I went here yesterday, February 26, 2019, arriving at 6:00 p.m. I was asked can I help you as I was about to sign in. I told the girl I would like to see a doctor. (why else would I be there) She rudely told me well there is over a 2 1/2 hour wait. I realize that they close at 8:00 p.m. so I'm guessing she didn't want me to sign in. The only reason I went here is because it is close to home, but never again.

Our Office Manager went to the Urgent Care. She was there for 3 hours. The front office was very rude. People were afraid to ask questions. Doctor was dismissive. Was prescribe and antibiotic for an infected bug bite. 4 times a day! 500 mg, 4 times a day!! Who are these people????? Are they real doctors?? This place needs to renovate and hire people in the Health Care business, that REALLY care!!

I understand the negative reviews. The wait here is insane, I did feel like I was at the DMV. I personally was here for two hours waiting for a work physical three hours total- and I went right when they opened! As for the rude employees, I found them very curt, yes, but not rude. I can see that this place is very busy and they are overworked and probably underpaid, so I understand their lack of enthusiasm. But nobody was rude to me. The Dr. I saw was Dr. Franklin and she was amazing, very nice and quick. Overall I mean I wouldn't come back, only if I have to for work. I would not come back voluntarily. If you do not have to come her for work, there are other clinics and urgent cares in the area with nicer employees and faster service.

This clinic has no doctors on duty, only nurses who they call themselves doctors. They treat the patients as sheep. Six states have made it a FELONY for nurse practitioners, despite their education, to refer to themselves as “doctor.” They put me in a closed room for indefinites time waiting for a doctor, after 2 hours and 20 minutes in solitary room, I went out the room complaining, then I found out they have no real doctors, all they have is a nurse who they call her doctor who was not at work from the time they put me in the room till I left the clinic without seeing a doctor because I could not take more humiliation disrespect and lies from this clinic. they treat patients as sheep What makes it worse is the guy working at the clinic start fabricating lies to cover up for this bad clinic. Before you go to such clinic ask if they have a real doctor on duty and ask for estimating time that would take you from the time you enter the examination room till you leave bad clinic, bad management bad employees and bad nurses calling themself doctors. Just so you all know it is against the law and it is a crime to act or present yourself as a doctor when you are not. When you are not a doctor you need to have a signed consent by the patient to agree to be treated by a nurse not by a real doctor. It will be a follow up about this broken medical law.

Waiting time is never less then 3 hours. It's ridiculous!

Stay away period, there are better urgent cares than this place. you've been warned if you ignore all the one star reviews and still go there.

This place is a waste of time, it takes longer to be see here than it would at the emergency room with a headache, and when you finally do get seen the "doctor" takes longer saying his same (erica de la vega) than he does actually helping you and your situation, if you have concerns? Forget it, you will be treated worse than a criminal would when he is being arrested.

Rude staff. Disgusting patients. Most of them definitely illegally residing in the state of California. Filthy. Lazy staff. Insanely long wait times. I really can’t decide which was worse- the staff who clearly hate themselves or the vile disease ridden patients. Needs to be closed indefinitely.

Worst place to go for medical needs, try the emergency room or your health care provider. Staff is very rude, doctor doesn't have patience. I took my 2 year old waited over 3hrs to be seen just for doctor to get upset because she wasn't "cooperating" I recommend any other urgent care just not this one! Reviews speak for themselves.

2 1/2 hrs for a drug test this place suck. If your coming for a drug test don't come here. IBEW don't send any of my brothers AND sisters here there is now reason to wait this long.

This was the second tine here for the same problem. But the problem was th PA was playing on the computer while we were waiting in the room for 15 min. Now i get it if they were busy, but they weren't. So my daughter was in pain and didn't want to eait anymore. So we get up and leave walk by him he sees that she is crying and i said are you going to see her? He just pics up her pprwrk and shrugged his shoulders, like no she wants to leave go... I looked at him and said really! And we left never stopped us nothing. I also do not think there is a Dr. there at all. This is the second time we saw the PA.

Been their 2 times one back in 2016 when I️ took my 1 year old daughter who had a rash all over her body the doctor said it was nothing I️ asked if it was scabies because I️ herd it was common for children who go to daycare and he said no I️ asked a second time to make sure and he assured me it wasn’t but that he didn’t know exactly what it was but “he was going to prescribe me something anyways” I️ took her to the ER right after because I️ wasn’t ok with the answer he gave me and sure enough right away as soon as they saw her rash it was scabies.horrible and a waist of time the second time was today for my new born and again different doctor but so unhelpful not profesional at all. They don’t explain what it is that’s wrong they act like you should already know what’s wrong with you. Horrible.never again.

