Homeless person left their shopping cart in front of the store then proceeded to occupy a bathroom for the next half hour. They had a second restroom but we were informed that this one was for employees only even though we had two small children in desperate need of a restroom. Every other Starbucks that I have been to with two restrooms has made both available to customers. I guess they got tired of having both restrooms occupied by homeless people and upset employees not being able to use the restroom. Starbucks has made a calculated decision here that it is better to make sure that employees have a restroom rather than addressing the issue of homeless people taking up residence in your restrooms. 5 stars for employee care. 1 star for customer care.

I'm an OG Starbucks fan. I used to go to the very 1st one in Seattle decades ago. Been to hundreds, thousands of stores. But this is the absolute worst store for service. Missed orders, late orders, sitting in curbside parking being ignored. Why put as an option on app??? Whoever is the manager of this place is a terrible manager Just go to Panera if you want something in the same area criticism Except for the hot latina barista - you're cool, hot, and nice, and hot

Friendly and fast as well as the best vendi caramel crunch frappachino with 2 shots of Expresso and extra caramel drizzle. For those 2 hr drives up the mountain!

Good service, clean and fresh place. Good Barista's. A bit cold after being in the 90° heat, it's a shock! Later at night they could maybe turn the a/c down a bit?

It's best to order on the app since this is a very busy area. The staff is typically friendly here, I have not had any issues. The inside it small, more like a waiting room so don't schedule any meetings here.

This location is small but beautiful. The staff was really friendly and made me feel very welcome. The drinks came out fast and tasted great! Plenty of parking made the experience just that much better. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Went about 2 days ago, the guy that took my order I noticed he was acting weird it did not take me long to notice he was under the influence (high) I repeated my order to him about 4 times just so he can get it wrong, I ended up telling the girl that made my order how her employee was under the influence and how my order was wrong and she asked to do it again but I was already upset of how un profesional this store was, I thought workers couldn’t be under the influence while working ? I guess not at this store won’t be coming back

I ordered a matcha latte it s not the same taste as ordered in others starbucks. Usually starbucks have the same standard everywhere. The taste is over sweet also a bit bitter and the color is darker . The honey citrus mint tea is good.

Busy busy busy all of the time. Mobile order would be best. Dog friendly... The employees are courteous and friendly like all other Starbucks.

Pales in comparison to my normal bux location. My drink was a mobile order and was ready when I got there but it was not made correctly, and when the barista fixed it (with a bit of attitude) it was a sticky, drippy mess. She saw me trying to clean my cup and I even wiped down the counter from the mess my drink made (I'm not a cretin) but the cup/lid kept dripping. I think I was there for 5 minutes just trying to clean the outside of my drink. I must have used up 5 whole napkins. It was not busy and it would have been nice to have been treated friendlier and with more care put into my coffee beverage. I hold the bux baristas to high standards, this ain't Arby's. Anyway, I know, I know, first-world-problems...

Came to the starbucks this morning at 7am, I was the only customer in the store. I was going to order well over $20 worth of food and drinks. Before I was about to pay I asked for the restroom code. They informed me that BOTH of there CUSTOMER restrooms were closed not because of working issues. I ending up just getting a coffee and canceling the rest of my order. From the other reviews on here just seems like they don't wanna clean there restrooms or keep letting homeless in. Take this as a warning before you come here. NO OUTLETS OR RESTROOMS!!

Going to this location is a pain, they consistently make drinks out of order, have no sense of urgency and the team members spend most of their time talking to each other rather than making drinks.

super annoying this is already the fourth time that I order and my order is not ready, for some reason I order from 10 to 15 min. before just to pick them up for the reason that I only have 10 minutes of my break, I love their drinks but the truth is that I'm not happy with that punctuality of delivery...

Normally great, but this morning when j got to work and took the lid off to heat it up - my coffee was only about 3/4ths full without taking a sip yet.

Exterior: two stars. No drive through, parking lot is kinda small for the shopping mall location and they've removed or don't have any outdoor seating. This location shares a shopping mall "block" with two other stores so it's just a front window and an interior. Interior: two stars. Small and oddly shaped, they've pulled all the seating so it's to go only. Vibe: two stars. Understaffed.

Absolutely gross drinks, it's honestly the worst coffee I've had in long time. It's only this location that doesn't know how to make drinks.

Lovely staff! Super helpful. I had a sore throat and the barista was so kind and helped me find a tea that would soothe my throat. I wish there was actually lemon juice but other than that it was a great experience.

Waited 10 plus minutes on a mobile order due to the staff here giggling and repeatedly spilling drinks for goofing around. Will not be ordering ahead at this location anymore there’s no point, will barely be making it to work on time even with ordering 15 min ahead and being 5 min down the street.
