    Worst service ever. We skipped the line with the mobile in store order. We paid for it at 9:34 am. The lobby was pretty busy when we arrived& the lobby completely cleared out. Then we still waited while the lobby started to refill, people who came in after us were served before us. By the time I received my minute maid strawberry watermelon slush it had already melted as per the picture. We had to go back in and get my friends cup for her soda. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal, oatmeal 1 strawberry and 1 grape preserve with two side mcgriddles. We received our food 30 min after we paid for it. I am unimpressed. Will let everyone know how the food is. I am pretty sure one of my mcgriddles is old, like wth is wrong with the coloring& the lady who made the oatmeal im pretty sure that the stuff to go in the oatmeal is meant to come on the side. I am complaining thru this contribution. I feel very disrespected and like this whole experience needs a lot of improvement by starting with new crew members who actually care about the food the customer consumes.

    Worst place ever to eat if you are limited in time. This is the 5 th time this place makes me late. Stopped for a quick bite to eat and sat in line for about 45 minutes average.

    This is the cleanest McDonald's I ever visited. Absolutely spotless. The staff was excellent and friendly. The staff came out and asked the customers if they needed straws, napkins or anything else. I even saw them helping customers at the kiosk. I have never seen this in any other McDonald's before, so I had to write this review.

    Food was fresh. Drive-thru line was long (maybe from popularity?). This location has had so many renovations recently but the menu was still difficult to read. One thing we can always count on is that we will be missing something from our order. They also don't have all the promotions other locations have such as BOGO breakfast sandwiches on Wednesday.

    I came here on Oct 4thto use the wifi and the McDonald's app that is on one of my devices that only works on wifi I could not figure out why my McDonald's connect my McDonald's app wouldn't connect to McDonald's Wi-Fi which is customary to be present and working at every single McDonald's I have EVER visited, so after 2 HOURS of BATTLING with my phone and whatever McDonald's NONEXISTENT NETWORK ( AT THIS LOCATION) I tried to download the APP TO MY NEW DEVICE THAT DOES NOT NEED WI-FI by using one of the QR codes OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION TO DOWNLOAD MCDONALD'S APP and as a result I lost 9800 points THAT TOOK SIX WEEKS TO ACCUMULATE!!! I'm still sitting here starving because I can't redeem my points!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 They COULD have AT LEAST put up a SIGN that SAYS SORRY NO WI-FI but DID they?? NO! I sat here for 2 hours and wasted 2 hours of my time trying to use the app and points that I was planning on using, AND NOW are GONE BECAUSE I tried to use the qr code OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION to download the app to my new device that didn't need wifi. Are they noticing the damage that this potentially does? No, all they needed to do was put up a sign that they DONT HAVE WIFI AT This MCDONALD'S. SO IF YOU CAME ALL THE WAY OVER HERE HOPING TO USE THEIR WI-FI,and or your app DON'T BOTHER BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO GET HERE AND BE PISSED BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO FIND OUT AFTER MAYBE A COUPLE OF HOURS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE WIFI🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Drive thru wait time was long took 25 min to get my food. It literally took up my lunch time. It sucks its the 3rd time it's happened... I only put up with it cause it next door to where I work. Not sure how much longer until I call it quits been coming to this McDonald's for years now too...

    Been coming to this McDonald’s for quite some time and it’s been an ok experience but it got worse over time. I came in for a dine in order of Big Mac with some small fries but was given a bag to go. It was ok I guess but the burger and fries were cold. I also noticed the young staffs who didn’t seem to get enough training were socializing which is cool, we all do when we work, but they weren’t been professional by talking more than getting your order in and out. I also noticed two of these staffs touching they’re clothing and hat as this can pass on to your food. Overall good customer service but management need to up there game.

    1:30pm on a Monday...and no one was taking orders. Waited at the menu board for nearly 5 minutes and ended up leaving. Very poor awareness and staffing.

