Overall
this
Kaiser
location
is
pretty
good.
I’ve
received
good
attention
from
the
doctors
and
nurses,
plus
the
lab.
However,
the
experience
I’ve
had
with
the
covid
testing
and
pharmacy
makes
me
bring
it
down
a
star.
A
few
weeks
ago
I
went
in
for
a
covid
test
and
this
was
extremely
unorganized.
While
the
Kaiser
employees
were
constantly
busy,
the
process
just
seemed
inefficient.
First,
you
wait
outside
in
a
long
line
while
it’s
cold.
A
guy
from
Kaiser
was
literally
running
in
and
out
trying
to
get
everyone
their
paperwork.
Next,
you
finally
get
to
the
front
of
the
line
only
to
be
told
to
go
to
your
car,
do
your
self
test,
then
return,
get
in
another
line
for
a
label
with
your
name
and
to
submit
your
test.
If
I
have
to
do
a
Covid
test
again,
I’ll
go
to
the
Kaiser
off
Kraemer
since
it’s
drive
through
and
I
can
be
in
the
comfort
of
my
warm
car!
I’m
not
sure
if
all
Kaiser
pharmacies
are
like
this
but
my
doctor
prescribed
me
some
medicine
and
I
saw
the
feature
to
order
online,
so
I
went
ahead
and
did
this.
It
said
it’d
be
ready
in
a
few
hours,
which
I
was
excited
about
since
I
figured
I
could
just
pay
and
pickup,
without
having
to
wait
in
the
long
line
there
always
seems
to
be.
A
few
hours
later,
I
received
a
text
saying
there
was
an
issue
with
my
order
and
to
call.
I
call
and
the
female
that
answered
first
drills
me
on
what
I
ordered,
then
proceeds
to
inform
me
the
medicine
was
all
over
the
counter
and
so
apparently
that
was
the
issue
-
that
they
won’t
pull
the
medicine
for
you
if
it’s
over
the
counter.
She
said
I
could
come
in
and
tell
the
pharmacist,
who
could
pull
up
my
order
just
like
apparently
she
was
doing,
and
then
the
could
pull
my
medicine.
What
a
total
waste
of
time
from
placing
the
order,
waiting,
then
calling
to
be
told
that.
I
was
sick
and
trying
to
prevent
hanging
out
with
other
sick
people.
I
instead
did
a
drive
up
order
with
Target
which
was
ready
in
less
than
2
hours!
Super
disappointed
in
the
pharmacy
at
Kaiser!
