Veterinarian Animal hospital

😠 Horrible experience. They close at 9PM. I got there at 825..they would not take my kitty with possible broken leg. I asked why it's only 825, the Fat receptionist with glasses said she would check with dr. She went to the back and came out oncevwe walked out to leave, because half an hour went by.... People often mention staff, care, time, clinic, needed, told, Clinic, Anaheim, year, surgery,

Horrible experience. They close at 9PM. I got there at 825..they would not take my kitty with possible broken leg. I asked why it's only 825, the Fat receptionist with glasses said she would check with dr. She went to the back and came out oncevwe walked out to leave, because half an hour went by. She obviously saw us walk out on the camera. So my daughter walked back in yo ask if we. An be seen and she said No. My poor kitty was in incredible pain..and no one else was in waiting room! We ended up taken Boots to North Orange County Pet Clinic. We were greeted with a smile and taken in immediately! I highly recommend this ER for your fur babies. Stay away from Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic!!

Wouldn't recommend this exact location they are only in it for the money my very very very very sick cat was basically denied basic healthcare because they don't accept payment plans. They wanted me to pay $500 just so they could figure out what's wrong with her are you kidding me that's not even including medication anything that could actually help her! And today supposed to be a follow up so follow up and help me with my animal be the vet that you're supposed to be

Took my to a different place first (VCA Yorba Regional), waited 2.5 hrs. After “examining her” they said she pooped and peed and is walking. They gave us the option to do diagnostics at a high price ($1000) or give meds for something they didn’t diagnose. Went home and she got worse so we tried taking her back but they said they were at capacity. I don’t understand how they can call themselves an “emergency department” but didn’t even triage her when we said we thought she was dying. We ended up going to Anaheim Hill Pet Clinic who was also extremely busy but made room for everyone who walked in and did it with a smile and with kindness. My dog ended up having end stage kidney failure and pancreatitis and we had to put her down but the staff was beyond sweet to us during that time. I will be going there from now on with our other dog. THANK YOU ANAHEIM HILLS PET CLINIC. RIP Alabama

Every person who works here, from the front desk, techs, boarding, and the veterinarians are warm, professional, and truly care about your fur kids! My dog actually gets very happy when I tell him we're going to the vets! I drive from Long Beach because of the care he receives and his love for everyone there!

Love this place! I used their urgent care for my dog one day, and their attention and care were above and beyond. I decided it was worth the drive to switch vets. They prescribed a different medication for my other dog's collapsing trachea, and she is doing so much better on it. I continue to take both my dogs here. They also have a Justfoodfordogs vendor in-house, making it even more convenient for us.

My fur baby was having a hard time breathing and somewhat lifeless. I called Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic and they told me to bring her in right away, which I did. They did not wast anytime having her seen by the doctor and she was diagnosed with pneumonia. They immediately put her in an oxygen chamber to help her breath. The plan was to leave her in the hospital for 3 days. I received constant updates from the doctor… and she even came home one day early. I cannot say enough about this clinic. They saved my girl!! ❤️

After reading a few bad reviews about this place being pushy and trying to upsell you, I was sceptical about going there, but I can't say I received bad service. We did take our rabbit and they saw her for a broken nail down past the wick on her toe, at a reasonable price. I recommend them they help is and we were in and out very fast, they were quick and professional.

I just wanna say thank you so much. Thank you for being so delicate and kind with our kid. The staff was incredibly sweet and respectful during Nelly's final days to both her and us. This past week was the most difficult time of Nelly's life and our lives and I can't appreciate you guys anymore for your services. Nelly was our first pup and she held a very special part in our heart and our daily lives. Nothing will be the same without her. She's deeply missed already and she will always be missed. Thank you again. We love and miss you deeply Nelly ❤️

Dr. Liu and staff did a wonderful job with my 15 year old chihuahua who had emergency surgery. They communicated very well from start to finish. Thank you for being a great vet hospital.

