They messed up one of our chalupa orders and decided to give it to us anyway, and added chicken to my vegetarian chalupa. i am religiously vegetarian. this has literally ruined taco bell for me.

Food is great, but it’s probably the most inconsistent fast food location I’ve been to. It’s the only location near my house but I expect for them to be: 1.not open on time 2. Not have potatos 3. Have one person working there 4. Not serve breakfast 5. Long waits Or at least two of the above. I don’t run into this at Del T, and I grew up with Taco Bell :(

Doesn’t accept drive through orders, only mobile orders through the drive through apparently. Or the workers just decided they were done for the night at 10:30pm.

Food quality / taste was consistent with the franchise standard imho. Staff was nice enough, but would prefer ordering to a human over current day purchase kiosks

Signed up for rewards with the app then I had to sign up for Google pay and enter my debit card number to receive my free taco. The final submit button didn't work so I can't get a free item. Nobody told me we had to go through Google pay & enter our card # and all that other stuff for nothing.

My sister was hospitalized because of a severe allergic reaction to a simple ingredient that she clearly informed this business of prior to placing her order and it was clearly typed on the drive thru screen. Since my sister was hospitalized, I contacted this location and reported it to their corporate office with photographic evidence of how well the allergen was hidden inside her burrito. Their response, "We'll look into it," with no apology. Since there was never an offer of a refund and no contact by the business in 6 days, we are now considering legal action due to gross negligence, lost work time, and the hospital bill of $400.

The at the Taco Bell location are very accommodating and understanding of when you've had a very long travel through Santa Ana River bed down the bicycle trail regardless of what conditioning come in there always welcome

Literally every time I place an order, something is always missing from the bag, my receipt says nacho bell grande and extra hot sauce and no hot sauce or order. Does the driver and person at Taco Bell not double check the order. So frustrating. Never ordering from this Taco Bell again. Lazy employees can’t get the order right.

STOPPED BY FOR TAKE OUT AS IM A TRUCK DRIVER, 3 EMPLOYEES IN BREAK, 1 MAKING FOOD 1 DRIVETRU/AND FRONT very rude gentleman said he'd helped me out in a second a he helping drive tru,, 4 cars passed he just staring at me finishes on drive Tru and just stands doesn't take my order, I'm looking at him bot saying nothing as I'm trying to be respectful..a employee taking a break comes to cashier to take my order as she seen me standing for ALMOST 15 MINUTES!!(fast food place) ...Will NOT be stopping g here again.. Ohh and washed my hands In restroom and was filthy!!

Very nice Taco Bell after the remodel. Well made Mexican pizza! If only they had Diet Dr Pepper...

went through drive through and was told that they were only doing order pickups despite their hours saying that they were open and ended up being stuck in the drive through lane for a long time for nothing. they're also always out of the cinnabons.

The restaurant is clean, and organized 👌. However, i sense a little hospitality in the environment. Plus, the customer service reps DO NOT use name tags, but ask us for our names.

Ordered two combo boxes amongst other things, but first time ordering combos, that all food was given in a single bag. Had to separate all items once reached home.

This is one of the only Taco Bell's in area that stats open later than 10 ( which surprised me on such an early closing time ) and I believe 1am. Food was as ordered, fresh, tasty and quick.

Used drive through, was pretty fast service considering the large amt of cars waiting. Food tasty

The kid at the window was awful customer service my order was missing 2 tacos and a chalupa. Went back to get what I was missing and came home and was still missing a taco.

Not a fan of this taco bell for many reasons. Price had nachos and taco 10 bucks. Also this is the second time I had no utensils or napkins. The days of taco Bell cheap food over.

Whoever closed tonight, 6-11-24, cannot take orders. Missing items from order and was given several dimes for some reason. Seemed like my order was messed out on purpose since guy was “waiting to get off.”

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. My food was very well made, fresh & tasted very good. The entire restaurant inside & outside was very clean. I was greeted entering the restaurant & everyone was very nice & helpful. I will be returning & I do recommend highly.

Taco bell is always the same. Not filling an a big lack of flavor an cheese. Unless you douse it with hot sauce.

Always great experience at this location. I'm a vegetarian so I enjoy the mix matches your able to do. I get the brc with added shredded cheese and potatoes:p F The store is always clean, the kiosk machine works. Great

Used order kiosk because no staff would take my order. Then it took so long three drive thru customers got food before me. Bad experience.

Efficient and fast service with perfectly folded burritos and visually full tacos.
