The room was very cozy and comfortable. The set up is was nice. The continental breakfast had so much variety. The staff was always very nice and helpful. We were able to use the spa jacuzzi and relax after long walking days at Disney. The hotel is in walking distance so it's way more convenient to walk there and back. I loved my stay at the Hyatt! Check in and out was fast and easy.

Stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. The room itself was comfortable and fine as we were in the Disney parks the majority of the day. However, no one respects quiet hours and the A/C condensation drips from the ceilings in the halls. Good luck getting fresh towels. The included breakfast was fine, and somewhat different everyday. Staying here was only convenient for the proximity to the parks, if I wanted to be in the hotel more than just sleeping, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Great location for Disney, great staff and service. Rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is awesome to have. The beds were comfortable, they could get better pillows but overall great value for the price. They charge for parking $28 + $5 in taxes and fees (per day). At the time of our visit the pool was leaking through to the parking garage which is a bit of a concern. They supply water bottles at the front desk (not in the rooms) but the rooms had coffee and a mini kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher - which was so nice to have!

Our room was spotless!! There were always people cleaning no matter the time of day which was nice to see! One day I even saw someone cleaning the elevator. The front desk was very friendly. Our rooms were very quiet as well. The pool was nice and shallow for the kids (max 4 ¹/² feet). The hot tub was big and just the right temp for the whole family. The laundry room has a quarter machine, soap and lots of washers and dryers. It really was a great experience! The breakfast was good. Lots of options too. Connected to Starbucks which you can mobile order and was basically no wait too. The ONLY thing I could complain about was the cleaning service was only available every 3-4 days and with littles coming back to nap it was hard to schedule a time for them to clean. So I guess my rating is 9.5/10

We were referred to this hotel by a coworker of mine from Hawaii. My family and I got to meet a great staff who made this stay such a memorable experience. Those who work the breakfast shift and the housekeeping folks work so hard and they are on it! What a great team from front to back! We will definitely stay there again! Shout out to Cecelia and Myrna, thank you so much!

Very impressed! Angel at the front desk was very helpful and took the time to tell me about the available rooms ahead of time. The one bedroom 2-queen suite with sofabed was very spacious. Disneyland is just across the street but if you need your car, you can conveniently access the garage from the elevator. The hot breakfast was excellent; serving scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Best value in the Disneyland area.

Very pleased with my stay here. The young man who checked me in was super friendly, efficient and very informative. Also got two complimentary water bottles for being a rewards member (took one into Disneyland with me so it saved $). Room was very clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable. I also appreciated the black out curtains. I am always a bit apprehensive about room cleanliness but felt very comfortable overall at Hyatt House. I love this location because it’s just a short walk to Disneyland. Unlike the hotels right across the street from the gates, Hyatt House rooms are enclosed within the hotel. A room key is needed to get into the halls, even from the elevator. I like this added step of security so not just anyone off the street can walk up to your door. The included breakfast was awesome! Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruits, cereals and so much more. Juices, coffee and various creamers, oat milk, almond milk, etc. Lots of variety and good quality unlike other hotel breakfasts. Tons of space for sitting. Breakfast staff members were all very kind and hospitable, and made sure everyone had what they needed. This place is wonderful for families or even a solo traveler. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future! Tip: My room faced the road so I heard a little noise from that, but it wasn’t too loud (typical for a hotel in a prime location). If you’re a light sleeper you might want to request a room facing away.

This was a great hotel to be in for our Disneyland stay. The room was nice. Nothing overly fancy (I had a 1 bed room) but it didn't feel cheap either. The bed was comfortable. Not the best I've had in hotels but I slept well. The location was a short walking distance from the parks. The hotel employees were great. Always smiling and willing to help. Greeted us with good mornings and how are yous. The breakfast was great. Lots of good options. I didn't use the pools on this stay but it seemed nice. I also didn't use the gym but I did walk through it. It was spacious and clean. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

STAY HERE! My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it! Super close to Disney parks - quick 10 min walk. We were able to avoid the whole parking and tram situation over at Disney by parking our vehicle here instead. Safe underground garage. The room (Studio with Kitchen) was fantastic! I was able to purchase a few snacks at the Walgreens right outside the front door downstairs and kept perishables in the fridge provided. We were able to warm up leftovers in the microwave, also provided. Just great overall when you are traveling with small children whose appetites are sometimes all over the place. The free breakfast was wonderful and on one morning when we just couldn't make it down in time because we were exhausted from the prior day at the park we were able to grab breakfast on our way back to the park at the Starbucks right outside the front door again! There was another night we were done with the park at about 1 am and my kids just didn't have it in them to make that short walk - cheap $10 taxi ride from the front gates to the hotel's front door! Trust me - it's a win win all around. Staff was friendly, rooms clean and service exceptional. Also, the bar is right dead slap in the middle of the lobby if you need an adult beverage to keep you going (which I certainly did)..

