Great location, Great staff, Good price, clean bed, Yet, Dirty floors. Liked · The location was great. Close to restaurants and Disneyland. Room 108: The bed was clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom was larger than expected (bunk beds, twin size on top and queen size bottom). Quiet area at night. The room was nicely renovated. Staff were very kind and helpful. Disliked · Yes, quiet at night but sleeping in is a NO go. It's nice to know they clean the rooms but your morning wake up call is a LOUD laundry cart frequently rolling pass your room. Slippers are highly recommended because the floors needed to be mopped/ swept... just both! But for the Price, Location and Wonderful staff, I recommend and would stay again.

We booked our room on the Hopper App. First issue, the Hopper App is a scam. Second issue, we get to the hotel and are charged even more money. Third problem, we settle in, go to the parks, come back, open the door and see cockroaches run when we turn on the light. Fourth problem, they wouldn't do anything except move us to a different room or we would have been out money. So we stayed and moved to a different room. Making sure that we watched the floors at all times! I will never stay there again. The customer service was not great until I demanded to speak to the owner. SO, NEVER USE THE HOPPER APP AND NEVER STAY AT THE MAGNOLIA TREE HOTEL IN ANAHEIM. PLUS BEING OVERCHARGED EXTRA AND FIGHTING FOR A REFUND.

This hotel basically has nothing. No toothbrush, no breakfast, no microwave. Basically nothing but soap. Also they charge you $10 for parking. But we were fine because we were staying there just to sleep for Disneyland. But me and my toddlers couldn’t even sleep and you will see why if you listen to this video especially for the first 3 seconds. ( I wish I could uploaded it. ) These motor bike super loud sounds occurred every 10-15 minutes and it kept making my kids jump and it prevented us from sleeping. I contacted the front office and all he said was we can change the room but they have all same equipment so they don’t know if it’s going to make any difference. They didn’t even attempt to fix this issue so we just had to turn off the heater when it was 38 degrees. We are really not happy with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I used this hotel as a cheap, close stay to Disneyland. It worked great for me since I didn't do much other than sleep and shower in the room. The room was small but clean and comfortable for my party of 2. We were also permitted to park one car per room at the hotel for free, but parking does fill up fast and is first come first serve, so it's not always a guarantee that you will have a spot. The hotel had free breakfast which I didn't have since we already made plans elsewhere, but they did mention it was offered at check in. I also opted not to have the cleaning service during my stay since it was only a few days and I didn't need it. Check in and out was super easy and fast, no complaints with this hotel. I would stay here again if I were planning a trip to Disney, but if you're looking to spend time at the hotel, you may be happier somewhere with more space and luxuries.

Poor mattress and pillows. Noisy motel type rooms. Looks recently renovated but has been done badly - the mattress completely collapses even for a 60kg person and the door doesn't close properly. They charge for parking and no coffee making facilities in rooms. Location is good and staff were fine, but I would definitely not stay here again.

The room had a smell to it, it felt humid, the towels looked old. When they remodeled a new upgrade to linen would have been nice! One issue I did have is the knob on the sink. Cold came out hot and hot came out cold-no biggie but can be dangerous as water does get hot quick. The front desk clerk was nice and quick with check in. Decent enough for a one night stay close to Disneyland.

Claustrophobic Trip Hazard! I have never been to a hotel room that has bunkbeds. Not adult friendly at all. Free first come first serve parking in a extremely small parking lot. Poor customer service. Watch your step coming into the room because there's a step unaware of in the dark stuffy room. It looks recently remodeled but not enough space to maneuver within the confined space. I have to eat in bed because there's no seating otherwise. Sleeping at the opposite end of the bed so I won't hit my head on the bunkbed above me in the middle of the night. When asking the front desk about the room the response was you get what you paid for. False advertising from the site that I booked through (Hotel Tonight). I booked weeks ago from out-of-town. This was a horrible experience. For the price that I paid I should've booked at another reputable hotel. A 4 hour drive to be completely uncomfortable.

Everything was great from the moment we first checked in to checking out! The staff was amazing and went above our expectations on fulfilling our needs and making us feel right at home. Everything in the room was clean and up-to-date with a simple yet modern look. There are plenty of choices when it comes to places to eat and a delicious ice cream place right across the street. The walk to Disney was nice and not too far. The kids loved the bunkbed and we definitely recommend this place and will be staying again in the future.

Honestly for a 2 star hotel this place rocked. The staff was so friendly and helped my partner and i lots during our stay. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to Disney land only a 8$ Uber. They also stored our bags for 5$ each while we were at Disney. Rooms were very clean, comfortable bed.

Loved the location of the hotel. 5 minutes from Disneyland and about 10 minutes to the Outlets. Room was clean, but even with the deadbolt lock we could still move the door. Also had the room reserved for 5 people and we were only given 4 sets of towels. When we did end up asking for extra towels they said they were finishing up in the dryer and it would be about 20 minutes. I thought it was a little odd they didn’t have extras on hand. I would stay here again as it was a great price compared to other hotels in the area. Parking lot was clean as well.

