This venue is super dope. They turn on AC and open the doors for people if its not enough. They are awesome with their decorations too! I like the outside space too it’s a little vibe next to the venue. Inside is really cool too! The sound is so awesome! The prices here are so reasonable It’s surprising how fair they are! $7 beers $2 waters $2 earplugs. They are extremely fair with the pricing and I’m super grateful for that. There is many staff and they are patient with questions and service. It can get packed but honestly a little finesse can go a lot. Restrooms are ok…. They need to bring paper towels. Good thing I can keep the door open with the trash can… otherwise it’d be a germ nightmare. The lights and sound are all super great. They take apple pay too. I’m super excited to come back!! They have ample parking so just come early. If you got any questions, shoot them an email early in advance!

Great venue to play at if you can negotiate a solid contract. Presales are common if you’re trying to play here, phenomenal sound and good space for a solid event.

It's definitely the same tiny venue it was 15 years ago. I used to come all the time in my 20's. Loved seeing Andrew McMahon in such a small space. Only beer and seltzer, I didn't remember that. Get there early to park in the lot. Target will tow. It was easy to get in and out. Again, this is a great venue to see a show.

I played here with my band and it was such a great experience. Firstly, they have a parking lot, so parking is not a problem at all for loading equipment or for anyone attending the show. Secondly, the crew were amazing at helping getting great in and off the stage so everything ran to schedule. To top it off, it's just an awesome venue with great sound, and it's child friendly. Can't wait to play here again.

A Southern California staple. If you’re a fan of alt music you need to see a show here at some point.

THE place for good tunes and times in Orange County. Crazy how legendary this place is and yet it’s still around even after Covid. Props to the owners for keeping it going. Still one of my favorite venues in the world.

This Dude I know Ronnie worked there for many years, and I could swear he told me a couple years back (and others at that time, did too) that Chain Reaction was closing down 👎 for good... Well I'm glad they haven't. I only give it 4 stars cuz I'm way more into Punk than Metal and in the past, and also looks like now still, they have an affinity for Metal bands. I'm not anti, just more into the punk scene and they're had plenty of my favorite bands play here all my life growing up.... And many all ages shows were here which was awesome as a kid who couldn't get into the 18 or 21+ shows I was in the area today reviewing an urgent care And noticed Chain Reaction had some recent reviews.... I checked out their website and sure enough they ARE NOT closed and have bands booked here all through April. Saw Bullets and Octane will be playing in April, which I recall seeing at house of blues after discovering them. Originally my brother's old CD replication company, Volume Disk mfg made a couple thousand copies of one of their albums to be sold in merch and at stores.. that was almost 20 years ago I first heard them, with a catchy song "Pirates" on it. Great to see they're playing here and this venue is super personal, right up to the stage and usually meet the bands in and around the building. Drinks used to be cheap, I'm betting they still are ... Stay in Business, Chain Reaction!

I absolutely love this venue. This is an Anaheim live music staple. Small and intimate. Affordable beer and wine. Snacks are available for purchase as well.

It's a clean, organized venue. Parking out front is hit or miss, but overall I'd go back here if I'm in the area.

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about the venue! This venue is a staple in underground and hardcore music. This is the first venue I ever went to for my first show 13 years ago. Nothing has changed! The atmosphere is still amazing. Im so glad Covid didn’t close this place down!

Great place to see a death metal band like @outsidetheliving The venue needs to work on balancing the sound out but the lighting was great!

This place was awesome. First time here, they hosted Aviana, Invent Animate, Void of Vision, and Thrown. Place was cool, staff was chill. Great night. Thank you for hosting these bands!

Small, super intimate venue. Met some cool cats in the crowd and the show definitely felt like it was performed for a small handful for a pretty well known band. So that was cool, bathroom stall door didn’t lock on its own, and other than that you’re packed like sardines at time but it’s a concert venue so that’s to be expected. No outside drinks and you pay the outrageous fees for even just the waters.

Great intimate venue. Saw Northlane and Erra live here. Such an amazing experience. The intimacy of the venue enhances the experience. It got pretty hot in there, but with the size of the venue with the amount of people, that was to be expected.

I saw my first concert here with my significant other. It was an Angel Vivaldi concert, but since then I've come back for more bands. There was no moshing so it eased the anxiety of my first time at a venue. The music was loud & amazing. Chain Reaction holds a dear and special place in my heart & you won't regret your visit to this venue, its what sparked my love for concerts in small venues. It truly felt intimate & the music moved me.

Awesome place to watch local live bands! Sound is top notch and they have great beer!

They need to work on their sound system and technician. You could barely hear the vocals on some bands. Also there was a constant feedback coming through the speakers.

A nice little venue where you get to meet face to face with the bands

Always one of my favorite venues to see a band or three. They do lack parking, so get there early or ride share.

Pretty dope. Went there for the first time for the Defeated Sanity show. I'm finding that I like these small, hole in the wall venues more. There's something quaint about them, but that could just be my inner hipster talking. Regardless, I like the aesthetic there and the cozy feeling for lack of a more apt word.

I unfortunately only have been able to hit one show here but fortunately it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to and it was immortalized by having a live music video for the band Slaves filmed during the show. Got there early and was able to get in early due to VIP tickets, meet and greet with the band, band members hung around outside for a bit so it was a really laid back vibe, and 4 of my friends and I got right up against the stage for the whole show. Venue is intimate with great acoustics, sound system, and they also offer drinks for sale (may offer food as well but I cant recall). Tons of my favorite bands do shows here during each tour they go on so if you are in the area or even live close by I highly suggest looking at their line up and even if it's a band you've heard of I recommend going and checking them out since ticket prices were also beyond reasonable (like 15$ for general admission tickets and I believe VIP for my show in particular was 75$ and worth every penny).

Fun little club for bands to play. we went and saw a friend's band. they happened to be headlining. all ages friendly. small but plenty of room to mingle and enjoy the show. however signs cleary say no slam dancing and that kind of behaviour. they had candy soda for sale.
