14.95$ an it taste like with rice, peas, carrots an soy sauce... I promise you if your looking for shrimp fried rice don't go here it the worst I've ever had the chance to taste so bad I didn't even try to make it taste good I just threw it out... I mean for 15$ why do I need to do anything to it to make it have flavor.. Not to mention the 6 shrimp that came in it... Hands down the worst fried rice experience ever... I wish I could leave it with 0 stars..... It's a no for me...

GROSS and EXPENSIVE. Bought a small order of orange chicken and fried rice. The rice was moist but not like normal fried rice. More like white rice with brown coloring (and not enough coloring - middle was still all white ). Flavorless. But edible. The orange chicken was the worst I've ever seen. Im still trying to figure out what the meat is? Most of the pieces are shaped similar - flat - thin shavings of meat that curls. When you bite it, the meat is all white long strings.

usually i get the broccoli and beef with no problems but the most recent time i got horrible food poisoning i’ve been out for almost a week now with awful diarrhea and i might need an iv for all the fluids i’ve lost. dear god PLEASE wash your hands when you work you can’t do this to people. please don’t order from here.

Had a friend that ordered food from them and was told it was okay. Once my food arrived, the bag was torn and the driver shoved the food towards me and ran. I prepared my plate and realized there was black long hair in my rice box. I am a single male that do not have women over at my place. I contacted Big Chopsticks and was told that this was not their fault and it was mines. The next day, my credit card was charged an additional delivery fee, the same as my friend. Three strikes and I will never buy from this place again. Zero stars!!! I am forced to put one!!

I eat the fried rice from here quite often. The house fried rice is definitely one of the best out there. The lunch specials are amazing and affordable. It’s nice seeing a small business drive during Covid. The taste never disappoints, I would highly recommend eating at big chopsticks.

I usually eat their Chinese food and it really isn't disappointing. I decided to try their Cajun shrimp with corn and sausage. The price was cheaper than those famous Cajun restaurants, but what a disappointment. I wasn't anything like the famous restaurants. Out of the 3 pounds that we got we probably ate a total of 6 shrimps. What a shame. I was hoping it was better since I usually order takeout from them since it's close to home. I say stick with the Chinese food

horrible regreted going there. they do not have any chopsticks , weird…. the young lady upfront needs some customer service. she is gonna ruin the place in reviews.. she unhappy to be there.. picky in handing out soysauce/chilli.. i felt uncomfortable eating inside, like the young lady seem bothered i was dining in

The hot and sour soup is the best. It even has a generous amount of chicken in it ! I had the Mongolian beef lunch and it was delicious

Corrupt Business. Along with UberEats ripped me off. Did not even deliver food. Spent hours, I have the call logs, on phone with this place and UberEats. Places like this deserve to go out of business.

mixed feelings. If you want to eat in, there's a window counter and high metal chairs. The food was good, plenty of it. The combo consisted of an entry and rice. If you wanted something to drink, it was $2 extra. And they only had Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. Would I go back again? Maybe.

This place is fantastic. I don’t get the bad reviews- this place consistently shells out great Chinese food. It’s gonna run you 20 bucks a plate, but it’s more than enough to feed 2 people. Highly recommend.

Ordered food online, and it took an hour and a half of waiting before receiving it. When asking the workers about the status of the order, there were several instances of being brushed off and ignored. Overall, it was poor customer service for pricey, sub par quality of food. Would not recommend.

Food is good in general....Though one of my favorites, Moo Shu Chicken, was delivered with tortillas instead of pancakes. Just wrong, so wrong. We still order from them, but have to remember not to order the Moo Shu.

Ordered a few times from here and it’s always great tasting food. Can’t go wrong with their lunch specials and with $1 more you get soup, egg roll and canned soda. This time I ordered their best selling wor wonton soup and it’s very fulfilling.

My order of egg rolls were seriously frozen, and they were chicken egg rolls. The Thai tea tasted like wine, I'm assuming it was old.

I have ordered here twice, walk-in/to go. This time I realized after I left that I (again) did not get my discount for "walk-in orders placed between 3-5". So I called to inquire and was told "you have to have a coupon". I explained it doesn't say that on the bag with GIANT writing advertising said discount. I was then told, "you have to bring your bag next time, then you'll get the discount". Again, nowhere does it clarify ANY of this and, no, I won't be saving this full sized grocery bag and bringing it in on my next visit. Also, ordered plain fried rice and was given veggie fried which costs 3 times as much. Shady.
