Medical clinic

😐 Limited Supplies and don't carry all medications! There's been instances where I phoned in my request and they said come on down and when I get there - they don't have it - given the choice to go to another pharmacy. When you have a dental prescription good luck trying to get it filled the manager... People often mention Kaiser, pharmacy, line, wait,

Limited Supplies and don't carry all medications! There's been instances where I phoned in my request and they said come on down and when I get there - they don't have it - given the choice to go to another pharmacy. When you have a dental prescription good luck trying to get it filled the manager will give you a hard time especially if it's for pain medication. The staff is nice hard working and polite. They can only do so much, so maybe try the kraemer or Euclid gg pharmacy and best of luck.

Dr. Jun ho Chae is SUCH an unreliable doctor. I know I have health concerns but he plays it down as something that’s normal to have. Doesn’t reach to understand the issue, just wants to leave the room move onto the next patient. I would rather have a Covid non-believer with a Masters in Film Studies assess me. Honestly hate this place and the experience Dr.Jun Ho gave me.

While the doctors are awesome there, Jamie F. Is a nurse in family practice on the 3rd floor and she is one mean, grumpy, difficult, lazy and bitter person who displays her unhappiness through her work. It’s so unpleasant and foul to interact with her even for 10 minutes. I can’t imagine working with her or even living w her lol. She needs therapy.

The process is so antiquated. They call people from behind people that have been waiting for a long time. I will never use this pharmacy again. I worked for Kaiser and this place really made me sad for the patients. .

Mental health care here is subpar -- and that is putting it nicely. Kaiser Permanente does not care one bit about its LGBTQ+ patients!

Nobody answers the phone, just on hold for no reason. Had an appointment scheduled that I can't find out about, cause the website won't work correctly. Always directed to use the website, and "go paperless", when I don't want to. I better not get charged for missing an appointment. I should have gotten a paper message regarding this, along with a call, but nothing except an e-mail, that directs me to documents that won't load, then disappear. Already requested technical help, but that didn't work either.

Came for my sons 2 week appointment today. The place was very busy but the workers were very polite. Only 1 visitor allowed. Nurse was super nice and same for our Pediatric. Always make us feel welcome to ask questions.

Great place for Healthcare. I like that you can get x-rays, blood work, mammograms, and your pharmacy in one place. My doctor is very good and so are the nurses. The staff is very friendly.

Kaiser has one of the worst wait times in the country. The lines are very long. You have to wait 30 mins or more to pick up a Rx. Ridiculous

We experienced very friendly reception and treatment. We are vacationing from Oregon and found ourselves in Disneyland with a really sick child. We set an appointment at this location and we're very pleased with the help we received from check-in to visit to pharmacy. Very smooth. There were crushed crackers on the floor in the waiting room, but otherwise seemed clean.

I came in very sick about a week ago and I mean I wasn't like able to stand up and was vomiting. The lady at the front was so kind to immediately get me a wheelchair and handled all my paperwork. They literally bumped me up in the line to priority and I waited about an hour for the doctor because I was there early. They come in around 9. I was sick the entire time but was consistently being treated with the kindest of nurses and the doctor had me come back in and they've informed me it was an issue with Vertigo. Now I'm being treated and getting further care. They really care and will go above and beyond to help you. I have never had kaiser up until last year and I could NEVER go back. They have EVERYTHING. They are very kind and efficient. If they don't have medication available, they will have it mailed to you within 2 days. I never had to wait for anything.

Overall this Kaiser location is pretty good. I’ve received good attention from the doctors and nurses, plus the lab. However, the experience I’ve had with the covid testing and pharmacy makes me bring it down a star. A few weeks ago I went in for a covid test and this was extremely unorganized. While the Kaiser employees were constantly busy, the process just seemed inefficient. First, you wait outside in a long line while it’s cold. A guy from Kaiser was literally running in and out trying to get everyone their paperwork. Next, you finally get to the front of the line only to be told to go to your car, do your self test, then return, get in another line for a label with your name and to submit your test. If I have to do a Covid test again, I’ll go to the Kaiser off Kraemer since it’s drive through and I can be in the comfort of my warm car! I’m not sure if all Kaiser pharmacies are like this but my doctor prescribed me some medicine and I saw the feature to order online, so I went ahead and did this. It said it’d be ready in a few hours, which I was excited about since I figured I could just pay and pickup, without having to wait in the long line there always seems to be. A few hours later, I received a text saying there was an issue with my order and to call. I call and the female that answered first drills me on what I ordered, then proceeds to inform me the medicine was all over the counter and so apparently that was the issue - that they won’t pull the medicine for you if it’s over the counter. She said I could come in and tell the pharmacist, who could pull up my order just like apparently she was doing, and then the could pull my medicine. What a total waste of time from placing the order, waiting, then calling to be told that. I was sick and trying to prevent hanging out with other sick people. I instead did a drive up order with Target which was ready in less than 2 hours! Super disappointed in the pharmacy at Kaiser!

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to…I checked in at 9:10am waited over 15 minutes. While waiting went in the pick up line that was out the door. Went to the window he said “we still haven’t called your name”. On the board it says let us know if you wait over 15 minutes. Went to check in line that was smaller another guy was not willing to help either. Kraemer facility is better and not understaffed
