Ordered a steak chulupa as I do 2+ times a month. Looked like shredded beef heavily seasoned, nothing like what I am used to receiving at Taco Bell. Not sure what's going on but this is not normal for any Taco Bell. I ended up trading it for a ground beef chulupa....not happy at all.

This taco bell didn't give us all the food we ordered and the manager Carlos on duty at 8:00 pm on Jan 9th said there was nothing he could do to help us. I have my receipt I'll be calling the cooperate office tomorrow!!! 😡😡😡😡 Just be warned if you do go here check for each item before you drive away.

MAKE SURE U CHECK UR RECEIPT THIS TACO BELL SCAMS PPL BY CHARGING THEM FOR ITEMS THEY DIDNT ORDER THEN DONT GIVE U THE ITEM USUALLY ITS THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM ON THEN MENU. AND THE MANAGER IS A REAL JOKE WHEN U COMPLAIN HE JUST SAYS CALL CORPORATE. I WOULD NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN !!

Just because of their proximity to Disneyland the owner there takes every opportunity to rip people off. Smaller portions, higher prices, and he said himself, that it's a franchise and it's his choice to do so. Never go to this location if you can help it

They forgot about my order and took 2 hours to finish 1 burrito, Rude and terrible manager. It happened at 9pm and I left at 10:30 with an argument about their incompetence.

I'm rideshare driver I stop by to use boothrom the were 3 ladies employees and refused me to use it. They have no tag name and don't want to tell me there name as well which is so annoying. Here is their picture to the owner

Been twice in the middle of the day. Quick and friendly service, food is nice and what you'd expect from a taco bell

Food was on point warm, fresh, and fast service visited after we went to Disneyland and it was late 11:45 if not mistaken By then lobby was closed but we went through the drive thru and had our food in 2 min as I asked for my chalupas fresh.

Went today at 9:10 to ask for a hiring management and all I got is no no he is not here, we don’t need people while there’s a sign and ads up on Facebook, indeed and on their website. Rude and pushy to get me out didn’t even get a chance to order food. With this type of service I’m glad I didn’t speak to a hiring manager. Management need to retrain all of morning staff to be friendly and know how to greet a paying customer, last week i over heard them speaking bad about employees not wanting to show up for their shift and I know why. I wish a zero star was possible.

We doordashed food from here and it arrived sealed and in delicious condition. Shoutout to this Taco Bell for providing their amazing grub at 2AM. The staff here at this restaurant are the real heroes. All food items were excellent and hit the spot. If you’re hungry, this Taco Bell can save you.

I love it because they are open late and they usually have hot food during these hours. Also, great to pick up to take home when we are done with Disney!

It's an amazing place. Everyone is so nice and kind. Totally recommend if you just want to stop by for something to eat.

I ORDERED ONE THING AND IT WAS STILL WRONG!!!!!!! This is the third time they forget the sour cream !!!! I keep getting charged for this. And they add the donations before you even say no. I just went and bought one thing today at 8:48 PM, I asked for a Mexican pizza with sour cream. They can’t even do one thing right my god!

It’s a nice Taco Bell! Just what you would expect. You can order in person, through the drive through or through an in-store computer. Good/typical food. I had a good experience.

This taco bell is always super quick completing the orders, and most importantly, they are accurate! No broken crunchy taco shells to be found here! This location is a solid pick for filling that guilty pleasure that only taco bell can satiate.

I was in line waiting for 10-15 min then cars come so I decided to leave then come to figure out these were hugging and talking like they didn’t have customers sadly I went to del taco for some food y’all gotta fix this if u hire overnight it’s to stay open till 2am and keep customers happy not having them leave

Asked for a big handful of fire sauce and a handful of hot sauce. I was only given 3. After waiting a half an hour in the drive through, and with their dine-in doors locked, I wasn’t going to wait in the drive through line again for the sauce I asked for. The meat in the taco was lacking - I was eating more taco and lettuce than meat. Some bizarre things happened while waiting too. A lady marched up to our car while we were at the window waiting for our food and complained to the employee that something she ordered wasn’t in her bag. Another driver had to talk back and forth with the employee (or manager, not sure) about their order being wrong, leading to the exceptionally long wait time. Was really excited about this Taco Bell being fairly close to where I live. Never returning again.

Customer service here is really good. I only came across one issue. I really didn't like that they weren't able to take my samsung pay and I was the one that was blamed for it not working. I've came to this location several times and always used my Samsung pay. We let the cashier know that the card reader didn't even have a charge on it. Which I thought was weird and was told that we could only pay with cash. I know it was definitely a problem on the card readers end. The food and customer service overall is really good and will definitely be returning soon.

Order some Dorito Loco Tacos & cinnamon twists along with the new Dragon Flavor drink. The drink is not good, taste like grape soda with an alcazeltser in it. Order you a Baja Blast instead.

This Taco Bell had great tacos. They were very fresh and tasty.

Ordered twice the same night. Somehow managed to mess up my order twice in a row missing items. Don’t waste your time here and don’t get delivery because you will probably never get the right thing.

Next to Disney. Clean. Has as drive through. Lots of free parking spaces.
