Brisket was delicious, both plate and sandwich. Garlic toast is amazing too. However, banana pudding wasn’t that good. Welcoming environment and very clean. Parking was an issue.

Most depressing brisket I’ve ever tasted in my life, it blew past my lowest expectations. Not a grain of salt touched this meat, and probably not a lick of real smoke either as there’s virtually no smoke ring. 2 pity stars because the employees are nice and at least the meat wasn’t bone dry.

So, my wife and kids have been coming here for a few months. We have tried all the BBQ spots around Orange County and Blake’s Place is by far the best! The prices are reasonable for the amount of food and quality of food you get. The people here are so great and Blake Jr is always here to help. The thing about Blake’s place is that they really do treat you like family. Super impressed and great eats! Lastly…. Awesome atmosphere.

The staff are wonderful here. They are so friendly and really bring about a family atmosphere. I had the lil beast sandwich which allowed me to try the brisket, pulled pork and chicken. This sandwich is huge! It has so much flavor. All the meats were well cooked. They ask if you want Cole slaw, onions, and a pickle if you don't like those items. The BBQ sauce is a great compliment but not needed. They have a spicy version as well for a bit of kick if desired. I will definitely be returning and hopefully they have the $14 rib lunch that I can try out.

Blake's Place is a spot you have to try out. The BBQ is amazing. The fries with brisket is awesome. The staff always takes care of the customers from ordering to refills till your out the door. Very friendly. And the owner , great guy. I'm glad they made it through all the Covid restrictions. My wife and I have done take out on New Years eve , those are the meats in the tray the ones in the plate are from dining in this past weekend. And if you like your BBQ with some heat buy a bottle of the spicy BBQ sauce.

Located in a business park...this place is a stand out. The food was excellent and so is the staff! Loved having Blake come by our table to chat, such amazing people working here. The very best barbeque beans I've ever had as well as the potato salad....don't even get me going on about the ribs! Don't forget when you stop by to grab one of their desserts. I got the banana pudding...delish and enough to share with a friend or 2.

Got the ssndwich sampler of pork, brisket, and turkey. Wife and kids got a full rack of baby bsck ribs and cant wait to comeback. Nice low key bbq joint. Blake and crew did a really good meal tonight.

Very good BBQ and sides. We discovered a new sandwich, pork tenderloin. Also baked beans snd slaw as a side from the Brisket Pile are a great meal. I always have slaw served on the side.

Fantastic barbeque, definitely my go to for when I want authentic BBQ and not restaurant ribs or pulled pork. They have everything you could want and the prices are reasonable as well. I personally like Blake's Big BBQ Plate because you get some of everything. I also got The Beast today and it's also fantastic with three different kinds of meat on it. Those two things are more than enough to feed the whole family and have leftovers for tomorrow. The staff is also very welcoming and always friendly.

It's been a long time since I have had food frome Blake's. And I must have forgot how Great the BBQ is here. Because the Food was even better then I remember. My Beautiful Wife and I really loved this Place. Keep up the good work.

I am not a BBQ fan at all, so when my husband suggested Blake's, I was hesitant. I love fries so Blake's Fries caught my attention. I cannot say enough how delicious the food was there. My husband tried the Sandwich Sampler and had me try a bite out of each sandwich. I was caught by surprise that I actually liked the food. It was just so good. Like I said, I am not a BBQ fan but Blake's won me over. I will definitely be a returning customer!

The Good: All of the meats! Burger when featured is also great. Many seating choices. The Bad: I would say their sides are their weakest point, with the potato salad tasting very similar to Costco's. However, they are still fairly tasty.

This place is a kinda hidden gem it's in a industrial community but it is very good. Went there on a Sunday wasn't too busy. Got the trio sandwich and nachos both were outstanding. The one thing that will bring me back is the service outstanding helpful and it is just a place we're you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Authentic BBQ. My husband is not loose with his praise for bbq. But he loved this place very authentic. We believe you truly taste before you sauce. And it passes that test. I was raised on central coast bbq so I don't usually like bbq sauce. But their's is really good. We got the 3 sandwich sample plate, half slab baby back plate, brisket no sides and the chicken wings. All were wonderful really smokey not fatty at all. My husband loved the sliced Turkey sandwich the best. So much we asked the owner if the do whole Turkey for Thanksgiving. Definitely try this place!

The quality of the food & service goes beyond words. Blake comes around to ask how you're doing & the atmosphere is great! Now the food, it's amazing! The bbq beans are incredible! The ribs, the brisket, not to mention their very own sauce. Tremendously delicious. I highly recommend.

Two truths about BBQ. 1 taste is a personal preference. 2. Its expensive. If you go into a BBQ place know this you can't be too disappointed. Service was good; helpful and courteous. Selection was mixed, but the set up of the place is really nice. Indoor, outdoor covered and outdoor. My preference was outdoor and it set the mood for a relaxed meal. Food was good. Not incredible, but good. Brisket was a little dry, so it needed the sauce, and the smoked turkey was the same. Baby back ribs were a little small from usual, but tasty. Smoked pork was very good and the sides went well. We had beans, potato salad and sweet potato fries. Food was split between 3 and 4, but add good service and nice dining area and pushed easily into the 4 range.

Blake's never disappoints! I discovered them during covid and their takeout was amazing. We now do all our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners from Blake's. If you haven't tried the Blake's fries, do! Oh yeah, if you love a good clean coleslaw that is not overdressed, then this is your coleslaw. Best coleslaw I've ever had. I have never been disappointed with any of their food. Very high quality and service is great.

Im pregnant and was craving some BBQ. This place popped up on google and I went for it because it has so many different options. I got the 2 meat plate for beef, brisket and barbecue chicken. My sides were mac & cheese and potato salad. I added a side of Cole slaw to see what it tastes like. We also got banana pudding didn’t get a picture. The service was good 😊 very nice. The place was clean we took our food to go. The potato salad, garlic bread, and coleslaw were delicious. The Mac and cheese really needed to be elevated. Some seasoning and some real cheese would take that Mac and cheese to the next level. You can tell It’s made of a pre made liquid can cheese. It is ok but not the best. The banana pudding was pretty good. It was very heavy on the pudding and lacked the banana and cookies. In the whole container it was about 4-5 bananas pieces and 4-5 cookies. Again adding more to it would really elevate the dish. As for the meat. The meat was A1. The smoke on the Chicken was perfect, super juicy and delicious. The brisket so soft and juicy as well. I absolutely loved the BBQ sauce. We loved it so much we went back the next day for more 😂.

I had the smoked meat & rib plate, with an up charge of $2.00 for baby back ribs, plus a large soda - total was $31.00. The ribs were very good, flavorful and tender. I had the chopped brisket, which was a mistake as it was very salty! Beans, coleslaw and garlic bread are the sides. The beans were OK, not bad but not great, but the coleslaw was flavorless... Actually had an odd taste. Did they forget the dressing?? Anyway, this was my first time and I'll give it another try but I'll get the brisket sliced and try the potato salad instead. I like the atmosphere and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I each ordered a brisket burrito and they were delicious! A very generous portion of brisket. Brisket was perfectly cooked and juicy. A little tangy with not too much heat. Loved the avocado, salsa and cheeses. Felt like it weighed about a pound. We will definitely be back.
