The main pros are the price, and that parking for guests is free. Do not be fooled by how close this hotel looks to Disneyland, it is technically across the street from the park, but it is about a half hour walk to the park entrance. The rooms have passable cleanliness, but my son's feet were covered in dirt after walking on the carpet for a few minutes in bare feet. Amenities are lacking, no iron in the rooms but we could borrow one from the front desk and our fridge was broken. No breakfast, supposedly due to the pandemic, but it feels like they are just using the pandemic as an excuse to cut costs while still advertising free breakfast online. I would recommend paying more to get a nicer hotel closer to the park or one that has a shuttle. Edit: Changed from 2 stars to 3 stars after interacting with the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. However, I would still only recommend staying here if you are on a very tight budget and don't mind a good walk. If there is any way you can swing a little more expensive place, go for it, you won't regret it.

This motel is NOT in walking distance to Disneyland unless you’re a marathon runner. Room was dusty, old, and run down. Mattress was terrible, old, and stained. The vent in the bathroom was freaking loud. I heard kids screaming and running through the walkways after 11:00 pm. Would not stay here again although staff was friendly.

Terrible! I stayed for 4 days and these days were the worst. I got a nasty stained mattress! The ceiling lights were falling, The “breakfast” was just coffee and muffin, we asked manager about the pool (it shows on website) to which he laughed and told us images were from years ago. Looks old and uncared for (no maintenance) Don’t waste your money here, you could get something better that’s more worth it. We had to buy water bottles to brush our teeth because even the water here was gross and murky!

Stayed here with my family of 6 while we went to Disneyland. They suite room was huge!! It had a separate bedroom with a queen bed off of the main room that had 2 queens. The location was a quick walk to downtown Disney And the view of the Disneyland fireworks was great! It’s not a super nice motel but it was clean and For the super affordable price I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast still wasn’t going when we went 2 weeks ago.

This is the worst hotel in America it's definitely in the runner up. When I tried to get my money back to check-into a different hotel they were extremely rude. Their using Disneyland as advertisement to attract customers because they would never have guess. The beds had stains and the carpet was so dirty my daughter fell were black at the bottom from a half night it's like walking in the ground the pictures are false there's no pool the toilet overflowed and flooded the washroom. This hotel is a ZERO and notice no one from the company is getting back to people about their reviews....

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the Disneyland and California Adventure park gates, with 10 of those minutes being spent in the Downtown Disney District, so for this alone with the price the hotel is worth the stay. The rooms are satisfactory with a television, internet (albeit spotty in reception depending on your room's distance to the lobby) with a heater, washroom and several drawers. Breakfast is also provided with a cereal, milk carton, muffin and of course coffee from 7:30-9 AM each morning. My party found no evidence of bed bugs, ants, or other intruders and we honestly felt safe throughout our stay in the room. The only issue I had was a lack of housekeeping as attendants did not make our sheets or provide new towels throughout our week long stay, though I did see them attend to rooms which were vacated to ensure they were clean for the next guests. I'd also mention families should be aware the surrounding area is quite dense and may not be ideal for young children (noise, traffic, environment, etc). With all that said though, take it from me: the Days Inn was a satisfactory at worst to ideal at best stay that suited my party's needs, and then some.

horrible. horrible motel. it would’ve honestly been so much easier to spend the extra money to get somewhere better. i never review places because they’re usually your average motel. a decent place to stay at and sleep but this is without a doubt the worst motel experience i’ve ever had. aside from being absolutely filthy and looking nothing like the pictures. i killed two cockroaches in the same night and woke up to having bed bug bites. if you can afford a better place to stay, do it. nothing good about this place other than the way out.

The only good thing is that you’re close to Disneyland and we had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony. However, the room felt gross, the sink was clogged, the plumbing was backwards, the elevator smelt like a natural gas line broke, the vending machine was shut off, and there was no breakfast because they claimed for covid reasons. That’s such a cop out. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express a week later in San Diego which had full breakfast service. All the AC window units were rusty and dripping fluid all over the ground creating slipping hazards. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. This is a fine hotel. Pros: clean, comfortable, free wifi, fridge/micro, Disney fireworks (your car alarm will go off), $8 Uber to Downtown Disney. Cons: very short shower head, parking lot entrance, street noise. Overall: I would stay here again. I did have a worry during check-in, where a sign stated ‘all reservations require $500 cash’. I reserved through Wyndham, and had no extra charges applied during check-in. Also, my smoke alarm started beeping once per minute, and they asked me to disconnect it. I hurt myself in the process, but that wasn’t their fault. The location of the parking lot makes exiting an issue, unless you’re turning right. It was a cheap hotel, but I was very happy and comfortable.

My daughter once described a place like this as “One step above camping”. Our fees were non refundable or we would have gone elsewhere. Very poorly maintained. Smoke alarm wires hanging from the ceiling. See pictures. We had three rooms. Pictures are off just one room.

Clean rooms, great housekeeping, good wifi also, free breakfast (fresh waffles, toast, oatmeal, bananas, cereal, juice, coffee, tea) and free hourly shuttles to and from Disneyland. We had a room closer to the main road, but it was not noisy at all.The room came with a small couch, ample storage space (drawers), a microwave and a fridge. Let them know ahead if you need a room on the first floor, since the hotel only has stairs.

For being so close to Disneyland, this place was surprisingly quiet. If you just need someplace clean and comfortable to crash, this is a good one. No bells and whistles but good rooms, plenty roomy and well enough kept. I can't speak to the service because I did not interact with anyone. The parking is a little cramped, but then, it's a fairly small place. The entrance is easy to miss, so be careful; it's positioned right next to the crosswalk pretty much, is a little difficult to see, and you will probably end up turning into the Budget Inn parking lot next door (everyone does, Uber drivers included). Parking is free, though! Just make sure you register your car with the front desk to avoid a tow.