We enjoyed our stay here. Basic rooms. Parking is $10 a night. No microwaves.

This place was perfect for our Disney trip! Just a few blocks away! Plus stores are very close. The room was very accommodating! Clean, stocked, and such friendly staff!! Definitely staying here again!

If I would have known of this place before making our other reservations I would have stayed here all week instead. We arrived after hours, but all it took was a phone call to let them know we would be late, and that was no problem. Great customer service, super quick check-in. We had the King loft bed room, easily fit our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 6), the king bed was a true King, and the room was just big enough for the bed, BUT....the room was immaculately clean, mini fridge has a freezer, 50 in.flat screen TV has Dish Network, bathroom has updated fixtures and great water pressure, AC was ice cold. So, figure its like Vegas, you're not there for the hotel stay because you're rarely there, right? What do you really need? A very comfy bed when you're ready to sleep, good shower after a hard night's work, super cool AC, AND a very decent, bonus FREE breakfast. Oh, did I mention FREE parking and no bogus "resort fee". This hotel was cute, the staff was friendly, and they obviously care about their place because it's got what you need. With the money you save, you can afford to take the kids to another day at the park. I know we will stay again.

Fresh, Clean, Modern take on the dated hotel room. We arrived for check-in afterdark and the check-in was easy, safe, and Jenny had great customer service! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights during a family reunion Disney trip. Our first room was fresh, clean, and had an open layout with a king bed and a double/twin bunk. The second room was clean and crisp, and the layout varied with the king bed and the double/twin bunk being separated by a wall. This, giving the bunk area a clubhouse feel, which the kids appreciated. Lots of plenty of counter space, closet space, shelves and the restrooms are huge. Less than 10 min from Disneyland, and caddy corner from Joe’s Italian Ice (which had a huge line out the door). They offer a free basic breakfast, which we never got a chance to try, but is always a convenience. We had no issues ordering a pizza from a local pizza shop, and having it delivered to our room. Parking is one car per room, and there was plenty of parking.

The room was a new and modern style hotel. What I enjoyed was how close it was to Disneyland. Very affordable and clean. Definitely would come back and stay again!

It’s a good hotel - you get what you pay for and this is the cheapest hotel around the area. It’s totally sufficient, not great and the furniture seems right out of ikea but it’s totally sufficient. My only issue is that I had my “do not disturb” sign up while I was gone and house keeping still came in… they did a kinda general/light clean up and my things were fine but my preference if for folks not to come in while my things are around and definitely not when I have the sign up… but overall, it was a good experience.

I loved everything about this hotel except the parking. Super small, very few parking spots and tight to squeeze into. Staff and house keeping were super friendly, rooms were clean. Basic breakfast, 24 hour use of microwave.

The room was very nice for the price. There was a mini fridge, but no coffee maker or microwave which I came prepared for and was fine with. There’s a breakfast room with a microwave, etc. The staff was also nice and accommodating. I’d suggest calling the property before booking though a travel site. They may have a better deal.

VERY CLEAN!!! Great location, staff great, friendly, professional, good price. We didn’t need extra bunk but would have been great for extra person or child. Would highly recommend and will stay there again when in the area. No complaints whatsoever.

amazing service and such friendly staff! we had fresh clean towels everyday of our stay and made sure to stop by the complimentary breakfast daily as well. this is just a prime place overall to get you where you need to go, with so many stores within walking distance. I'd recommend staying here :)

Room was nice but had a very stale smell. Towels was a little Dingy (not white)and satellite TV kept going out. Affordable hotel but can use a slight upgrade in services. Overall staff was nice!

Stayed with my sister for a trip to Disney. My sister was woken up by being bit by a bed big. We checked out immediately (3 am) and slept in our car. They had the nerve to tell my sister nothing was there. Luckily I got a picture for proof. They did nothing to help my sister. Will never ever stay here again let alone recommend.

Excellent choice for those looking to visit Disneyland on a budget. Especially recommended for couples who don't need a lot of extra amenities. Check-in and check-out process was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly. Parking is first-come first-served but we didn't have a problem with this while we were there. Great ice cream just across the street as well. We'd definitely return.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We booked a week before not knowing hurricane Hillary was going to hit and 5 days before our trip we found out and asked if we could cancel or switch our dates to avoid heavy rain driving though the grapevine with 3 children . Booking tried to get a hold of them and they refused to answer. We tried contacting ourselves several times with a man saying he would “call us back” The women we finally spoke to tried to catch us in a “lie” until we confirmed the number, the name of the manager and our emails directly to them with their responses of “getting back to us” She again refused to work with us, saying the rate was way different then the original. (We checked the for that date and it was $3.00 cheaper) We offered to pay any difference and then she hung up on us. How greedy can you be? We weren’t even requesting to cancel we just wanted to change the dates to avoid an accident during a heavy storm.
