Can here for something from the bakery. The lady from La Conia told us someone would help us . Waited for 10 min before someone helped us out. Really bad customer service . The lady On the other side was just cleaning with two other workers. Really need to treat people better and attend to them

This supermarket was very close to our Hotel, Pepper Tree, actually right across, which made our lives much easier... It is a very good assorted supermarket, and the prices were really reasonable for L.A standards... The staff was friendly too, we wanted to ask if an item was really on sale, they took the item and asked for us if it really was... Very good service...

The store is big and has a good selection of produce. The is a butcher. There is a backey inside and the cake selection is very wilde and looks good. Good to buy birthday cakes if you are into the kind of very colorful one. Possible to eat inside the store. Closes at 10 pm so very practical. In August 2022, the store is open even on Sundays.

The good: great product selections and okay prices. I mainly pick up few specialty international products here. People are really nice and helpful. The not so good: dark outside and to many sketchy people in the parking lot. The day I decided to go full groceries here...then I notice there is nobody bagging your stuff! Makes you realize why the cashier is a little grumpy. Specially with your FULL cart. They are train to ask you "do you need bags, and just toss them in top of your stuff, not a word. So by the time you realize and get to kind of half** bagging your stuff, its time to pay and wait, then go back- and everyone in line just wishing you the best with their looks. so better bring the whole team with you if you are not the best at multitasking. All I am saying its all the other stores help you bagging. They still keeping those jobs in place. The self checkout machines are useless, you will need help pretty much always.

I don't know where they get their meat but it has a different smell to it!! The shopper's are VERY rude!!! Even with parking!! I NOTICED I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WHO POSTED COMMENTS! I (WILL) NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN! LIKE I SAID MEAT SMELLS DIFFERENT! IM A RETIRED MEAT MANAGER FROM A MAJOR CHAIN! AND THEIR MEAT HAS A DIFFERENT SMELL AND TASTE TO IT!!!

I ordered the costillas with chile verde hoping that since they have all the ingredients in house they will have better tasting food but oh boy was I WRONG!!! FOOD tastes like Nothing , black beans from a can, rice way over cooked and no flavor, it was only 11 am and the food looks like it's been sitting around since yesterday, sad how they take advantage of people selling trash! Never again!

Rode my sons electric scooter to the store and I was waking it around inside I was getting food to feed my family and the manager told security to kicked me out . I live closer to Ralph’s but would spend my money at Vallarta because they’re raza but I guess Ralph’s will take my money from now on . I never rode it in the store . Por eso estamos como estamos raza ,la isieron tanto de peso por una scooter que está más chica que sus fregados shopping carts . 🤦‍♂️.

Love the food products, new products, and must employees. All the managers I have had contact with have been professional, nice, kind, and respectful. The ONLY thing I really HATE are the SELF CHECKOUTS. They are so so so annoying. Any item scanned MUST be placed on the left side of the counter, one minimal move, and it starts to panic, and an employee must reset it. I also HATE that from 6 am to 7 am, the self check-out machines are the ONLY way to check out 😮‍💨😮‍💨.

Great little grocery store that sells predominantly Mexican stuff. They also have hot food and a seating area to eat. I wish they had more variety of things, but you can still find everything you need to get by.

First time in this store. Very impressed. Clean, friendly staff. Huge meat dept, found what I was looking for. Chicken fajitas were delicious. One package was enough for 3 of us. Will be shopping there more often

Fast and friendly staff, even under the crush of holiday traffic. Competitive prices and great produce selection.

Every time I buy chicken gizzards they are rotten, green color and a foul smell. And the supervisor on call are rude and get mad when we return them.

Here on vacation, staying close by. Ran to grab a few staples to keep in the room. The selection is nice. If this is a chain, it's my first time in one of their locations. Definitely geared toward central American cuisine needs. Nice little prepared food shop in there, too (though, I didn't try anything). I was able to find a few rare treats for the wife, so that's a plus. Produce seemed fine. Bananas under-ripe, but most folks like it that way, I had to hunt for some ready-to-wear specimens. Prices were about as bad as anywhere else in Cali. I think the best strategy is to find somewhere as cheap as possible to buy MOST of your stuff, and make the occasional run to a specialty location like this.

The new cashiers are so rude now! I miss the nice and helpful cashier guy that used to work here a few months ago. Otherwise, everything else is just okay...

Just the place I was looking for. I was in the mood for a birria taco and the small taco was just the right size. It has lots of meat and toppings. I also tried the Pupusa but didn’t get the one I ordered, they gave me a cheese one. Didn’t taste fresh - it may have been microwaved. But the best part was the cafe de la hoya with a nice little pan dulce. 😋 This place is a grocery store and it has everything you need for some authentic Mexican dishes. Fresh cheeses and salsas too!

One of the best places to go if you need fresh food 👌 The pricing is just amazing and the people there are original and sweet.

By Far My Favorite Super Market!! What's not to like? Every thing is clean!, the employees are happy, helpful and smiling. The quality and value of the produce is competitive with the expensive markets. The prepared food behind their service counter is absolutely authentic and the aromas will draw your attention from the moment you walk in. I am looking for an excuse to visit! GoodStuff!

They always have what we need! Love this store. The meat department always has the best chicken taco meat with everything mixed in that you need. Love the fresh tortillas, tamales, fruit, shrimp cocktail, flowers, veggies and cakes. They have it all!
