Online/website pictures are very deceiving...the restroom did not look like the site's photo. The power went out overnight..and we had items in the mini fridge..site claims 24/7 support..took sometime to reach on-site support to have the power turned back on. A truck was broken into overnight, right next to our room. Good way to describe this location is a "upgraded" motel. Felt a lil sketch, would not recommend nor visit again.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. We originally booked this hotel room because of its affordability and because we wanted to enjoy a family vacation to Disneyland. DO NOT STAY HERE. Avoid it at all costs. We got there at 4am in the morning and were so tired we immediately fell asleep. Then the next morning woke up and left to Disneyland. We were not inside the hotel room the entire day but when we came back, our hotel room was INFESTED with cockroaches. They were crawling all over the floor. We were so grossed out and left immediately. We had to throw away all our food, blankets, clothes, and suitcase. We did not want to bring the roaches into our home seeing as they were literally all over the hotel room. In all my hotel stays, I have never ever stayed in a hotel room this disgusting, words cannot describe it. We wanted our refund and talked to Charlie (the owner I assume) and he said he would only give us a one night refund because we only complained about one night. I absolutely do not recommend staying here, this place should be shut down.

They have tried really hard to renovate and change the mood if this place. Seems they managed to get rid of the bed bugs but still only serving 2 towels when 4 would be appreciated and the refrigerator in my room was up wheezing , sighing and clicking loudly all night. God it was loud. The walls are very thin! I could here my neighbors doing....? Even in a not so loud tone of voice! For the good. The rooms present nicely. And the shower is glass. Roomy and provides a regular and rain option. More than enough outlets and a flat-screen TV with cable. The color scheme was pleasant and restful. Overall I would stay here again as long as i got a different room. Seems they are trying to win back a positive reputation and I give them credit for trying. Thank you

Found two huge 🪳 roaches crawling in my room. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors talk. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. I was initially going to give this Hotel a 5 star review because The staff was nice and room was actually very descent for the price. But when I started getting bit up my the mosquitoes 🦟 in the room and seeing the roaches, I said never again!

My family and I loved the stay. Our room was super clean, we lived that it was quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping did an amazing job bringing clean towels daily and taking our trash daily. Will definitely stay again! Excellent stay for the price!

I hate having to bash an immigrant family business but if you’re racist you don’t deserve any business at all. I stayed one night the asked if we smoked to smoke outside I complied and the next day they said we couldn’t extend or stay because there was nothing available but I called and they said they had plenty of rooms available for $100 and when my sister came to get a room with her friend they were trying to hold both of their ids and charge them $100 deposit when I didn’t have to pay a deposit at all and the next day you just don’t want our business when my sister and her friend left no complaints and I stayed and followed the rules so you just don’t want black people here? Our money not good enough ? But when I call you have rooms and when I pull up no nothing available but if I did something you’d say that but you have no reason not to want my business

If I could give this place a zero start I definitely would. I booked a room through expedia for this place. The more I did research on this place I realized I did not want to stay there due to how bug infested the place is. I contacted expedia to cancel my stay before even stepping foot on the property because I have kids. Expedia reached out to the property to cancel my booking and they did not want to give me not one dollar back after wanting to cancel due to there bug problem.

The hotel was nice and clean during our stay. The man at the front desk was very helpful and the service was amazing for the price. I was kind of hesitant at first because of all of the cockaroach comments but the room had none. There was a spider but those pop up everywhere so it wasn't a big deal. We stayed for 6 nights and had lots of walking to do everyday so getting back to th e hotel and getting into a nice comfy bed felt nice. Another thing i enjoyed was that everyday we had new clean towels in the room. Although we left our room a mess everyday, maid service cleaned the bathroom and helped us with turning on the shower when we struggled to. Thank you for an amazing stay parkside inn !

I booked two rooms in this hotel, they were dirty and smelly, the bed covers were dirty and had stains and burns from cigarettes, and we noticed a lot of hair on the pillows, the furnitures were worn out, the door lock was broken, and in general it was very disgusting. We contacted Expedia to cancel the reservation and got two rooms in a better hotel

My bed had ants underneath when I arrived, room full of spiders and roaches. They told me i was getting a refund which i haven’t received 20 days later. Won’t recommend you staying with these guys.

The hotel was very nice on the inside! I had no problems. The gentleman at the front desk was very cool. I would definitely stay again!

Looks like it's been remodeled recently. Very clean rooms at a decent price. The staff is very friendly and quick to resolve any issues, the ice machine was not working the first night, they got it fixed the next day and brought us ice from the corner store.

Very modest play single story prices good rooms are clean don't smell musty or weird odors air conditioning heater work very well walls are a little thin though you could hear the other guess using their showers but it was very good for the price

Pros: Clean! From the window sills to the corners it was clean and fresh. Maid service came every day. The shower was great. Perfect pressure and it stayed hot. There was a brief like 3 minutes during one shower where the Temp went out but it came right back. The refrigerator was big and worked perfect. Microwave worked as well. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a functioning microwave OR fridge. The AC worked fantastic as well. Quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise besides the occasional honk. Couldn’t hear our neighbors. Parking was free and right outside the room. The room was great overall. The outside is so misleading. Tv was an ok size but they had a lot more channels then other hotels. No BS with pay per view or hotel channels. Just regular cable. Cons: The towels are sandpaper. I just went to target and bought a few $4 towels instead of dealing with those. The bed was not the most comfortable. It wasn’t so bad it disrupted sleep or anything. It just wasn’t pleasant getting into after a long day of walking. Only one regular lock on the door. I think an extra chain lock would be a good idea. I would buy a portable door lock for future stays

Great remodel of place and affordable prices. Pretty quiet and a nice little hideaway! Nice place to just chill and rest, no a lot of foot activity