I won't recommend this urgent care at all, waste of time! my husband and I arrived at 3pm, they had only 4 patients before us, all patients were visited in 45 minutes while we were waiting in the waiting area, after they called my husband's name, we waited 1 hour in exam room until doctor came. People's time does not matter to this whole team.

Opperation of this clinic is unorganized and medical assistants/ nursing assistants are rude. I had to come here for workers comp. Even though you make appointments for follow up visits it takes one hour just to be seen at the time your scheduled. What's the point of making an appointment for patients if you dont prioritize seeing them? Once your in the examination room, it could take up to 1HOUR just for a 10min check up, followed by another 15 to 30 minutes just to receive follow up paperwork. Find a different clinic if you can! I have never been to an urgent care that is so horrible!

Like was previously stated. The receptionist was rude. I came with paperwork from my job, she examined it and promptly said I needed to pay $75 unless I had an employee authorization. She didn’t even look me up in the computer. I called my new employer’s HR who stated that they sent in the paperwork yesterday and that she would call them to let them know that she had. I walked in and told her that the paperwork was submitted yesterday. She finally opened her computer and found me. During this time my HR person called. They told the receptionist they had a phone call for her and that it was someone from HR. She then copped and attitude and said to her coworker “I found it already” and didn’t want to take the phone call. Seriously?

I love the staff and physician's here. While in the waiting room , I have witnessed how rude and disrespectful visitors are here. Granted, we all do not feel our best, but I am embarrassed how grown people behave here. The staff are patient, kind, informative. They do their best to meet the needs of clients. At times, I feared for their safety. The doctors are great and approachable, personable and communicate well. After my visits, I have recommended this clinic to several people. They do their job well. They prevent patients from going to the Emergency Room, like it's a doctor visit. Whew. I said my piece. I've read prior reviews and just had to speak my mind. Keep up the good work.

Even though i had a mask on, they had me wait outside in a heat wave warning, over 90° with mosquitoes for god knows how long. I went inside, and there were SO MANY SEATS available and asked if I could seat inside and expressed the conditions outside. The lady said no. This is by far, the worse iv ever had to endure waiting for a doctor. Update: I ended up leaving due to these conditions without seeing a doctor. I'll look else where

ehh place to go to for urgent care, went on a saturday morning, receptionist seemed like she didn't want to be there, sorta shabby/a bit run-down-looking place there were 2 or so people in front of me, waited about an hour from checking in to getting my vitals checked, the med assistant was welcoming, he got me situated and into a room pretty quickly waited another 10 or so min until doc came in, doc I had looked asian, was cut and dry, quite dismissive, felt like he wanted to get me in and out and fast as possible would not come back since doc and another med assistant were not personable, didn't care much about me other than 'getting the job done'

I want to give them less then one star. We are from out of state and had no car and needed to go to urgent care asap. But they have refused to let us in and kept pushing us to go to the ER even though we told them repeatedly we didn't want huge hospital bills!! Also we know it's not an emergency so stop trying to push us there. This place sucks!

That place is just ridiculous! Everytime I take my children there they always say my kids have something else then what I went in for. Always trying to just give antibiotics when they don't have what they say. There is a Dr there that shouldn't even be there he doesn't know what he's doing. They need actual drs that know how to properly diagnose without pushing antibiotics on someone.

I can literally do without the attitude and impatient demeanor from the receptionist. I was told to check in about 30 minutes I did so and was told it’ll be about another hour. Although 1:30-2:00 wait is quite extreme I didn’t mind waiting however, when I asked (well more like attempted to ask) if she wanted me to check back in an hour she rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude. I don’t understand getting irritated with people if that’s what you are literally hired to do… Please treat receptionists how to be patient and respectful especially when they’re getting the same treatment.

Went there a couple of months back at 11.00 A.M. on a Saturday. There was a note on the door that said closed for lunch? Who does that? So I came back at 2:00 P.M. with the same note on the door, REALLY? My plan tells me to go to Gateway Urgent Care!! No Way!! I will not be returning to this Urgent care again.

I've visited this urgent care several time and I don't know why I kept coming back (other than that it was close and in my network). Almost every time I visited, the PAs prescribed me medications that I did not need. Best case scenario: the medication did nothing. Worst case (which happened more often): the prescription was totally wrong and ended up making things worse. I do not recommend this clinic for anything other than maybe a drug check for employment.