    Staff doesn’t really pay attention to the front counter. I ordered cookies through the app. They didn’t bother to put them in the oven until I arrived to pick up the order. In fact…. Two different people had to request them.

    We went to the second window to pick up our food. We got our bag and I wanted to make sure everything was inside before driving off. I took out the large french fries to see underneath and a employee ask, 'would you like me to fill up your fries?' I told him 'sure thank you so much. He was very friendly I asked him his name and it was PJ. So PJ thank you for your excellent service.

    I bought a happy meal and wend I got home I noticed a strange object in my happy meal box. This is just so disgusting knowing my fries were exposed to that item full of germs. I would like to move forward for a investigation.

    50% always look like they’re half asleep and the other 50% have the attitude of a sour patch candy. I ordered 3 meals and they packed everything in the smallest bag they could find. The “hot” coffee was more like an iced coffee. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The incompetence of the staff doesn’t surprise me considering it’s Anaheim. Restaurants in that city tend to have the laziest restaurant workers.

    I recently moved near this McDonald's and have had the unpleasant experience of going here more than once. You have to order on these big silly ipad things and the little human interaction you have is beyond rude. Meanwhile the manager is interviewing 2 people at once (what??) and ignoring the chaos in front of them. I left feeling just miserable, I've never had an establishment actually make me sad before...

    They reopen after the remodel but only drive thru then no app working how stupid that is either u open everything when done or not open till all complete not very good business also there people wanting to buy food could not bcuz they had no car I guess someone not that Brite that decide that did not think all the way through great ownership NOT I'm almost a everyday customer

    These mc Donald's sucks never opened there bathrooms supposedly don't work very often, they close early there always doing maintenance remodeling whatever even when it's a special day like today Oct. 18th they were suppose to have the boo buckets and they choose to tear down the kitchen today and not even cordial enough to put their app. Not even open so disappointing

    Food is always good. They lock the bathrooms to prevent drug addicts from overdosing. It's something you don't want your kids exposed to especially because of the area. Service could use more work, it's not fast anymore and the new people are discombobulated. Train these people at slower times so they can gain confidence in working there. Whenever I order from a regular burger to a large order, I always wait almost an hour before I get my food. Atmosphere is great morning and lunch. For dinner especially late night, all the sketchy people come out so... For those who want fast service because you're only on a 30 minute lunch break, McDonald's has become a "hit" or "miss". If you love waiting in line at the DMV (Fullerton), then you will love waiting in line here.

    This was genuinely the yummiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Service was super quick, the location was super clean, and the workers were all super helpful and accommodating. I would make another 8 hour drive to Anaheim for this location’s fries in a heartbeat.

    I got food for my kid, who can eat anything and still maintain single digit body fat. McDonald's is not fit for my consumption and it's getting more expensive all the time. Avoid it if you can.

    They are not efficient and accurate with order delivery and accountability for the order delivered. We ordered breakfast for kids and hardly have 3-4 items in the order. They completely missed out on couple of items and the problem is we are close to Disney land already. So if ur not local and cannot do a back and forth with them and ESPECIALLY if u have kids waiting for breakfast….please completely avoid them and find something close…also I do see another McDonald’s in less than 2 miles which hardly takes another <5mns.

    The food is good, get there before 10pm if you don't have a car, the lobby closes at 10pm and you can't even order on the app for take out, (where you park or stand in a certain number and they bring you your food) it's strictly drive through only after 10 which sucks... I tried telling them I placed an order on the app at the drive thru window and they wouldn't take my order at all. They don't cater to poor people/pedestrians it seems like. Bathroom is for customers only, no refills unless your dining in, they seem very strict about everything...

    I made an order thru the mobile app and I had to wait 1hr to get my order. And to come home with some of my order missing. On the receipt it clearly said what I order and they still messed it up. And to make it worse in the sausage McMuffin with egg the egg had a lot of pieces of the egg shells. I order 6 and every single one and egg shells. 🤢😡