Amazing customer service! We checked in from the portofino inn across the street after a horrible experience their! “Belle” at the front desk was amazing. She found out it was my daughter’s birthday by communicating with me a little and actually made a gift for her! How cool is that! The lobby is super nice and the bar has great food! Fitness center is super nice and the place is super clean! Thank you

We were in a bind after we got to CA for a Disney trip and our original hotel overbooked us, so we had to find a new place. Funny how things turned out because we LOVED this place. All the staff we had encounters with were very helpful and kind. It was my daughter’s birthday and they even had a complimentary gift for her with a Minnie Mouse balloon! So cute! The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and it was nice they had bunk beds for the kids. We walked to and from the Disney parks and it only took about 12-15 minutes each way. Convenient location. Breakfast was served daily with pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, sausage and more. Free breakfast is always great. The outdoor pool atmosphere was great and clean as well. We will definitely go back here again when we plan another vacay. It’s now my favorite spot.

Just returned from a fabulous visit. We have stayed at this property a few years ago and were excited to return. These rooms are one of the best appointed suites we have stayed in. Lots of storage (large drawers, shelves etc) to make a stay organized. Front desk staff were helpful and always friendly. We have seen some wear since our last visit a few years ago - fold out bed was broken down, mattresses on beds starting to show their wear, etc, but all in all WOW. The team that supports the breakfast area are FABULOUS. Cannot say enough. Tables were cleared and cleaned and they were friendly and helpful. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the park, which makes it super convenient. Can’t wait to return !

Our stay at Hyatt Anaheim was absolutely superb!! Upon arriving, we were immediately provided a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. We actually arrived a couple hours early from a very draining commute and the front desk staff was absolutely delightful to us! She recognized I was a Hyatt member and was able to upgrade our room and check us in early, which was an absolute Godsend! Our room was beautifully open and spacious, and the view of the Disneyland firework show was beyond anything I could have hoped for. We will definitely be staying here for all our Anaheim trips going forward!

Setting Customer Service Expectations. I have never stayed at this property before, and unfortunately, I have several "requirements" with the Hotel I choose, due to certain issues. I worked in the Hotel industry for many years, and I know my inquires can sometimes be a bit of a pain. To ensure that there are no surprises, I always contact the Hotel prior to booking (I have had some pretty bad experiences) I had the pleasure of speaking to one of the front desk staff (Initial B) She was wonderful. Answered all of my questions and even offered addition information and suggestions. She was patient, friendly, and most accommodating. A few days later I had a couple of follow up questions and I spoke with a young man (Initial A) Again, this was a fantastic interaction and after much laughing and good hearted conversation, I was quite confident in booking my stay. If these two individuals are any indication of the customer service and friendly attitude this hotel provides towards its patrons, I am sure my families stay will be stellar. True Team members. Thank you both for all of your kind assistance. See you soon.

Nice walk to the Disneyland and California Adventure. The room was great a spacious. Even though can hear running down the hall. Not bad for the price. When we arrived, the system was down but was able to get our rooms since lots were waiting. Would stay here, lots of place to eat and play.

Got a suite with a view you could see the Disneyland fireworks, very big room with full kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, stove top etc. awesome view, very clean staff very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet every morning as early as 6:30am until 9am full arrange of goodies, they also have milk station a juice bar, fresh fruit for on the go. Money well spent, I definitely recommend staying here, parking is underground pool on the 2nd floor 24 hour gym I ordered pizza from below pizza was good too there’s a Starbucks below too. Awesome time there. I had an awesome week there with my family. They also have scooters you can rent and take into the Disneyland park you can get it cheaper than Disneyland if you book multiple days.

Great experience. We appreciated the front desk and housekeeping when an incident occurred with malfunctioning coffee maker. They were generous with towel replenishment since we opted no daily room service, and graciously picked up used towels when needed. We also enjoyed watching the breakfast staff. They were most efficient in keeping the entire area clean. All were smiling and talkative. On our last morning one gentleman was noting guest birthdays and we watched him lead and gather fellow staff in serenading and bringing a cupcake to each birthday guest. Such a special touch. One gentleman that stood out at front desk was Kevin. He was professional, kind and happy. The experience never felt overwhelming and super easy walk to DISNEYLAND. We will chose Hyatt again at our next Disney visit. Thank you.

About as average as possible. The extra pillows we requested were obliterated and old and lumpy. The room was tiny. But, the laundry room on premise was handy and close to Disneyland (10 min drive, 20 min walk). Walgreens on premises was great. The buffet was incredibly average but great to have

It’s close to Disneyland, but still a bit of a walk, after a long day at the park, it’s a hassle to walk the distance because you’re so tired. Taxis will overcharge you even though you’re a few blocks away. The rooms are weird, designed for accessibility for sure, wheelchairs, buggies; but all of them are like that. Would’ve been nice to have more of a functional layout. Pool was really nice, hot tub is fantastic.

