Had to get TB testing and results for work related reasons asap so was looking for a place that accepted walk-ins. Google put this location at the top of my search and I'm very thankful! I did call ahead of time just to make sure and was informed that I should be good to go if I came before 7:30PM. And as informed, I was able to get in and out of the center within 45 minutes of arrival (around 5:33PM on Friday); which includes check-in, paperwork, procedure/price explanations, wait-time, test, and payment. I paid out-of-pocket thinking that what I was charged was a one-time charge for the entirety of the TB testing procedure (test itself and the test reading at a later date) but am finding upon looking at the receipt and other TB test cost averages online that this may not be the case. (Update) I was able to confirm 3 days later during my test reading that I in fact was charged for the entirety of the TB testing procedure! I was unaware of what was normal for this procedure and felt slightly anxious about what the true final cost was in the end; but this anxiety and confusion from my own personal research could have been avoided if I had confirmed first with the front desk staff when they informed me of the cost for the visit. (Updated) The out-of-pocket cost for TB testing here is very affordable compared to other locations that require appointments (according to my google research). Walk-in allowances, convenience, and even the affordability that this center provided me were all amazing! Mary, who administered my test was very kind, professional, and thoroughly explained how the test would go and what to expect after. The front desk and care providers on the day of my test reading also got me in and out of the center with all procedures finished and any questions answered in a total of 15 minutes maximum! Overall, thank you for such an accessible, quick, and pleasant experience!

Doctors are great! Friendly, thorough, and helped me quickly both times. Front staff are disorganized, rude to each other, have no phone skills and often times there’s no one at the front desk. One or two of the receptionists are usually very good but i’ve literally watched them beg for help from the others who are just standing in back. Good urgent care, just wish the front staff supported each other and were more on top of things.

This is my worst experience at urgent care. I have positive on Covid home test so I went to see doctor in urgent care close to my house. I walked in registered and there were few people there I didn’t want to spread so I told front desk I will be outside than after 20 min later I went in told other girl in front desk I will be in my car. I waited 1 hour I saw other people who came after me leave. I went in sit in the lobby there was long 3 people including me. Then they called one more person I went to front ask when is my turn she said next. Because I want sir waiting in lobby they pushed my turn until I show up in lobby. Even after I showed up still have to wait. I just need little advice what to do . I was very upset I took off. I will not go to this place ever again maybe because I was Asian. 😤

I’m from Houston Texas I was here for a convention feeling bad found this Anaheim urgent care on Google and came right over. From the minute I walked in they were professional, they were caring, and they took care of me immediately. The entire staff could not have been more caring and I 100% recommend this place.

Walked in, they were a little bit busy, so okay I figured a little wait. Went to my car, fell asleep, ended up waiting almost an hour. (Which seems excessive for an urgent care) They text me that they are ready (which is pretty cool) and they take me to the back. The nurse takes my info, blood pressure, Flu swab. Cool, everything is going good. The nurse leaves and I assume the doctor will enter the room right after like every other doctors office I have ever been to ever. Well no, I’m twiddling my thumbs bored as hell, wondering why they have me sitting in this room for so long. Why call me back if the doctor isn’t even ready! Definitely the longest I have ever waited in an exam room ever. So I walk out. I wouldn’t recommend.

This place is great! I walked in, and no wait, they completed intake Pronto, and Dr. Alterman was as nice as could be. Very attentive and reassuring with his exam and prognosis. The staff was all really super helpful and went out of there way to help us feel more comfortable. The clinic is immaculate in its appearance and everything looks clean and well maintained. I got no bad things to say about this place. Be comfortable coming here you will like it!

My son had an asthma attack while on vacation. The staff got my son in quickly and we were able to get him the medicine he needed. I cannot thank them enough for their care. They do take most major insurances.

Very incompetent people. They kept trying to say my insurance "denied the claim". They never filed the claim. It took me 5 separate calls to finally get them to submit the paperwork to my insurance company because they actually refused. Crooks and I know most people probably just accept and pay the bill. My word of advice to people, avoid these people.

They have a bad customer service. The receptionists were rude and only me they asked and wanted to know my symptom in order o see a doctor which put us in akward situation in front of all waiting patient.

Like an idiot, I let a cough linger until my sides were sore and I couldn’t sleep. I made an appointment for this walk-in for the next morning. The staff was quick to address me and the nurse and doctor that worked with me were great. Dr. explained what he was prescribing me and why. I was in and out quickly but didn’t feel like I wasn’t paid attention to. I’d recommend them to anyone needing urgent care.

I visited on June 20 and had a great experience. The staff, from check-in through the whole process, was friendly and attentive. I had a poison oak rash and it was treated quickly and professionally. The facility was clean and I felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend visiting if you are in need of any minor medical help. I was in-and-out quickly!

