It was a very nice stay. The room was very spacious and looked new renovated. The room came with mini fridge and microwave. That mini fridge was powerfully cold. It made my iced coffee into a little slushie but pleasantly so. The staff was very nice. I’ll definitely be back! :)

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights during our California vacation. Pros: Got a ground-level room with a king-sized bed; it was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable, maintained daily by housekeeping. Amenities included hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge, and microwave. Had AC and a good quality shower head with good water pressure. There was a spot to hang your clothes and lots of drawers for storage and outlets for device charging. Had a flat-screen TV as well (though we never turned it on). Didn't have time to try the outdoor pool/Jacuzzi, but it looked clean and well-kept. Across the street from a convenience store and a few different places to eat. Only a 10-minute walk from the Disney parks, and right by the bus that takes you to Angel Stadium and ARTIC station. Very friendly owner/staff; we checked in slightly earlier than we were supposed to and they kindly did not charge us a fee. Cons: single-ply toiler paper, and wifi was very weak in our room. No phone in the room and no alarm clock, but if you have a cell phone (with roaming if, like us, you're from out of country) this isn't an issue. We never stuck around for breakfast, so I can't comment on that. We were almost always out 'n' about so we barely spent any time in the room other than to sleep. All things considered, it's reasonably priced for what you get and suited our needs wonderfully. I had a lovely stay and am happy with the service.

The hosts were friendly and quick for check in. They had accents but I'm unsure where they were from. This was less than a half hour walk to Disneyland. They let us park the car there before check in so we could be at the theme park. There was a pool and hot tub. The rooms weren't perfect with the smell of smoke and some things not spotless. The wifi and air conditioning unit weren't very intuitive. There was no ice machine but they did have a fridge. The TV had the usual channels I find at other hotels. Loved it and would recommend for anyone trying to save a little bit of money

So many issues with this place! First when I booked, I asked for a top floor, corner room to which I didn't get. I ended up in a ground floor in the middle and had the misfortune of listening to slamming door on both sides of me and stomping feet above me. Which leads me to the problems, the doors stick which makes you have to slam them; there is literally only one trash can in the room (bathroom included); not enough towels; showers water pressure is poor. It said they had a complementary breakfast which wasn't the case. Staff wasn't visible to report problems to yet had the nerve to ask for a tip when we left. The manager, TJ called to speak to me about my experience. Willingly listened to all my issues and acknowledged why I left the rating I did. However I would have liked to have been offered a partial credit; instead of being told to ask for him on my next stay and he'll "take care of me." My last visit was pre-covid and as a single mom it took me while to save up money to go. To spend almost $500 on 2 rooms for 2 nights and have so many problems was disappointing to say the least.

Why are the reviews so bad?!? This place is a HIDDEN GEM. My fiancée and I just checked out, and this is going to be our go to if we are on a tight budget. Clean, cold, spacious room with a mini fridge, flat screen tv, comfy clean bed, very friendly staff! Oh! And from our room, complete unobstructed view of the fireworks at Disney:) Also, 5 minute walk to Disney and 1 minute walk to a cute cafe! For the location and the price you CANNOT find better. Book a room!!

Had a great experience in this little hotel. Our room looked exactly like the newer photos, with the wood grain tile flooring. I'm not sure if this place changed ownership, or just had a remodel in the past couple of years, but I think most of the bad reviews are much older. Place seemed very clean and pretty quiet. Desk staff was adequate, as was parking. The refrigerator in our room worked extremely well, and there was a microwave that we didn't use. AC was a little noisy, but kept the place effectively cool. About a 15-minute walk from the Downtown Disney Monorail station. We didn't visit or use the pool / jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again!

So we made a reservation and specifically asked if the spa was open they said yes. We got to our destination which was walking distance from Disneyland so that was a plus but the quality of the room was very poor. The microwave still had the light on as if someone had just recently used it and it didn’t go off. It still had 5seconds left til it beeped. The heater smelt like it was burning the bed was super stiff and the sheets were low quality. For it being across from Disneyland it was basically a super 8 motel or motel 6. Very disappointing and to top it off the spa was broken. They literally lied to us in order to get our reservation booked and then screwed us when we arrived cause then we still had to pay for one night even though we didn’t stay. We ended up staying down the street still across and walking distance from Disneyland.

My group of 4 people stayed in a 4 person room, and upon arrival the manager made us pay $70 extra dollars, on top of a $100 deposit, on top of the entire price of the stay. His reasoning? He had to charge us “something” for the two “extra” people staying with us. Ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew I would have to factor in a nonsense $70 fee on top of what we had already paid. Would not stay here again

Great experience. Room very clean with parking included. Refrigerator and microwave working ! 15-minute walk to the Downtown Disney Monorail station. We didn't visit or use the pool / jacuzzi. It doesn’t include breakfast as it is announced here. I would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t even get to check in. The front desk man in the morning was rude and didn’t let me or my girlfriend check into my reservation. I was also charged $113 for the night and wasn’t even allowed to be refunded. Save your money; the man at the front wasn’t being helpful at all. I work at a hotel and having my girlfriend check me in was a big deal to this man. Do not waste your money here.

