I'm absolutely disappointed in this location's only ability to reach the pool area is through the lockers.  I am a father to a young girl learning how to swim and the fact that your staff is rude in forcing me to take her through the men's locker is irresponsible in her development.  She does not need to see naked adult men. There has always been rear outside entrance to the facility that was recently locked for "unknown circumstances" (per the front desk kid with his air buds in half listening).  This needs to be rectified immediately.

I’m in the military and I’m stationed overseas, so I can only come home for a little at a time. I called asking if there was anything they could do for me for the week I was home and the manager Andrew hooked me up with a complimentary week pass! I had already been to 24 hour fitness and they wouldn’t help at all. When I am stationed back in the states I will be seeking out a membership here for sure and recommending that all of my friends do as well!!

Compared to the LA Fitness in Northridge, this LA fitness is showing it’s age. While there’s a nice juice bar inside, there’s no dispenser for refillable water bottles. Instead, you have to try to fit your bottle under the water fountain which spills everywhere. Northridge location also had huge fans on the ceiling for great circulation, this location doesn’t have that and it feels stale in comparison. Gym is really showing it’s age without renovations made for this age.

8/18/22 Update: I walked into the gym with a pack of wipes to find the gym was stocked with paper towels. Nice. I just wish it didn't require work much effort to ensure the gym had adequate cleaning supplies. Upgraded from1 star to 3 Star. This gym refuses to keep paper towels and disentfecant stocked. They have been completely out of paper towels for over 2 weeks. I called the corporate office a month ago to complain, and the temporarily remedied the issue. According the gym staff, the corporate office has decided to cut cleaning supply budgets, and now the gym is no longer stocked with paper towels and disentfecant. Anaheim Hills has a large population of retirees. Many of these senior residents use this gym because Medicare pays for their memberships. This gym's greedy corporate decisions are putting our at risk community members at a very significant health risks considering we are experiencing two global pandemics (C19, Monkeypox).

Thers is no refund. You can not stop payment within 5 days. I felt they only think gathering my money. And, you can see a lot of dust when you work out.

This gym is in Anaheim Hills which has a more affluent client ele. The gym is clean, sanitized regularly. The dumbbells are usually re-racked in the right places, occasionally put in the wrong places. Numerous treadmills, 3 bench presses. The members tend to be better at racking dumbbells than the Santa Ana location.

The sales reps at this location like Dylan for example mislead customers and flat out lie to you in order for you to sign up. Don’t believe anything they say and record and document everything. This place and Dylan are a complete scam, they will fraud you

Ok place to exercise. Relatively clean. Staff decided that swimming pool can be used by families with young kids who cry and scream very laud. It can be very disturbing.

Just pick up and drop off my daughter here; she has not complained. Additionally the drop off/pickup area and layout is convenient and easy.

They finally got a good staff hired. Professionally and friendly. I wish they would open a little earlier on the weekends.

First tour of this club was inspiring. Staff seems pretty cool, has everything that I would hope to have at a gym. I'll amend at a later date of my progress.

Clean place to exercise , great equipment and atmosphere. Has full size basket ball courts and a good size swimming pool and jacuzzi along with saunas

Very clean place! Equipment is in great condition and weights are plentiful. There is an older gentleman that is the janitor he is a machine this guy cleans and cleans and clean one of the hardest working people I've ever seen, I've even seen him on top of the equipment cleaning making sure it's done right.

Staff is friendly, gym has the necessary equipment for workouts. However, people do not rerack weights properly nor wipe directly machines (before & after)

I am disappointed that they don't open at 04:30 am anymore. That would be the best time for a lot of us who start work early and work till late

I recently joined in October because it offered both pilates classes and full access to the gym. The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very nice and clean gym. This is my favorite LA Fitness location. Good variety of equipment. Restrooms could use a remodel.

Pretty clean gym. Some equipments are though old and out of shape if to compare with the ones in Irvine

Johnny is honestly the Sales Counselor here at LA Fitness. He knows what he is doing, he signed me up on a good deal and is very outgoing. Definitely recommend talking to him about memberships! :)

LA Fitness is the standard of what a great gym should be. There are plenty of machines so that you always have something to do. Thr facilities are always kept clean wheather the pool, sauna, showers, lockers, or class rooms. Overall the vibe is highly inclusive and really positive. The people working there always keep an eye out and work to keep people safe and healthy. Jessie helped us out and gave me and my friend a guest pass. Overall Rlly a great experience.

Great experience, my time frame is non bz time..have flexibility to workout freely for however long, still Lysol wipe equipment..take nothing for granted..clean facility great staff 💪🏾

I recently had a baby and having the kids club there to drop my son off while I workout has been so helpful. Bri is amazing with my 4 month old! I never have to worry if he is in good hands! Highly recommended!
