Worst customer service ever. I don't really like writing bad reviews because I'm a small business owner myself, but these guys are horrible. I ordered a Hookah after getting it, it started to hit very harsh. I told them about it and they apologized and said it has too much water in it. So they took it back to fix the issue but they brought it back with the Hookah having a bad taste. I asked for the Manager named Philippe. He was extremely rude I continued to explain to him that after they brought it back from fixing the first issue he said that you didn't say anything after receiving it the first time. So they didn't want to fix it. And then to change the head they said that there would be a charge of $8 witch was unfair because the issue was never fixed in the first place. I highly recommend that you dont come here. They have horrible Hookah's and extremely horrible customer service. Manager is very rude and if you have a problem good luck getting what you pay for.....

Worst customer service. The Hispanic supervisor (short guy with glasses) delivers different level of service to customers of different racial backgrounds, I have seen him raising his voice, or ignoring a customer. Dude, your paycheck is the customer’s money! Be humble

Who tells their customers that in an hour you need to purchase a refill or leave? Especially when its empty. Skipped this dump and went to Nara Cafe on Ball Rd where they actually seat you and serve you with a smile. Keep the place to your self bro, enjoy the crickets.

Very bad place , horrible food ( canned Hamas and babaganij ) cold bread lame service ? People smokes cigarettes next to you while eating . I recommend this for dogs only

It has good food and an alright atmosphere. It doesn't feel that clean at all. I really only go because my friend smokes hookah.

Very exceptional customer service. Haven't been to a hookah bar since my time in India back in 2012 and is was what I expected before walking in. They don't just ignore you and they offer a happy hour price also. Very good people.

Awsome hookah lounge with great Chicken fingers and fries If you want good hookah flavors try cactuscooler or watermelon orange and mint.

Great food. Hookah and ambience. They are teamed up with restaurant next door. So its an awesome combo.

Very good service! We're from Albuquerque, New Mexico and came out for Dreamstate. Stopped here for hookah. Came back again the next day. Very clean and excellent hookah. Service is fantastic. Thank you so much for showing us such great hospitality. Will definitely be back again next year!!