Great value hotel for a Disney vacation. It took us 15 minutes to walk to and from the park. The room was very spacious and had great amenities. The beds were a little firm for us. The pool and jacuzzi were really nice too. We didn't have much interaction with the staff and we didn't eat breakfast except for bagels, but it looked plentiful.

Walking distance to Disneyland and very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed 3 days. There is no restaurant in the hotel so no room service for food. But we had chance to cook and eat in the room which had a small kitchen and cooking wares. There are many restaurants and fast food places around anyway. Breakfasts were included and good enough selection of food for everyone. Suits have a tv room with a big seating space which can be used as a bed for another two people. However it’s not separated privately. So two queen beds and one sofa bed it has where you can sleep 6 people in the room. There is a heated pool on the second floor. It was cleaned every morning at around 7 am. If you are not in rush going to the Disneyland it’s the best time to swim in the clean pool while everyone else is having breakfast and leaving for the them parks.

We travel to CA frequently and we typically stay here. The staff is professional and courteous. The rooms have been clean. The rooms with kitchens are well stocked. My kids love this hotel. They do have an outside pool and hot tub. My one complaint is that the hot tub and pool aren’t serviced enough at times. This is a common issue with public pools though. We’ve either gotten rooms with city or pool views. It is possible to watch the fireworks from the parks at night. There are palm trees on that side of the hotel and do block the view if you are staying on the third floor. The views on the second floor or above the third floor are good. They will hold luggage if you arrive early or want to go to the parks post check out. We frequently check out and spend time at the parks before leaving- cars can stay on the lot for the day. Walking to the parks is easy from this location and takes about 12 minutes with kids.

Great stay! We arrived early (around 10am), and was pleasantly surprised to see our room was ready. Parking was easy and check in a breeze. Rooms are nicely appointed and quiet. The shower head wasn’t great, the pressure was weak. If staying 2 nights or under as we did, there is no housekeeping but we were advised of that, upon check in. Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from. The hotel location is awesome. It’s a 10 minute walk to the parks. There is a shuttle which costs $6 but honestly, just walk if you can. Lots of people walking back at night so felt safe. Downstairs, there is a Walgreens, Starbucks etc so lots of place to buy items, that you may have forgotten. Overall, very happy and we will be back. I’d highly recommend due location.

This hotel is about five to ten minutes from Disneyland. It's a safe clear walk to and from. Lots of food options around. There is a bar in the lobby and breakfast in the morning (no gluten free options). It has a market in the lobby for snacks and essential items. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and "quaint".

Within walking distance of Disneyland, very nice hotel with a great pool and breakfast. We stayed in a bigger room with the kitchenette. We even used the guest laundry. There is a Walgreens on the first floor asking with several restaurants. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and explained details clearly! Really nice location to Disneyland, close enough to walk or hop the bus. Uber was $7 so lots of choices. Rooms are mid, a little weathered but doable. Cosmetic repairs are needed but overall a good vibe

The location was great, we walked to Disneyland, so that was the best part about staying here. We booked two adjoining suites (6 people total) and stayed for 5 nights, so it was an expensive stay. We were disappointed that they would only come clean our rooms one day during the trip. We specifically stay at hotels for amenities like housekeeping. Would choose an Air B&B otherwise. Also, when they finally cleaned our room, they forgot to clean our connecting suite, so only half of our space. We had a kitchen in our room, and there weren’t enough items in it for the stay, for example one dishwasher pod for 5 days, tiny garbage can with one only one extra garbage bag, etc. There was nowhere to put garbage, so people put it in the hallway to get picked up. Also, the pool was open and “heated” but freezing. All in all, super disappointing to play thousands of dollars without realizing there was minimal housekeeping, garbage in the hallways, and freezing “heated” pool. We love the location and the Hyatt brand, but would probably not stay here again.

I was in town for a convention and this is a pretty well situated hotel. A bit of a walk to get to the center, but I suppose they wanted to be right between Disneyland and the convention center. Speaking of which, this place was crawling with children so that was kind of meh. Breakfast buffet was ok. Rooms were a bit cramped feeling but were clean.

Rooms were good but look much larger online, staff were amazing, location is close to disney resort. The complimentary breakfast is really good. I gave 4 stars because maintenance had to be called to fix the door upon arrival and the next day the power went out in the room due to 2 blow dryers being used [in separate rooms] but maintenance doesn't arrive till 9 am so they didn't come. Had to get dressed in the dark. Nothing was offered to compensate for either issue. Overall a great hotel though.