Ugh, sagging bed gave us four terrible nights of sleep, breakfast (which was just cereal and a wrapped muffin) wasn’t available until about 7:30 so it was useless for us. Old furniture, no pictures on the wall. If it weren’t for being clean, with newer carpet, I would have given it one star. Do not recommend

The elevator smelled like natural gas. The beds had springs coming through. There was mold in the bathroom. Their advertised walking distance to Downtown Disney was way off is much further. My son and I both agreed we will never stay here again.

Very helpful and courteous employees. Terrible horrible worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Carpet is old. Room smells of mold. Furniture is ancient. Lighting is unflattering. No amenities, not even water bottles. Days Inn, in the current condition, should not be allowed to continue. Building itself is a hazard and should be condemned.

The manager was a sweetheart and very accommodating! He made us feel super welcomed! It’s in walking distance of Disney which saved us a ton of money on parking. The hotel is what you pay for and it’s a great price.

Location is fantastic but the look of the place needs alot of help. They might be in a state of transition but some rooms are better than others and even then not by much. Our hot water in the sink didn't work and the faucet itself looked like it was deteriorating. I think they are in the process of changing the locking system on the doors so some doors look like the locks are missing. It's off putting. And the inside lock on our door was broken.

On our second night we had come back to our room and saw that the bathtub and sink had been covered in ants. We were then moved to a different room which had a bathtub that did not plug and a shower head that felt like it was about to fall out of the wall. The breakfast that is giving is nothing like it says online. It's more like a breakfast you would have in a public school. The only thing this place has going for it's self is that is in walking distance of Disneyland.

The place was okay and decent for the price, especially if your going to Disneyland since we just needed a place to sleep and shower. The washer gave us issues and was 3 dollars to wash. So it was an annoying and tedious process to wash our clothes. The dryer was 74 cents which wasn't too bad but it didn't completely dry all our clothes, just most. Overall it was still decently walkable to disney and it was close to a gas station which was pretty convenient. Also it had a good view for the disneyland fireworks as shown with the pictures.

Worste Hotel ever By booking systems they advertise swimmingpool, wifi, shuttle service to Disneyland and breakfast. We had a room without wifi and then a room with really worse wifi. There is no swimmingpool and shuttle and the breakfast is a muffin who can you through directly in the trashcan, They do not clean the room and we had only 7 towels in 13 days for 2 persons. They clean 1 time and also let the trash in your room. Bookingsystem is already informed.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is the worst place I've ever stayed in. Makes hotel circus circus, in vegas, look like a 5 star establishment. I dont know where to start, it's crazy. First off, I reserved a room several months in advance, so I would have what we needed. I could not find a handicap room listed, so on the notes section I stated that I needed a handicap accessible room. I reserved this room directly from their site. They never saw the note, cause they have to open my reservation in order to see it. They said it was my responsibility to call them and tell them to open it. The note section said to leave them a note about anything they need to know, so one would assume that it's something they would see. Then when we get there we had to take their elevator to the 3rd floor, which smelled strongly of gasoline, and the safety on the elevator doors didn't work everytime and almost closed on my arm. We get to our room and the door is stuck shut, so it took several trys to push it open. Same thing when trying to leave, we panicked a few times, thinking we were stuck cause it would not open. We get in and the light by the front door, that does not light up the whole room, works. Lights by the beds did not work, and one light bulb was hanging out. The light above the sink had a short or something, because it would not turn on 9/10 times. I had to flip the switch multiple times. The light in the toilet room worked. One mirror was broken off and missing in the sink area. The tub had 2 big yellow stains, the tub faucet stuck out from the wall and looked rigged. The water backed up like crazy in the sink and tub. All the sheets were dirty and had some kind of stain, pillows and towels too. Im assuming they have never shampooed their carpets because our clean feet were black after walking on the carpet barefoot for a few mins. The whole room was very dirty. NO ROOM CLEANING.They said they come to clean only after you leave. Both beds were so worn out that we were being stabbed by springs. The floors felt like they were going to collapse. Could feel the whole place shake from normal walking. I would hate to see how it sounded from the room below. Walls are extremely thin. We were even locked out of our room the day before we our checkout day. They tried to say that both the cards, that were no where near eachother or anything that could demagnetize it, were de magnetized because of us. Front desk was rude majority of the time(different person everytime), and they refused to give us the owners number. They made several excuses about all the issues, and try to blame us from some. They said they could only remove the taxes from our bill but still charged me the whole amount. It was not worth it. I also thought this place was close to the parking lot for disney, it was not. Google maps kept showing me the entrance to the Disney staff parking. So if you are thinking of staying here cause you think it will be a 5min walk to the micky and friends parking, like I did, it's not. It is about a 30min walk, depending on how fast you walk. I had my handicap mother with me, so it took longer the first day(hadn't gotten her scooter yet). We were there for the boogie bash event, and didn't have the funds to find a new place last minute. All places were pretty much booked, except for the places charging 400 a night. Please take my advise and spare yourselves the suffering. You can find a better place for a few dollars more, dont settle for this place.

This place was a good place to stay for our visit to Disneyland. You could view the fireworks by just walking out your door at 9:30pm. The room is not in any way a top notch room but for a trip on a budget it is very affordable and a 1-2min drive to the park. Has covered parking but is limited. Consider this place for your next visit to the area.
