Update:
A
lady
in
the
admission
department
help
my
parents
out
after
they
waited
a
while.
I
didn't
get
her
name
but
she
was
able
to
give
my
parents
my
belongings!
I
thank
her
for
that.
My
parents
were
waiting
there
for
a
long
time
while
I'm
here
in
pain.
Horrible
Customer
Service!
I
had
abdominal
surgery
on
Wednesday.
Before
the
surgery,
administrators
get
all
your
belongings
to
put
away.
so,
I
put
my
money,
my
debit
card,
my
government
ID,
and
my
gold
ring,
and
in
return,
they
gave
me
a
yellow
form
to
get
them
back
once
the
time
comes
to
go
home.
I
Left
Friday
night
I
was
in
a
lot
of
pain
that
I
forgot
to
claim
my
belongings.
The
next
day
I
needed
my
medication
and
I
needed
my
debit
card
to
pay
for
them.
My
parents
decided
to
take
the
yellow
form
to
the
hospital
to
claim
my
stuff.
Now
my
parent's
first
and
only
language
is
Spanish.
They
got
to
the
hospital,
they
were
just
standing
staff
would
look
at
them
and
not
offer
any
help.
while
I'm
home
in
pain
waiting
for
them
to
bring
me
back
by
debit
card
to
pay
for
my
medications.
I
had
to
call
the
hospital
to
see
the
reason
no
one
was
helping
them.
When
I
finally
was
able
to
speak
to
someone
she
is
telling
me
that
they
are
not
able
to
hand
my
belongings
to
my
parents
and
that
I
have
to
be
the
one
picking
up
my
things.
Really!?
And
they
could
not
tell
my
parents
this!!?
I
just
had
a
freaking
surgery
lady!!!
outrageous!
I'm
so
mad
!!!
Never
in
my
life
has
this
ever
happened
to
me
attending
a
hospital.