I Stayed here on Saturday August 4th and the customer service here was extremely BAD and Rude!! The Morning Manager was not Friendly and seemed iterated!! We checked in early to park our car and walk over to the park, after our day at the park, we arrived at the hotel to pick up our keys, which surprised us that the lobby was opened but no person to give us our keys. He was out of the hotel, and he did not return to the hotel after 30 min of trying to reach him. No sign on the window, stating he was gone, there was a phone number to call, but the number was the lobby phone, which no one was there. He did not apologize for having us wait nor again, he seemed irritated for helping us, like we were a bother. Rooms where distant, but because of the bad CUSTMER Service, I will be willing to pay more for a room. Customer Serice is everything. If you're not happy with your job, either find another job or at least pretend to be happy, and do not take it out on our customer!! Thank you for ruining our great day at the park!!

We wanted a budget friendly motel with walking distance of Disney. We're very happy with Abby's Anaheimer. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice owners and staff. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room smelt funny and not everything worked. But was a good sized room. The breakfast provided was really good. Location is close enough to Disneyland to walk. Or a quick and cheap uber ride. So location was great.

We were very happy with our stat at Abby's Anaheimer Inn. It is an expensive and well located motel that is super convenient for visitors of Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. Clean and spacious. Clearly this is an older hotel but great efforts have been made to upgrade the furniture and décor. It looks WAY better than pics from previous guests. Good price but not fancy. Staff was helpful and quickly checked us in. Check out was super easy. 12 min or more walk to the theme parks and Downtown Disney. Corner stores near by if you need beverages or snacks. Rooms have a mini fridge, coffee maker and I think a microwave but I forgot to take pics.

First of all, it wasn't me but another that made reservations. They have multiple things on their profile here that are blatant misinformation and could get them hit with a lawsuit for false advertisement. The bathrooms do have a shower but no plug for drain. After a long day at Disney land one would enjoy a bath. No phone in room. They only have one restraunt for you to choose from as per it's hanal or indian. Thus forcing their religious beliefs on customers as there are multiple options close by that deliver.

Rounded up to 5 stars. Only real knock is that housekeeping was every other day so trash can get full fast. Like all hotels in the area it’s on major streets so cars can be loud but again, that’s every hotel out there and not the hotels fault. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable/clean sheets. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Prices were better than all neighboring hotels. If all you are looking for is a good place for resting between days at Disney this hotel is awesome. Close to a Dennys and Italian/pizza place. It’s ideal for what was needed and I would definitely stay there again.

Was nice because it was close to disneyland and didn't break the bank. Service was medium and rooms were okay.

Location was great but probably due to lack on manpower we had to wait a while for checkin. Newly remodeled so all was clean an nice. Rooms are basic, had to ask for and shampoo. Rooms slightly small and beds are small even in family room.

Booked 2 rooms with the reserve now pay later. Receipt I received said “due at property”. I got charged for the full stay 6 days before my check in date. I called the property and spoke to the front desk who advised me that this is the deposit and I would have to pay the “sue at property” when I arrive then get refunded when I check out. So my stay would initially cost me $608. Double my reservation. Don’t book here. It seems like a scam.

So I have NEVER stayed here, just to be clear. But if you read the reviews on Travelocity, the owner replies with hateful comments if you leave a negative review. This is the main reason why I WILL NEVER stay here. Unprofessional. Such a shame their ego gets in the way.

Super close to Disney and spacious rooms with good beds. Said that, service is simple and modest and rooms are no extra amenities

If I could give zero stars I would. The rooms themselves seemed a little dated even with, what looks like a cheap renovation. The motel is located on a busy intersection so you can hear the street. The rooms also have zero sound proofing from the outside and you can even hear conversations from the rooms next door. Wifi is also terrible here!! Check in and out was terrible, slow to come in and even slower to come out. They also penalize you for early check out. Do not stay here! I repeat, so not stay here. Spend the extra bucks for the “M” to be an “H”

Do not stay here!!! Our 3 rooms were disgusting!!! With human hairs on our bathroom shower everywhere and on our toliet seats, floors were thick with dirt, as well as the tables. Both my sons' rooms had the same, but one had drops of urine on the seat. The clerk admitted they didn't clean and then left us without our refund because He "didn't" know how to refund our money. Now we know that was a lie. They would not refund our money of $2200.00 even after telling us they would. This is a shady business. Do not waste your money! We had to leave without our refund, and then they decided to keep our whole amount, that's theft in my option. No service was rendered, yet they took our money from our family of 9. Please learn from our mistakes with this business. It was just so sad we had to go through this on our family disney trip. Had to find another hotel at 7 pm at night, and then pay even more for a hotel at high last-minute prices.

I've slept in drug dens cleaner than this. Absolute trash. No towels, even upon request. No toilet paper. No weather stripping around the door, basically exposed to the elements. Stains on everything: blood, urine, etc. The only time housekeeping comes in the room IS TO TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER WHILE YOU'RE AT DISNEYLAND. Came back to a scalding hot room in October. Also, for being right across the street from park grounds, you couldn't be further away from an entrance. The people who run this motel left Mumbai where they poop in the street and now want to hold us to the same low standards. Do not stay here.

Hotel with cockroaches They won't replace the room or give you a refund. Only extra money was taken. I didn't even get my deposit back. Never use it. Waste of money. Although the location is good, the cleaning and staff's behavior is terrible
