I arrived this location after driving 3 miles to get here as I had to finish court documents and I needed to connect my laptop to a power source, to my surprise this Starbucks do not offer this common amenity, no wonder I am spending more time at Urban and 7 Leaves cafe. Starbucks needs to eradicate homelessness but without penalizing it’s clientele, so have been a gold member since the start before 2005 and is so disappointing to see Starbucks stores taking away these basic amenities. Sorry for those working here my one star doesn’t reflect your good or bad service, but what your company has become lately.

I come to this place almost every day for mor than 10 years and I have known different managers like Ashley, Jesse, Ricky and others than I don’t remember their name but al of them so nice and good customer service. But now since this guy JULIAN is the manager, things are different. He is rude and don’t know how to treat loyal customers. I really wish he gets fired soon. We customers pay for a good coffee and we definitely deserve a smile and good customer service, specially the ones who go every day. I hope a supervisor check more often the job of this “JULIAN”

This Starbucks is very spacious but there simply aren't enough plug ins which is why most people go to Starbucks. Other than that the staff is very friendly and while I was at this location an employee did am awesome job handling a customer who was disturbing everyone else. Her name was Cassandra and she deserves some recognition.

Decent Starbucks with plenty of seating and plugs at the benches as well as the main high top table. One of the few remaining Starbucks to work from with your laptop.

With chairs and tables, this site has maintained what for me is the historic Starbucks place to chill alone or with friends, while enjoying a delicious drink and/or food served by friendly baristas.

My favorite is the vanilla bean Frappuccino or the caramel Frappuccino or add caramel to my vanilla bean Frappuccino. Or the double chocolaty chip Frappuccino is the best. Had my first one at age 5? Always add extra caramel!!!

No drive-thru at this starbucks but the location is conveniently located across from the anaheim city hall. Parking is plentiful but only if you walk a minute. The parking upfront this starbucks is very few as there’s multiple businesses and a vons a few feet down.

Not happy with the drink I received. I’m a big Starbucks fan for refreshments and only come so often. I purchased a drink inside the target here in town square. I always order ice on the side and my drink is filled up to the top in every other Starbucks stores! Today though I received my drink as a grande size and totally was thrown off! I paid for a venti but was given a grande drink. I didn’t get my receipt and when asked for one I was told they couldn’t give me one because they had already charged someone else. I really expect more from Starbucks considering it being a franchise! Very upset!

The brown sugar shaken espresso taste horrible from here. Worst location to get the brown sugar shaken espresso.

Many homeless. No drive through. Tight parking. Nice staff & inside is clean. But everything else makes this location not worth.

Brandon has a little attitude and not very helpful at all to the non-hipsters......one Day I will out-hip you and even then I won't be snobby.

All the staff are so 🙂 nice.. Consistency is what this team has ... Thank you.. My Mom is in a nursing home right up the street, and I get her favorite hot Caramel Macchiato every day🤗

I love Starbucks and it's always a treat for me when I come here. I usually get their caramel machiatto and it's always delicious and helps keep me awake. I highly recommend this location especially if you work nearby like I do, their staff are very nice and quick to serve you too. :)

I love the remodel. Can get busy, but I always can find a seat. And they are fast, placed my mobile order from the parking lot and walk in and grab my order. Food is normally ready before my drinks, go figure.

Very nice Anaheim location, in a Vons dominated shopping center. Very nice updated interior, airy and updated with many seating options.

The store management and also the dm has not been helping me out. Constant harassment from staff have caused even more issues. Filing lawsuit

Very satisfied with this location and its people. All of them very kind and helpful. They didn't have my favorite drink and instead they make me an other similar. I'm very thankful 🙏. Thanks Bamby and her coworkers ❤️

This a nice place I'm going to this coffee for many years and they a amazing peaple working there they make my coffe the way I like it, well sometimes miss something but is happening some time but still a good place to go with your family love it

Great staff.. Great service.. made my custom coffee just like I like it.. sadly some strange people hang out around this area.. so be aware..
