First impression is the foremost important part of knowing if someone or something will be worth your time. I brought my sister here at the ER who was experiencing flu-like symptoms. She had a temperature of 104.9 The male nurse(Alexander) attended us and asked us to check in with registration. He kept rolling his eyes when we didn’t answer his questions right away. When he took her temperature, his device wasn’t working well so he literally sighed with attitude and said “ugggghhhh” while rolling his eyes. He shoved the device piece into her mouth, yanking on it impatiently to remove it. He seemed to treat the other patients the same after us. They had my sister and I waiting outside in the cold for about 3 hours simply waiting for Covid results. There was later another patient who had symptoms like my sister and let him indoors while we were outcasted

Update: A lady in the admission department help my parents out after they waited a while. I didn't get her name but she was able to give my parents my belongings! I thank her for that. My parents were waiting there for a long time while I'm here in pain. Horrible Customer Service! I had abdominal surgery on Wednesday. Before the surgery, administrators get all your belongings to put away. so, I put my money, my debit card, my government ID, and my gold ring, and in return, they gave me a yellow form to get them back once the time comes to go home. I Left Friday night I was in a lot of pain that I forgot to claim my belongings. The next day I needed my medication and I needed my debit card to pay for them. My parents decided to take the yellow form to the hospital to claim my stuff. Now my parent's first and only language is Spanish. They got to the hospital, they were just standing staff would look at them and not offer any help. while I'm home in pain waiting for them to bring me back by debit card to pay for my medications. I had to call the hospital to see the reason no one was helping them. When I finally was able to speak to someone she is telling me that they are not able to hand my belongings to my parents and that I have to be the one picking up my things. Really!? And they could not tell my parents this!!? I just had a freaking surgery lady!!! outrageous! I'm so mad !!! Never in my life has this ever happened to me attending a hospital.

Absolutely the worst experience. DO NOT COME HERE! You will not be seen. I have been in severe pain and I have been waiting in the ER for 4.5 hours. The lady who is sitting across from me is asleep. Someone could die and unless they fall over nobody would ever know. I am here again in the ER and for hours and hours and hours all you hear is constantly beeps, loud noises coming from these horrible machines, I don't know why but for some reason the nurses don't hear it. Perhaps they are all deaf. I might have to sign into a psyche ward. There is no way you can sleep. You will be constantly awake for days on end.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff were unprofessional, lazy and inattentive and ….Noisy!! Staff would be making jokes and carrying on at all hours, including moving carts and dropping items right outside my room starting each morning at 4:30am. Food was horrible and the doctor I had rarely checked in and when she did, she was arrogant and unwilling to listen. Did not eat a bite the whole time I was there and no one asked why. Do not go or send your loved ones there.

I was worried about having my surgery here after reading all the negative reviews and wanted to take the time to write a POSITIVE review. It can be terrifying to spend anytime in a hospital these days and having a POSITIVE review from someone who has ACTUALLY experienced what you may be facing is vitally important. This hospital and every member of its staff from start to finish were AMAZING! The hospital was CLEAN, well organized and had many modernized assets. The staff were professional, informative, assuring, kind and caring. You can rest assured that you will be well cared for here and I do not hesitate to recommend this hospital 110%

Only rated a one star to review the personnel there. They are rude specifically the ones who answer the phone, have no etiquete in the Emergency department by the name of Alejandra. There is no need to be rude to potential clients and wait times should and can be given like any other hospital where I need to take my father having chest pain issues and did not want to wait there 6 hrs to be seen when I can make an appointment at Placentia Linda without rude staff.

My mom was admitted to have Aortic Valve Replacements. Surgeons are wonderful this review is solely for the nurses and the staff on the second floor of the cardio unit. Horrible service in caring for your patients. My mom needed help moving from bed to in room restroom. How is making her wait 45 min okay? 45 min for water to be delivered. When I walked into the room the curtain was drawn. I waited patiently and was given the okay to come in only to walk in to my mother exposed, why was the okay given? If help was needed the. I should have been asked. Then, then blankets that were placed in the chair should be moved back to make my mother “The patient” comfortable and covered up again. Not only was the staff horrible, the communication was atrocious, no one working on that floor cares about their patients, they are only there to collect a paycheck.

Things would go smoother if the ER receptionist with the glasses would stop gossiping 11/20/23: Currently in the 200's Ward and I'm suych and tired of listening to all the nurses so at the nurses station talking about the patients and making fun of them, and especially their my weight. I am recording and will be posting them on social media hopefully they will all be fired. Shame on you nurses, you don't know what patients go through or how scared they are. 🖕🏿🖕🏿🖕🏿 we can all hear you.

The biggest complaint is the food, they are still using Styrofoam and plastic silverware. By the time I receive it it’s cold. The hospital charge is a lot of freaking money and I can’t even get a decent hot meal. I told him don’t bother feeding me I will wait till I’m discharged!

At the front desk, very clear and helpful directions. They helped accommodate my Dad who is wheelchair bound. Provided masks. And treated us nice.

This is THE BEST Hospital I have been!!!! They didn't took forever as in many ER, everyone was extremely nice from Nurses to Doctors! They did ALL the possible tests they could have done to make sure I was ok. I was seeing by MD. Pingching Nick kwan and he gave me a detailed and full explanation of why I was having pain, he answered all my questions ❓ and he even offered to call my former surgeon!!!!! Great job!

Honestly I had excellent care from excellent nurses. All of my nurses were great especially Vanessa and I believe her name was yasmeen ( Filipino lady). These 2 were incredibly great. They helped Me so much and explained everything. My OR Nurses and anesthesiologist was amazing too. They both made me feel great before my surgery. There was also 2 other OR nurses who helped with my ERCP and let me tell you they were AMAZING. Dr dang was also great he made sure to explain everything. Great staff here 100%

Very limited parking adjacent to main entrance. If lot full you'll need to go to parking structure then walk to entrance. Overall very clean, helpful staff. Many different types of medical services offered at this location.

If not for these two individuals, this facility would have a 1-2 star rating for me. NORMA is phenomenal & the best when it comes to putting in IVs & bedside manner. STEVE is incredible as well, bedside manner on 100 and always helpful. Cannot express my appreciation for these two enough for making my ER stays at least a lot more comfortable through their helpfulness, consideration & patience.

Only saw triage for two minutes. Super sick- fever, puking, so much pain everywhere, very dehydrated. Started with a headache. Was told it’s just a headache after waiting in the lobby for 3.5 hours and left with a prescription for “migraine relief tablet” without ever seeing anyone beyond triage or having any testing or questions beyond flu and Covid test. Never had to use an er out of state, but this was a really rough experience. Updating that my “prescriptions” were for over the counter medicine the pharmacist just told me to choose what I want. I have never been to an er and not seen an actual doctor, or had all symptoms addressed. Worst place ever.
