Horrible service. It's one thing to be tragically understaffed and stressed. It's another thing to refuse to acknowledge the customer when they've been waiting for 10mins to pick up an online order. I called to her many times. The chef kept looking at me refusing to say anything. It was deeply upsetting and I had to raise my voice at them to finally get them to address me. They throw the food at me and they completely made my order wrong. I'll never go back to that location.

Great little spot right on the corner of beach n ball. Plenty of parking. Outdoor patio, covered. Clean place. Polite friendly well presented staff. Managed well. Great food. Fast service. Great experience. Spend a few bucks here - you'll be glad you did.

Good food its just i literally went to flame broiler the other day and it was 1 dollar more expensive but i got twice the amount of food in the same sized bowl. Portions here are for rabbits.

Fast and great food I got the limited edition spicy pork plate and it was bomb it tasted like al pastor meat taco

I don't typically give negative reviews because I hate how it affects business but this place has consistently had poor food quality on top of getting orders incorrect. I think they just need better management or a new kitchen manager, I am an avid eater at waba grill and this location just never can get it right. I often times leave the gym and have to actually go out of my way to avoid this location, I will drive an additional 2- 4 miles to find another waba grill because of the lack of food quality. The only thing I've consistently had that meets up to the waba grill standard is the avocado, sorry waba but this location needs some help.

Drive thru service was good until I got home and started eating my food and ended up finding a really long hair in my bowl. I’m surprised they don’t use hairnets or put their hair in a bun. Didn’t seem to interest the lady worker my concern. Hope you can resolve this issue.

No napkins included. We paid for and did not get double chicken. We had to explain why we wanted extra sauce and then only got two packages. Will not be returning to this location.

Ok ordered the value meal but ended up receiving just the bowl. She didn't hear my order initially, but I think it's the big plastic sheet in front of the cashier. I wasn't the only one who had this issue. Just 3 other customers had a hard time hearing the cashier across that sheet of plastic.

I'm not sure what happened to this location but first my order was wrong and of course I didn't realize it until I got home. Second the portion has decreased by a lot. One of my mini bowls barely had food in it. I do not plan to come back. Not worth $4.99, I'm taking my business somewhere else.

They don’t even put enough chicken am being scammed they put a 2 ounces of chicken and they charge 11 dollars for there bowl my poor father has to work just for them to give him 90 percent rice they overcharge and extra chicken is almost 7 dollars I regret coming here if you can go to another WaBa grill so you don’t get scammed and this is not the first time this has happened to it’s always the same thing before they actually gave you more chicken but just for the love of god PUT MORE CHICKEN. Stay away I would not recommend this place go to the subway or KFC not the WaBa grill every other WaBa grill I go to it’s 10 times better these people are money hungry.

Hi, I ordered the plantspired steak today. The whole bowl tastes like soap or detergent. I think they must have used a container that had soap in it and prepped the steak in it. Or a cleaning product was sprayed on top of the steak. It's tasted like completely like a sanitizer solution. I work in the food industry, and this is BAD. I also go to other waba grill locations and order the same thing and the plantspired steak never tastes like that. I hope I don't get sick from the amount that I already ate.

I own a shop and let me tell u the food is great but horrible customer service if the manager is looking at this please talk to ur staff rite now with this bad economy we can’t loose customers

Called a day ahead of see if they took EBT they told me all of their locations do!!! Get there and they tell me they don't take EBT! Won't be going back to that location!!