My son was having a bad rash on his face. We showed up at 7:25pm. They turned us away. It wasn’t packed but they said they were not taking more walk ins. And they close at 8. That’s just our experience. Save your self the headache and go to socal urgent care, they are a few miles away open late and much nicer

I came in from out of town and developed a really high fever. I went to this urgent care because it was close by and had decent reviews. The girl at the front desk wasn’t rude or anything but I’m wondering if she was fairly new. She almost seemed really nervous. No one initially even asked me when I was there. They just asked for my insurance. I sat for an hour and a half with one family ahead of me because they were apparently trying to verify my insurance. I told the lady that I didn’t care if I had to pay out of pocket but I need to be seen. I asked if they could continue to verify the insurance while I was being seen. It took me almost 2 hours to get in. Again I have had really high fevers for about the last 24 hours often on so I was exhausted. The nurse never asked my history or current illnesses. She only asked my medications and whether I was allergic to medications. She wanted to check me for flu and rammed the swab up my nose. I actually yelled and jumped back the first time. I was unsure if I want her to do it again. She did the same thing all over again. She never apologized or appeared to be compassionate at all. The only thing that kept me from giving this place a worse review is that the doctor was actually very kind and compassionate. If I had the same nurse, I would never come back. I would choose another facility.

It was awesome. The front desk staff were highly engaged, warm and welcoming. Very friendly and kind. While waiting, the staff was cleaning the waiting room. I could tell she was being thorough. She carried on a conversation about the entirety of my stay. Great experience in my opinion.

Great customer service provided!!! awesome!! Five stars alone. Ms. Ashley was great eye contact, tone, relaxed, confident and friendly. I drove too far and didn’t know what I would experience. But they made it worth my time.

The Web check-in process was easy. After I completed the online paperwork, I received a call to come in. Once I checked in it took about 5 minutes or so to be called back. The staff, nurses, and provider were all wonderful. The longest portion was waiting for test results, but that's just the part of the process. Overall my experience was a good one.

UrgentMed's walk-in clinic has become my go-to for immediate medical needs. The convenience of being able to visit without an appointment is invaluable. The staff is friendly, and the quality of care is exceptional. I highly recommend their walk-in services.!!

Had a great experience here. It was easy to schedule my appointment online in the morning. I got a text to head over shortly after. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all to get in. Dr. was extremely professional and kind, and I was back home in no time at all. I will definitely use this place again when I need it. Thank you!

The employee at the front desk was very friendly. The place needs some repairs/updates but overall a good place to get care. Check in is all online. But they have a device there if you can’t do it on your smart device.

Everyone from the front receptionist to the physician's assistant were all very kind and worked as quickly as possible. The clinic was clean. Very pleased and will be back next week for a recheck!

We stopped in here this evening for a work related injury my spouse had treated. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistant, X-ray tech and PA were incredibly kind and personable. Going to the doctor is uncomfortable, but the staff here was the perfect mix of professionalism and humanity. We will be coming back here if we ever need to use an urgent care again.

My wife and I went in Tuesday after Christmas and there were a few people in the waiting room. This being about noon. We were told that they were booked for the rest of the day and if we lift our name and number they would call us back. They didn't call us back either that day or the next. When I inquired what happened I was told that because I I'm white, I get bumped down to the bottom of the list. So a couple of old white people who have insurance are basically treated worse than dogs. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but in this area that is becoming the prevalent attitude. I know enough Spanish to know when somebody is cussing me out even though the tone sounds polite. I am not going back here and I recommend people going to the ER instead because even though you may wait, you will be seen.

My daughter (a toddler) and I was at Disneyland when her elbow got dislocated from a mother-daughter half- take off tug. She was whining for 2 hours so rather than spoiling the entire trip it's smart to get it checked. This is the closest and highest rated urgent care within 5 miles. We were in and out with reasonable wait time and excellent care from the MD in-house at the time. What a life-saver! I was very close to a total meltdown with all the fiasco on our 1st day of 3 day trip! I cannot thank this place enough!

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! Also the wait wasn't too long compared to other urgent care offices that I've been to. Will be coming back next time I need to go to an urgent care.

Anaheim urgent care on Euclid was the best care team. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel right at home. The lab techs Mary and Luis were very professional and made my experience quick easy and painless thanks Anaheim urgent care!

Probably the best service that I’ve received at any Urgent Care. Front desk was very helpful and the people working there were very friendly. This is go to spot whenever I need anything. Fast and usually not busy, you will be out of here in less than an hour.

Today I went with my daughter and they did not want to attend to her because she did not have her identification when all her information was already in the system, putting my daughter's health at risk because they already wanted to leave, when we arrived within the schedule they have established.