I'm very pleased with Animal Hills pet clinic, they saved the life of my cat Zane, and I'm forever grateful. I went to an Emergency Animal Hospital in Irvine and they wanted to charge me 700% more of what Animal Hills pet clinic charged me. Thank God for this affordable Pet Clinic. Thank you for genuinely caring and keeping your love for our animals so heartfelt.

The staff was amazing. We called in advance as we wanted to check wait times for quality of life visit for our sweet one. Kaitlyn was kind and understanding and let us know the process. We proceeded to arrive and as we opened the door, they immediately ushered us into a private room. All of the staff was kind and patient as we struggled with emotions. The Dr. who assisted was compassionate and logical and made the process much more comfortable for us. Will definitely be coming back for future pets as needed.

Last year they misdiagnosed my dog spent well over $1000 and my dog was in so much pain for over a month. Fast forward to this year my dog in sick again same symptoms. Almost went to a different vet but they had appointment open soon so went back. This time he was seen by Ji Seuk Park and was quickly diagnosed with Degenerative disc disease. He recovered extremely quickly with the right care and meds for the condition compared to over a month last year. Now my insurance company won't honor last year deducible towards this year due to the notes that were taken on last years visits. Reading them recently definitely see that they put an emphasis on GI and in particular vomiting which I didn't see him do. Now I have to pay out again to get him covered if he gets sick again. Very frustrating experience and while I think DVM Ji Seuk Park is an amazing vet I think I'm going back to our old family vet that doesn't feel so busy. Other notes -Relatively cheap emergency fee if not bothered by waiting for up to a few hours. -Super nice staff (All nurses and staff were wonderful) -High patient intake(Place can get busy and seems like they have a decent amount of vets on staff) -Ask for DVM Ji Seuk Park if possible. Last year he saw 3 other vets while sick here and all came up with the same incorrect diagnosis.

I was in from out of town and my 16yo dog was not doing well at all. The doc was thorough and compassionate. Prescribed some meds and new food and within a half day my dog is now doing great. A+

When ever you are in need they make you wait for days or hours. They are the worst pet clinic I’ve ever experienced. The Service is horrible

We can’t thank the folks at Anaheim Pet Clinic enough for taking care of our dog. The staff is friendly, excellent at communicating, and we were really happy with the care we received. We got updates several times each day during our 2 day stay. The prices are extremely reasonable. This is our 2nd time coming here for somewhat emergency services and we will not hesitate to return in the future!

Our family has been sad since the loss of our dog. Today I received a condolence card in the mail today that made us sob. I really did appreciate the time they took to send that over to our family. Their care is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet for their fur babies.

Super friendly staff! They were able to get me in quickly when I had an urgent need for my dog. Fair pricing and they did not try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated.

EXTRAORDINARY service and FANTASTIC communication! We will be back to AHPC!! We highly recommend it to our friends and family! What a gem we found for boarding our dog. Our dog had emergency stomach surgery at VCA just 2 days before we were leaving for a long trip (long story!). He needed to be boarded during our time away and I was frantic to find somewhere we could take care of him. Our dog needed extra attention, medication, and had to be under special food diet I was prepping for his stay. VCA was going to charge $$$$ for this. We were going to cancel our entire trip as I was losing hope checking boarding places and explaining our situation. It seemed there was no way we could trust anywhere with our pup and not pay through the roof for it. After calling friends, pet sitters, and our vet I found they all recommended AHPC! We were able to make a reservation for the entire duration of our stay. During drop off our pup seemed happy despite the pain meds he was still on. We were all apprehensive as he is never away from home, especially that long, and with this surgery. But the entire time (everyday, I kid you not!) we received sweet texts and videos from the staff giving updates on our pup! It gave us peace of mind knowing what caring and amazing staff looks after our pup! He was so happy to see us when we returned, but he did not leave without giving "kisses" and "hugs" to the staff he got to know during his stay. We are grateful for Alyssa as she helped us and took time to talk me through what kind of care they deliver. Thank you also to Katie, Caitlyn, Reyna, Jacob, and Santiago! You gave our pup wonderful care at such a stressful time for him. Our family is so grateful for your care! If you are reviewing places for boarding look no further. This is THE place. Phenomenal. Hands down.

