    As soon as I walked through the door all of the staff were super friendly. I was struggling to put words together (wanted to cry..), the gentleman who took my order gave me a free pastry and drink. I can’t even put into words how much that small act made my day. They talked about my tattoos, and really made sure I was okay. I can’t thank this staff enough for making me feel safe.

    Fast paced but nonetheless not lacking the personal touch. Stayed at the hotel nearby, was helped by Sam, very good with customer service. We need more baristas like Sam. Lots of traffic coming in & out, online orders recommended.

    We ordered our coffee here before going to the parks. This is a huge upgrade over hotel room coffee. They got our order right without any issues and there was no wait. Both mornings it was practically empty. On our second morning we were surprised with Disney stickers on our drinks!

    It’s so ridiculous, I order through the app early because I had to catch the bus. I order way ahead of time. Been waiting for 28 minutes and my bus arrived but my order was yet to be prepared. They were still serving mobile orders from 6:40am, my order was 7:00am and the current time was 7:28am. When waiting inside, people who arrived to line up got their orders quicker than those of mobile. I just left. I had no time left.

    Worst Starbucks, super slow and orders are served randomly, placing more priority on mobile to sit there waiting while having the lobby packed of people.

    I’m sorry but both times I went here I waited over 25 mins and it wasn’t even that busy. Both times they also got my order wrong and many people before me also got the wrong order. I ordered an iced latte and saw the girl make it hot and then realized so put it in a clear cup and added ice. She then called my name and gave me a hot latte with ice on the top! When I tried to get her attention she went out the back. I couldn’t be bothered waiting another 20 minutes so I left and threw it in the bin. Ridiculously long waiting and horrible service. Sorry. Don’t waste your money and time, the one in downtown Disney is amazing, go there instead!

    Very short line not busy yet food took about 45 minutes for 3 drinks. They also messed up thr order on 2 of the drinks. Worst Starbucks I've been to.

    Highly recommended to use mobile ordering and ordering in advance. The store can get absurdly busy at times and ordering in person, can take a long time.

    This location is in a hotel complex near local theme parks. On our visits here the location has been clean and they have gotten our orders correct each time. Some local reviews seemed to confuse this location with the one in the garden walk mall, which is still under construction. We liked this place for coffee and breakfast food better than the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf just down the street.

    I feel like the customer service at this location is not a priority. Giselle took my order and she seemed irritated to be working. She came off very rude and unfriendly. I believe we all have bad days but it should not be taken out on a customer. I'm not one to complain but she definitely made me feel uncomfortable and should be addressed.

    This is a great place to chill out!! Unlike the other Starbucks!! And yes I like that they don’t have sockets for laptops because every Starbucks is busy with a lot of people who spend hours and hours with no respect for others. I’ll visit this location so very often. Thank you to everyone who works there!!!

    Popped into this Starbucks for what we thought would be a refreshing cold frappuccino. The service was below average & we didn't even get asked for a name to go with our order. My drink was the most disappointing flavour less Starbucks drink I have ever had, I didn't bother to take it back as sadly I felt the staff wouldn't care.

    All the ladies were working hard and with a smile on their faces. Even with at least 30 people in the store waiting for drinks and food. They deserve all the praise for dealing with the huge rush this morning.

    I'm a Gold Card member who spends thousands every year on Starbucks... I'm used to friendly staff with positive attitudes. The store manager here who happened to be taking everyones order was rude when I asked for a refill telling me, "I'm only doing it because I remember seeing you" as if I ever left the store, assuming I left and came back and asked for a refill when I've literarily been sitting here working. She's doing it because its the refill policy for Starbucks, not for any other reason. Additionally every single worker in the place is Hispanic which is strange and does not reflect the racial demographics of the area at all. Drinks were fine, service was poor. Will not be back to this location.

    3 days 5 stars id give 15 stars!! Visiting from Dallas , whether a morning rush or a calm early morning this place is on point! They are truly professionals lead with Marisa in the front you can tell…She sets the tone and things get done fast smooth and efficient! This staff is not only trained well but has good leadership well done!

    Super friendly staff! One girl made sure we weren’t being cut by another gentleman. The girl who made my friend’s drink made the wrong size and instead of dumping it in front of us with an attitude like some other baristas I’ve come across would do, she offered it to us for free! Surprisingly pleasant experience at this Starbucks across the street from our hotel on our Disneyland trip :)

    Don’t trust the Starbucks app for wait times. Put your order in at least an hour ahead of you want to avoid waiting with 30 other people in the lobby.

    Went 2 days in a row and it was closed on both occasions. No closed sign and no trading hours on the shop front. On the second day, we went at about 1pm and the staff had already locked the doors and actively ignored me when I was confused about whether they were opened or not. Don’t bother coming here at all if you’re planning on getting anything. The neighbouring businesses even told us to not bother going there because they are always closed.

    Worst Starbucks ever! An hou fir a drink when the app said 8 minutes. No way to cancel. 25 drinks here for all the people who had to leave. Nothing for those of us staying. Some good profit from people who paid for nothing. He’s explaining to people that it will be at least an HOUR from when we ordered. Counter stuffed with drinks if those who have bailed. Fire this manager! Turn mobile order off until you make some drinks!

    It's October 2021, and this location still has all the tables and chairs removed and all the bathrooms closed. It is also one of the slowest Starbucks locations I have ever visited. You can take your drink and go next door to the pizza place who has outdoor seating that's available in the morning before they (pizza place) open, but you can also just go get coffee at a dozen other surrounding places.

    This Anaheim Starbucks is consistently one of the fastest Starubucks I’ve ever gone to. No matter how many people are in line they always seem to get orders made and distributed very efficiently. The shop itself is clean and organized and gets great natural light that breathes life into while you sip your coffee.

    I mobile ordered at 1:56. Walked over to pick up drinks and was met with this sign taped on the door that they were closing at 2 for the day. They should've turned off mobile ordering beforehand so that money wouldn't have been taken from m account.
