    To the MANAGER of this pathetic McDonald’s: I wish I could give negative stars. Everyone knows that McDonald’s ain’t the king of costumer service but the employees of this location are just straight out useless. Don’t waste payroll on those creatures. A service dog could take my order more accurately. Also train them on how to use the McDonald’s app.

    Service was terrible. We ordered breakfast and they had forgotten our sausage egg McMuffin and one hash brown. When we asked at the counter for those items they acted as if we were the ones in the wrong by giving us bad attitudes and treating it as if we had done something wrong. This locations staff needs more training on how to deal with customers better, if I had spoken that way to my customers at my store I would have been fired.

    Worst service ever !!!! The employees all the way up to the manager . They are rude, one employee bumped into my sister and didn’t say excuse me or sorry… it’s hot, they were not helpful at all I felt like a burden… u would think since there sooo close to Disney they have better customer service … we asked for ice and they straight out told us we’re not taking ice out there … never coming here again…

    Service terrible, wait time for food was almost 10 minutes (for a kids meal of chicken nuggets). It appeared that the employees really didn't care. This was just business as usual. Wendys is so much better.

    Does anybody know why they make you get out of line for one meal? I'm about done with mcdonald's. I'm not in the park and wait line, I'm in the drive through line. Your time limits are stupid, I don't follow those. I'm there for me and what I want to eat, not your systems.

    I came here for breakfast and ordered a side of sausage with cheese and a hashrown. Not only was the sausage disgusting but the cheese was just tossed on top and looked like a piece of rubber. It wasn't melted at all. The quality of McDonald's food has diminished across the board. My childhood favorite place is no longer the same 😔. I will no longer be a customer and I'm truly saddened I won't be. The shakes doesn't even taste the same as they once did. In-n-out it is from now on 😔 McDonald's needs to go back to what they once were.

    I went through the drive through I ordered two McFlurrys and French fries. When I got to the front they had only put in one McFlurry for my order. I asked where the second one was and she said oh you only paid for one. You will have to get out come in and order one! I had an infant and a toddler in the car! Why would I have to get out?? Why wouldn’t they just give me one and let me pay? So very ridiculous!!! And very rude!! I had to get back into the drive through line order another one and wait again! Customer service should be improved and should be something that is important!! It shouldn’t be about making the customer feel less valued and like they are the problem! Terrible experience!!! Terrible and very ridiculous and very rude!

    This McDonald's is constantly sending customers to wait in a parking spot for their food. I keep giving them a chance but the fries are usually barely warm, apparently they don't offer nuts with sundaes and they barely even fill the sundae containers half full. They are definitely cutting corners here.

    Sometimes you are driving to the Hollywood bowl to see a concert. Sometimes you don't feel like paying an arm and a foot to eat in LA. Sometimes McDonald's fits the bill so that you don't feel hungry and have a few dollars left in your pocket for the insane parking prices in LA. Food quality: it's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. It's hot, it's a known quantity, get the sweet tea you monster. Service: it's MacDonald's, they can't control how many other people decided to McRib themselves into a coma on any given day. They do their best to serve you as fast as possible. Price: prices go up when you start paying high school kids $15 an hour, you voted for it, reap the aftermath and dig deeper for them nuggets.

    Just 5 minutes ago I order Sugar Free Hot Vanilla Latte. I always get it and it tastes amazing but this time I don’t know what’s wrong. First some ingredients missing, second it’s cold like super cold wth. I already passed the location I can’t get back now. No more Mcdonalds coffee. Thanks. If the machine not working you could have just refund me.

    This is the closest Mcdonald’s to me, so I’ve come here alot. I usually order through the app, but they still somehow mixed up my food! I had ordered a smoothie and they gave me a cup that was only 3/4 full! Customer service is awful, but the least I expected was to get what I ordered. Out of all the many times I come here, they’ve only gotten my order right maybe 2 or 3 times.

    The cashier got every order wrong in the half hour I waited in line and for order. A medium combo became a small, then the combo became a sandwich and coffee only, dine in became take out .. they were all nice and the food was hot and tasy but the olace hasn't been cleaned in a while because I see dust everywhere. It's quiet and depressing, not worth the jump in price, should've waited for Jackin the Box to open instead.

