I work for a private company that pays me to attend fast food replaces and inspect there quality. My most critical issue that is not kid friendly! Location is surrounded by druggies. Food was given me to cold and had to ask them to remake. I had a horrible experience.

Drive thru! I ordered a #5 medium combo. I PAID for a double jack. I received leftovers. When I got home and I opened it what a ugly surprise.

Ordered the chili cheeseburger combo and it came with an extra cooked fly! Now I am not used to eating fly infused burger buns so I decided to return it but I thought I would let people know who may be fly intolerant. Eat at your own risk.

Garbage ppl, steeling my food that I pay for when I used a reward for food I previously bought and also paid for!!! 3 times I've given them a chance and 2 out of the 3 I had a redeemed reward item(free) and they coincidentally leave one of my items out. Pathetic frauds

Three dirty booths, took way too long to place a breakfast platter combo order and I counted six (6) employees all behind the counter! Obviously management is askew! In the future, I will try to avoid the store! Yikes!!☹️

Food has never disappointed me, however depending on what time you come will decide if you get good customer service, I've been here a couple times later at night and they have this lady who seems to struggle with English and messes up my order almost every time

The manager shouldn’t be working here she’s rude, rude to her coworkers she’s not fit for this position and she doesn’t give time to customers when they order. She already has so many complaints for other customers

I love jack in the box the only meat I eat are eggs and they always have them

I’m just coming back from a long drive from IE to Anaheim. I stop to use the bathroom bringing my wallet knowing there going to say customers -only. I ask them could I please have the code to the bathroom. I’m told the obvious… that it’s for customers but, tell them I intend to buy something but, I have to go quickly ! I was then denied access and was told to buy something first? I find this very insulting and offensive ! I followed up with ordering a regular Oreo shake as I’m about to pee my pants! Explaining this is why I had my wallet but, that wasn’t enough! I’ve lived here in Anaheim most of my life and now reside in IE! What pathetic treatment ! Never ..have I ever been treated like a vagrant ! I get why they do this because homeless tends to shower on them but, I was dressed in my work attire-professional! Customer service here is disrespectful! I I frequently visit (Jack in box’s ) all over and this was my worst -experience ! Management needs to school these employees in etiquette ,respect and courtesy! I will never come back here and I’ve been coming there for many years through out my life! Extremely …disappointing!!

Supremely Fresh Tacos. I’ve never had a better taco from jack’s in my 40 years!

This place has some homeless people roaming around during the night and the cashier don't even accept change or just ignored customers. Also, most of them are hispanic employees but they are very rude to others and put racial profiles. Pretty much they only likes their kinds and not other nationality. But during the day is lot better.

Jumbo cheese $4.19 good price, good taste, send to none of all fast food.

Got home and part of my order was wrong. Asked for the mini munchies and got a box of onion rings. Asked for an ice tea and end up with a coke.

They are making their burgers smaller and smaller, but it's not only Jack it's other fast food restaurants as well ....and no matter which fast food joint one chooses the large fountain drink will cost you more then the burger it seems. Kyra from Anaheim

Horrible quality… I don’t know who’s making the food.. but my order was disgusting! I ordered An ultimate bacon double cheeseburger, large fries half and half and soda Large. I got medium fries, they did great on the drink however the burger… was lots of mustard, 2 burnt Pattie’s and unmelted cheese.. with a cold half hard bread. that’s not even food.. or anything close to what I ordered..umm that’s shit…Also slightly concerned, Are they okay?

Do not get take out here. They don’t make your food unless you are in the store and take a long time to make the food.

The food is good but as always the service people think we are there to get it for free not knowing why are paying for it 🤣

Just Jack same as the one 2 miles away on the same street or 70 miles away in Oceanside. Can eat fairly cheap or you can spend some more if you want.

Their food is good, standard fare burgers & fries that EVEN beat "In & Out" but as I sat to enjoy them something upset me as outside my "bike" was knocked over..when I ran out to pick it back up..realized THIS wasn't mine so I looked down the drive thru lane see this guy riding off on my Diamond Back and it's locked up. Tonight I'm there again seen this guy holding "something metallic" as he has a friend riding a different bike...they have one guy on camera, this area thanks to that flea bag Tampico motel I reviewed is a great lil' drug zone and I'm NOT talking about stuff you can get there at Walgreens. No phone conversation with Mgr, it's a Franchise but it's a "high risk" place, take ur mace that's what I do...pepper 🌶 spray ONLY works 4 about 15 feet, guy was 50 ft away in 20 sec Worse part owner of the "dropped bike" is asking if I have any cash 💸 availability as to purchase my "new bike" back from him..he is high on meth/ Fentynal chattering over a 911 call...I'm followed for 4mi walking by an other girl shooting dope between her toes behind Pizza 🍕 Hut. Every time I go to eat here, some lame is asking to "trade bikes" ill give u an 8ball or do you have any "white" 4 sale ?? Dude I'm EATING if I had meth forget "that" idea. When approached shift lead provided me a phone number didn't work or lead to Jack in the Crack replacement of my $350 bike w $80 Realtree camo

I just went to the drive thru and ordered. They were fast, polite and professional.