We had to put our dog down and in our time of distress. All the staff and doctors were very compassionate and treated the situation with tender care. Thank you for making the end of this journey as good as it could be.

The vets are considerate and caring. They have fair pricing. And their hours of operation are great. Just one major complaint: we signed up for the puppy package. They said that it would take 3 appointments to do all the vaccines. Fair enough. Well, 3 appointments turned into 4, and they still forgot to do the rabies shot. Ended up going somewhere else and paying an additional $20 for the rabies shot because they couldn't get us in soon enough.

Most amazing place and staff! Can't say enough good things about this place. I always feel like my dog is in amazing hands and being taken care of with love.

This is a pretty busy place. Everyone was nice, my pups were happy, and my appointment was on schedule. Our vet was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Wecwill be going back. There's grass out front in parking area for puppy potty breaks, but bring your own bags.

Hospital is good for day to day issues. I would not recommend for surgery. I took my dog there for years and did not have issues. My dog needed surgery ti remove what dr said was a fatty lipoma. The surgery did not go well as there was too much dead tissue to close the incision. I was told he needed daily treatments but the incision would eventually heal. I took my dog in 7 days a week for treatments. Techs assured me it was healing. After weeks of treatment and thousands of dollars spent one of the vets called me and said she was concerned about what she saw and wanted to do another biopsy. It took almost 2 weeks to get results during which time I was still taking him and paying for treatments. The results of the biopsy were my dog had a very aggressive type of cancer and the recommendation was to euthanize my dog. The results probably would have not been any different if I had taken him to an specialized surgical animal hospital with board certified surgeons but it would have saved me thousand of dollars in useless treatments and more important my dog would not have had to deal weeks off useless treatments In reply to the owners response there are a few comments that warrant correction. When I initially took my dog to Anaheim Pet Clinic ti have the lump examined I was NOT told to have it removed. I was told it was a fatty lipoma that was harmless and not necessary ti have it removed unless it caused a problem. I was also told it would get very large. I took my dog back when it started to bleed. At that time I was told it needed to be removed. I was never told it was going to be anything more than a routine surgical removal. I was told the surgery would take less than a few hours. I do understand that the surgeon didn’t realize the seriousness until she had him opened up. I never she did anything wrong. She did the best she could (her words) As far as the cost… the clinic was perfectly fine charging me outrageous mark up on items needed for treatment and RX. It was I who researched the cost of items and requested ti be able to buy and bring in the items. The clinic did give me wholesale price for the bags of saline I was being charged $40 a bag when the cost of 12 bags I believe was around $100. I could go on listing all the items with outrageous mark ups but don’t feel it’s necessary at this point. Dr Johnson I’m sorry you felt the need to try to make me look like a person who wasn’t appreciative and as my punishment for having an opinion if I should ever get another dog don’t come back to Anaheim Hills pet clinic!

Great place to bring your exotics—Dr. Falco and the staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable. My bearded dragon is not only my first reptile, but my first pet. She’s so comfortable with her vet (climbs in her ponytail, LOL) and I sleep so well knowing the staff cares about her the way I do. After each and every appointment, I’ve gotten a follow up call to see how she’s doing. Dr. Falco wants to see any worries I might have from every angle before recommending expensive tests and invasive treatments, and I cannot thank them enough for the care they’ve provided us in the 18 months I’ve had Jackson. If you have a reptile friend who’s having issues or just needs a check-up, bring them here!

This weekend I was looking for a vet that was opened on a Sunday for a urgent visit. I kept looking through google to pick the right urgent care clinic for Milo. I chose Anaheim Hills pet clinic. Dr. Liu is amazing & wonderful!! She explained everything thoroughly and even when we had questions she was very understanding and supportive. I would be back again !!