Only place open late Sunday on our vacation. In and out quick. Doc and staff friendly and professional. I was worried after reading the other reviews, but I think everything was just fine at this place.

This is the worse urgent care ever! I waited over four in a half hours! I can clearly see what other ppl are talking about when posting bad reviews about this place.

I have been to this urgent care of a few occasions with my kids. The wait is long at times and the facility could use some updating. I have seen Nurse Practitioner Forbes and he is always great. His diagnosis and medications have always been great. My kids really like him. He is very patient. Front staff does at times needs some improvement, but this is a very busy place. I am sure it may be overwhelming at times.

THIS PLACE WILL CLOSE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. THEIR OFFICIAL HOURS ARE BASICALLY OBSOLETE.

I wanted to like this place, I really did. But after a 2 hour wait, they refused to let me see a doctor because the minor injury I was going in for was caused at my job. I wasn't seeking any kind of worker's comp, I just wanted to know if my back was gonna br okay. This wouldn't have even been that big of a deal, but I had disclosed in the very beginning that my injury was caused at work, and they made me wait anyway. A colossal waste of time.

I went to Gateway urgent care, to see what they could do with my extreme body itch, the ladies up front were very nice the P/C were very nice and very good at what they are doing, told me what they thought I had, they gave me a shot and told me to get a appointment with my health care provider for future care, well done so far hope l get results?

This place horrible! Take the 4 hours you would have spent in the waiting room and find somewhere else. How is this place still running after so many bad reviews?

For some reason unknown even with good insurance the front desk person is refusing the patient to see the DR. She brings any excuses to git rid of you.

Every staff member I encountered was rude. No hospitality whatsoever. Not even basic friendly manners. Who hired these people??

Had to wait 2-3 hours just for a drug test. Sign that says low staff and to be expected to wait.

No one ever answers the phone. No matter what time I call. I would like to know of my insurance is accepted here and if not, how much an office visit is. But no one has ever answered 😕

I agree with the other reviews regarding people at reception. They are extremely rude; however, the nurses who take you to the back and actually deal with you are super sweet and very helpful (they are the reason I am giving them any stars). They also NEVER answer their phones. On the rare lunar eclipse occasion they do they place you on old for about 15 min-30 min and if you hang up and call them again, they might answer you but it's the same cycle. Also be prepared to wait a very very long time and their paperwork only refelcts when the Dr actually sees you so if your appt is at 12:40 but the dr doesn't see you until 1:25 that is the time the paper work shows. Then you wait another 20-30 min for them to give you the papers for next week. so be prepare for your appt to be about 2-3 hours. Also they are now also providing covid vaccines and they use the same staff for it so a vaccine is like another regular appt and just adds to your wait. Hopefully they change it soon bc this has added about 20 more min to an already long wait. My experience: I had to go there due to a work injury. Our district makes us call a number and we provide all the information regarding our accident and we are just suppose to show up to the facility. That is the "plan" but when I arrived there the young lady was extremely rude (saw that I was in agony) and told me they could not see me if I did not fill out the packet. I took it and it was exactly what I had been on the phone with 30 min. I informed her very nicely that I had answered these already and if she could check her faxes because I was told I could just show up. I even said "I'm sorry I don't mean to make your work more difficult." This whole time I am in a wheelchair (nice nurse saw me and brought me one)with an ankle that is swelling up fast and she just disregards me and says "next" and proceeded to take the next patient while I am struggling to wheel myself out. the clipboard falls, I'm stuck bc I've never been in a wheel chair and anxious because there where people so close to me (covid number still hadn't gone down), and this receptionist just looks at me like I am such a bother. It was a horrible experience. Especially bc she did find my paperwork and I ended filling out forms for nothing.

Fastest most efficient medical visit in my life. What I needed on a day when I woke up feeling like a swallowed razor blades. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Great friendly staff as well.

Don’t even bother these people sit there on their phones in an empty office and try to give you medical advice without the doctor. Avoid this place if you can.

I waited 2 hours to see the doctor who opened the door and told me that they don't do what I needed them to do at that medical center. The doctor stated that the person at the front desk should have explained this to me so that I didn't have to wait 2 hours. I had to be reimbursed for my co pay because no services occurred. Avoid this place if you value your time.

The place was clean and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. It was everything you'd expect of a Urgent Care place. Free parking.

Experience was really bad they told me i had to wait an hour for my TB test and i live an hour away, they never gave me a time to come they just said come between 9 & 5 😒 it made no sense honestly i was already there and they didn’t wanna give me my test 🙄
