two but not more!

This hotel is wild. I'm currently dealing with the police as this hotel gave my information to another hotel guest who then called me and texted me after I checked out asking about his belongings. This is a massive breach of privacy and I will pursue this with law enforcement and Marriott. The hotel itself is a dirty run down motel that has no place using the Marriott name. They have a fake cop car in the parking lot for "security" that has flashing lights on all night to "deter" thieves.

We were very happy with this hotel and we are picky. It was very clean. Great little breakfast buffet. Loved the doors to rooms being on outside, enjoyed the hot tub. Felt safe. Was by an interstate but the noise didn't bother us at all.

The front desk staff is always extremely friendly and makes a check in a great experience. Kimberly is the best and always welcomes you with a smile. I have stayed at this property for the past 4 weeks for work, and each time, the rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of parking. I highly recommend staying here.

It is cleaning, friendly and breakfast was good. Marie in the breakfast room is Wonderful! When we were there she went out of her way to help anyone who needed it. It is close to Disneyland and is a fare price. It is a little older place to stay but great location and service.

Upon arrival at check in, person at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Explain everything about the services, breakfast, parking, etc. The staff throughout the property was very helpful and polite. Although they couldn’t speak a whole lot of english, they where all still helpful in all they did. Staff in the breakfast area made sure food was hot and refilled when needed. Coffee and all beverage was fresh and always filled. They Cleaned up and wiped down tables as people left. Very hard working people. Overall, despite a lot of negative reviews I’ve read before we checked in, I think this is a very nice hotel, great location and my family and I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff, keep up the outstanding service. Hope to see you again !!!

I had a reservation for this hotel but due to some travel complications I was not able to stay here. However, Kimberly at the front desk was extremely kind and took excellent care of me, helping me get squared away with a room at a different hotel which was actually even closer to where I needed to be. Top notch service! Thank you Kimberly.

The rooms are huge and clean, the service was extremely courteous and friendly, the location is unbeatable for the Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda area, there are great amneties (pool, breakfast, and best of all - in-room sauna and jacuzzi!!), it's great for sleeping in (blackout curtains, soundproof windows, quiet area), and the beds are really comfortable – thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Check in clerk took forever. Perhaps she was new. She was very nice, just took a while. She did hit points that many other clerks fail to do. She gave me a choice of points or market item. She also provided a welcome gift and informed me of where the room was located, the best place to park and the best way to get there. She also informed me of the breakfast hours. Which was a total waste of my time. So she did well, just seemed to take a while. Room was nice. Clean. Very small TV in comparison to other Fairfield Inns. Bed was comfortable. No issues with A/C or heater. But BEWARE. This is a MOTEL!!! Not a Hotel. All rooms are accessed from the outside. My huge complaint is the continental breakfast. They had NOTHING I liked. Everything was blueberry. They had quiches and sausage. No plain eggs. No eggs with cheese omelet. No scrambled eggs from a bag like most Fairfields have. No waffles. No whole milk for the cereal. Basically, if you like blueberries and quiches, you’re in Heaven. But no variety for anyone who doesn’t like those. They have an okay assortment of cereals, but all the milk they have is like putting water over your cereal. No thank you. So maybe you like the breakfast and motel ambience and will love this place as others have, but it’s not the right fit for me. The breakfast attendants were very nice and tried to find something that would work for me, but there was a slight language barrier that perhaps led to me being unable to accept something she suggested. You could tell she simply wanted to find a solution she could provide that would make me happy, but she doesn’t control what’s available. So I did appreciate her attempts. I just added a star just because of the customer service. So it does matter.

It was decent for what it was but definitely way overpriced! Like seriously overpriced😐 Some real serious renovations are needed. The breakfast was somewhere btw sub par and mediocre. The room was small for two queen beds. Why was a full Length mirror on the side of the bed?! How can I see my full body if I’m btw a bed and the wall is beyond me but I guess. Location was great, definitely a lot of points was based off location. The laundry machines worked well also. Staff was pretty cool.

I love this place - very clean, very friendly stuff and not too far from downtown Anaheim. Also very quiet so you can relax. I had a chat with one of their staff members, Isabel, and she was very nice and helpful providing me with free drinks (coffee, water) before my departure and also discussing about our holiday plans. I can highly recommend this place 🙏🏼 it has a great price compared with what you get in the Anaheim downtown and very close to the city. Also there is a vibrant restaurant close to Fairfield called Reunion, it is a few minutes away. I will definitely go back when i visit Anaheim again.

Me and my Fiancé stayed at this hotel again front desk lady desteny was absolutely amazing as always . She always makes us feel so welcomed and has an amazing energy when we are attended by her . She is so informative and always looks like she loves doing her job . The rooms were clean as always and breakfast was delicious as usual. Thank you to the breakfast ladies for making us feel welcomed whenever we stay here. Parking is free which is nice and they have a really nice pool area with a mini gym . Love this place

Room wasn't ready and used mobile check in 48 hours prior to arrival. Was told it would be over an hour. Was not asked if I wanted to spin the wheel for bonus points. Was not greeted as an ambassador member. Was not asked if I wanted points or an arrival gift. Was told I needed a special parking pass for the elite parkking spot then told by a different person the next day that I don't need one. Had to check out and in twice to extend my stay one night. Called at 10am to schedule housekeeping. Waited 5 hours, front desk never scheduled it. Never staying here again.

The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and professional. We had an issue with our booking (via a third party), and Jamie (manager) went above and beyond making several phone calls over a couple of days, getting it fully resolved for us. Thank you so much Jamie!! The rooms and bathrooms are top notch (recently renovated it appears), super clean and the beds are very comfortable too.

I will definitely stay here again. Besides being clean, the room was very comfortable, having, in my opinion, the best working AC unit in a hotel room. You can actually feel the air blowing, and it actually cools or warms to the temperature you desire. Yolanda and the breakfast crew were fantastic and conscientious to your needs/wants (thank you, Yolanda!)

The Rooms are nice, but there is not maid service due to covid. Nobody brings you extra Lotion, toilet paper, or condiments for coffee. They do have refrigerators and microwaves which is very nice to have. I really like the rooms alot except for one thing. The beds are more often rock hard than not. Meaning I've stayed here 5 times and 4 of the 5 times the beds were so hard that it kept me from sleeping. I woke up every 30 minutes all night long to turn over due to the hard beds. The blankets and sheets are not as described nor are the beds. They are not luxurious linens and if they are beauty rest beds then they are the cheapest ones they make. There isn't very much service, most everything is self service. No bell hop to help with bags, even for handicapped people. The the Carts are kept all at one end of the hotel so it's a haul to go find one. In truth, I keep going back there ONLY because it's located in a very convenient location for the place I need to go when I'm in that area. The rooms are nice though, but it truly is a 3 star hotel and no more, but no less either. The one thing that I really dislike, is the $50.00 per night deposit that they hold onto for about a week after you checkout.