    Came to this location today at 3. It was 3 of us and we ordered separate, all our orders were wrong and we had to go ask to replace them. They had also forgot all about my sisters order, almost 30minutes later my sister had to go and ask them and they looked confused about the order. An hour later we hear her order finally being called. The restrooms were soo dirty and when I spoke with their "manager" he said maybe because they were just busy but a little after we spoke he sat down with two other employees who were clocked out, if he was sooo "busy" how did he have time to sit and talk? I always came to this McDonald's this was the worst experience and they had only teenagers working. Idk what happened to this place over the years but it sucks now. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    Should have checked my bag before leaving the drive thru. I ordered the 2 McMuffin meal which only came with one. Tried calling in to see if I can get what I paid for but no one answers. As it is, $12 plus tax for a sandwich the size of my palm already isn’t worth it but having to waste my time and gas to get the other doesn’t even make sense. I’ll take the L. Y’all can have a review. 3 stars just because at least the ladies at the drive thru were cheerful.😂

    They almost always get the service wrong. They get so busy and don't even do the mobile orders. Long waits. 10:34am and they stopped serving breakfast yet I got there on time but line took long. My husband thinks the employees are high. Poor kids. They're messing up a lot. Almost handing us someone else's orders.

    Young people work ther3 so u never get what u pay for its always such a hassle to go back thru the drive thru and have to feel like your begging to get what u paid for lol.

    I had my first job interview there , I asked the team member on duty she was very nice to me and handed it to me kindly After I filled it out I had my interview with Andres he was very nice 👍 and he understood Me I really hope I get the call back I really want to work here. My mom's first job was McDonald's back in the 80s now I want my first job to be McDonald's too I will love this McDonald's They are super kind and friendly The frap and ice cream machine is down And if u get a frap or ice cream and you already pay for it they will refund you completely your money back no questions asked Thank you McDonald's for letting me to try to apply at McDonald's and thank you for interviewing me Andres I hope to hear a call back from you Thank you much for this opportunity From Ashleigh R.     I like it but i hate that i have to ask every single time for sweet and sour and ketchup. I tell them when i order. Then i tell them again when getting the food, and when i don't its not there then my kids make a big deal about sweet and sour sauce.

    I like my French fries cooked crispy so I have to wait a few minutes extra. The employee brought it to my car and it was cooked perfect. All of the drive-through employees were extremely friendly. While I don't care for fast food in general, the few times I do get it, it's nice that it's done right.

    Always has a rediculous drive through line. If you order on the app, their curbside spaces are frequently occupied by dine in customers, so you have to go in too. Drive through customers are prioritized too, so even if you ordered online be prepared to wait for your order. For this location, it's better to just order in line. Check your order before you leave, as in the past they have locked the lobby when they are short staffed and you have to go back through the drive through.

    Worst McDonald's wait ever. I've been waiting for over 30 mins for food and still have not received it. So many workers and still not getting there job done. After I received my food they still forgot to give me some of my food items. What are these workers really doing if they are not getting people's orders right.

    We ordered (2) of the Adult happy meals and it was over $25. I asked for 1 with no pickles or onions, the cashier put (only lettuce) was too far when we noticed so I couldn't eat much because (no sauce) Common McDonalds, train your cashiers to listen.

    The food is good. I have never even seen one of those adult happy meals. Every McDonald's I have been to always says that they are sold out. I don't understand why they would advertise something like that, and not order ample supplies.

    I ordered a Big Mac Medium Combo through the app for only $6.00 on the deals menu. The deals you can only do pock up only. You can order ahead, in the restaurant or threw the drive thru but it must be pick up. Great deal at a great value. Bada pa pa pa...... I'm loving it. 😆 lol

    I was at drivethru trying to orderand girl at first window with her blingged out phone she was just standing there texting i said hello 4 times and she finally took my order. then Droved up to the window try and get her attention and iknow she can see me thru her side eye waving my hand out for attebtion. so i ignored the fact she was ignoring me and i drove up to next window to get ny order..the lady just handed me food but i corrected her andsaid i did not pay she is on her phone. so the 2nd window helped with my order.

    It's McDonald's. Sometimes the service is awesome sometimes it's not. But if they get the order wrong they are nice enough to fix it. Sometimes they do need to ease up on the salt with the fries.
