Hospital
is
good
for
day
to
day
issues.
I
would
not
recommend
for
surgery.
I
took
my
dog
there
for
years
and
did
not
have
issues.
My
dog
needed
surgery
ti
remove
what
dr
said
was
a
fatty
lipoma.
The
surgery
did
not
go
well
as
there
was
too
much
dead
tissue
to
close
the
incision.
I
was
told
he
needed
daily
treatments
but
the
incision
would
eventually
heal.
I
took
my
dog
in
7
days
a
week
for
treatments.
Techs
assured
me
it
was
healing.
After
weeks
of
treatment
and
thousands
of
dollars
spent
one
of
the
vets
called
me
and
said
she
was
concerned
about
what
she
saw
and
wanted
to
do
another
biopsy.
It
took
almost
2
weeks
to
get
results
during
which
time
I
was
still
taking
him
and
paying
for
treatments.
The
results
of
the
biopsy
were
my
dog
had
a
very
aggressive
type
of
cancer
and
the
recommendation
was
to
euthanize
my
dog.
The
results
probably
would
have
not
been
any
different
if
I
had
taken
him
to
an
specialized
surgical
animal
hospital
with
board
certified
surgeons
but
it
would
have
saved
me
thousand
of
dollars
in
useless
treatments
and
more
important
my
dog
would
not
have
had
to
deal
weeks
off
useless
treatments
In
reply
to
the
owners
response
there
are
a
few
comments
that
warrant
correction.
When
I
initially
took
my
dog
to
Anaheim
Pet
Clinic
ti
have
the
lump
examined
I
was
NOT
told
to
have
it
removed.
I
was
told
it
was
a
fatty
lipoma
that
was
harmless
and
not
necessary
ti
have
it
removed
unless
it
caused
a
problem.
I
was
also
told
it
would
get
very
large.
I
took
my
dog
back
when
it
started
to
bleed.
At
that
time
I
was
told
it
needed
to
be
removed.
I
was
never
told
it
was
going
to
be
anything
more
than
a
routine
surgical
removal.
I
was
told
the
surgery
would
take
less
than
a
few
hours.
I
do
understand
that
the
surgeon
didn’t
realize
the
seriousness
until
she
had
him
opened
up.
I
never
she
did
anything
wrong.
She
did
the
best
she
could
(her
words)
As
far
as
the
cost…
the
clinic
was
perfectly
fine
charging
me
outrageous
mark
up
on
items
needed
for
treatment
and
RX.
It
was
I
who
researched
the
cost
of
items
and
requested
ti
be
able
to
buy
and
bring
in
the
items.
The
clinic
did
give
me
wholesale
price
for
the
bags
of
saline
I
was
being
charged
$40
a
bag
when
the
cost
of
12
bags
I
believe
was
around
$100.
I
could
go
on
listing
all
the
items
with
outrageous
mark
ups
but
don’t
feel
it’s
necessary
at
this
point.
Dr
Johnson
I’m
sorry
you
felt
the
need
to
try
to
make
me
look
like
a
person
who
wasn’t
appreciative
and
as
my
punishment
for
having
an
opinion
if
I
should
ever
get
another
dog
don’t
come
back
to
Anaheim
Hills
pet
clinic!
