Beautiful, clean, classy area to walk and shop! Lots of stores to choose and pop in. If you're looking for a new outfit, or need to buy some makeup, this is your ones stop shop. Little bit of everything available Even great lunch spots too! Nice place to just walk around

This spot keeps getting better and better. New shops, new food options. Sadly with the hype, many of the food prices are high. This area is more for those with a little more high paying jobs 😂. I see most of the customers here are city employees. So sad that Healthy junk left though. This place was basically perfect with Healthy junk since it gave vegans an option if they ever came with their friends. Wish the shops would stay open past 8pm though. Nightlife here is pretty dead. Needs some night life energy like Downtown Fullerton!

Traffic to exit on Anaheim Blvd made getting out of parking spaces a challenge

Lots of shops and places to eat. not as clean as some places in Anaheim, but it was close to the hotel and the Chinese Resturant we ate at was excellent!

It is extremely cool and affordable shopping around this area. You would think it would be more considering how the whole economy seems to be going up but it doesn't seem that this place is.

Good selection of stores. Anchored by CVS and Vons with a couple banks. There’s a good Chinese restaurant called lantern garden and an ice cream shop called crazy delights (formerly la Michoacána), not sure if ownership is the same since I haven’t visited it again yet. Decent nail salon as well as well as jack in the box which is open 24/7.

24/7 jack in the box location which is very convenient if you need a last minute meal. Some other pretty good restaurants also here. Lantern garden Chinese food is a favorite among our family and friends. There is a Starbucks located right across from city hall but it’s not a drive thru location unfortunately.

Lots of parking. Many restaurants. Businesses I visit in the shopping center include Citibank, Vons, CVS and Lantern Garden and occasionally Starbucks. Close to city hall and lots to do nearby.

Strip mall containing a few bank and grocery anchors and few mom and pop restaurants. You will find vons, cvs, Citibank, usbank, Lantern Garden Chinese food, Baja California Mexican, ice cream and more.

I love this strip mall, it’s relatively well maintained and has everything you would need to get if you live nearby. I typically find myself coming here daily since I live across the street. CVS for my medication, Lantern Garden for my favorite chinese food restaurant, Citibank for my financial services and Vons for all my groceries and household needs. Hopefully my review helps some people who live nearby and are looking for a nice place to get everything in one go too.

Tellers at the Citibank are very fast and efficient. :) one of the main branches that I go to do my banking at.

You will be able to find many restaurants and convenient stores here. There is a lantern garden Chinese food place, Baja Mexican grill, an ice cream store and the ups store. Big name stores are CVS and Vons.

Cold and abandoned! Waste of space! Not many shops in there!

I love this place! Japanese Bakery, Pizza, Mexican, Sandwiches, Kabobs, Boba, Farmer's Market on Thursday, Seasonal Events, Teriyaki, Fruit Bowls, Rare by Goodwill, Beer and Wine, Ice Skating Rink, Coffee, Smoothies, Tea, outdoor seating, environmentally conscious cleaning supplies. Great place to visit. Close to Disneyland and the Anaheim Packing House.

I mainly go to Walmart at this shopping center to pick up groceries. I do like the TJ Max there. It was a much better shopping center years ago when the Mervyn's was there as an anchor store.

I wouldn't quite call this place a town center due to its small size compare to other big and more famous town centers but this is a pretty big plaza. There are a lot of variety of store and restaurants. I usually just come here for U.S. Bank but stopped by Vons to buy a pie. It made things convenient to have the option to buy pretty much anything you need. I never came here to dine so I can't say what restaurants are here and what is good. But that just shows how how big it can be. There is a CVS here as well so that makes it extra convenient for your shopping needs. The parking is just about the right size for the number of stores and restaurants it has, so it isn't too crowded and never a problem finding a parking space whenever I come here. Place is clean overall so I definitely recommend coming here for shopping, exploring, and possibly dining.

Food and service are top notch, and their steam tables menu contains enough variety to keep things interesting, as well as many fresh brewed boba tea drinks and toppings. Cooked to order dishes are large enough to share and come in a wide range too, they even have flavored chicken wings which are popular among my friends. I've been coming here for more almost three years and have never had a bad experience.
