    The always forget something, literally always! They never answer the phone so I can't tell them they forgot something as usual and then they don't want to give me what I paid for because i "didn't call" the phone they don't answer. At this point mcdonald's owes me so much food

    This is The worst service and atmosphere that I ever been. Employees look like robot no customer service skills no courtesy skills take long time to get the order done drive through long line waiting period for a simple meal over 20. Minutes . Don't recomend this McDonald's nasty service

    Worst McDonald’s in the area. I get McDonald’s a lot, and this drive thru takes longer and makes mistakes significantly more than other locations. Today they added awful customer service to the list so I will now avoid at all costs. I went through drive through and ordered a meal and 3 orders of hotcakes and sausage, and an apple pie. I use the 20% off deal in the app. Then at the window they tell me the Apple pie is taking a long time and I have to pull forward so they can bring it out to me. Slightly annoying but not a big deal. They bring out my bag of food and give it to me and I immediately notice it’s small so I look through and tell them they are missing two orders of the hotcakes. I check the receipt and see that they enter the order in correctly so I wasn’t charged for the missing items but this also means I have to re-order them. The employee tells me she can’t help me and I would have to go through the drive-through again or go inside the store. I then try to order the missing items in the app, but realize I already use the code so would have to pay full price. So, I go inside and just ask to talk with the manager. I see the employee go to the manager and come back and tell me that it will be a few minutes. I then watch the manager just continue to do normal stuff like put food in bags for a few minutes and then turn around. She doesn’t say a word to me but just asks the other employee “which one?”. He points at me and she just looks at me and doesn’t say a word so I explain what happened and she continues to not say a word and just walks over to the register and punches in the missing items with the 20% off discount and just tells me the cost only. This is where I get really frustrated. I had her my credit card and she runs the payment and hands it back and still without a word starts to walk away and finally I just say “i’m sorry, is this really annoying to you or something?”, and she just says no as she continues to walk away. Not once did anyone even mutter oh sorry about that. I then go and drive away and noticed that the lid on my coffee is not on tight so some spills in my car. Then I get home and noticed they also forgot the hash brown. Never again.

    There’s always people waiting to even get the attention of an employee. I do Uber and have cancelled many orders just because I was standing there. 6 people were waiting and not one employee even turned around to help any of us. It wasn’t even busy. Poor poor customer service. I’m surprised being right around the corner from Disney. I honestly hate when I get an order to pick up there. I just cancel it.

    Drive thru was extremely long, so we decided to walk in and order. Biggest mistake ever. They dont take your order at the register, you have to order at the machines that are small and freeze. Even the employees cant figure out the machines. Asked to speak with a manager, we were told they were not there ans spoke with a lead who rude. Worst place ever. Wish I could have given zero stars.

    Very bad experience here! Paying the cashier more money then I should've because she didn't bother to count it correctly. Apart from that I ask for a plain burger and end up getting everything on it! Just to drive home and find out it wasn't plain. Didn't even eat my meal after all. Avoid this McDonald's!! Lazy workers

    Every single time we come here they can’t get the order right. N if I have 5 burgers please just please give me at least 5 ketchup. It should be standard, I like ketchup with my fries. N if I need something special n ask for it please make sure it’s in my bag. It always happens like why 😩

    Horrible customer service. Cashier claimed to be the manager, highly doubted that. Wanted me to pay for my food twice despite the payment going through the mobile order. Save yourself the trouble and go the extra couple miles to a different McDonalds.

    I ordered a 4a with no pickles (plain crispy chicken sandwich). I ended up with a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and pickles. The fries were cold. The coke was bad. All of this was discovered after we pulled away.

    WOW!!! The epitome of pathetic!!! How on earth did they manage to receive a five star from anyone? The lines are astronomically longgggg, they have no sense of urgency so they can get things moving, the younger workers just need to go back home and learn basic fundamentals in manners and after waiting for what seemed to be 100 years, the one young female (won't call her a lady) saw my hands were occupied but instead of bagging my paper bags per my request she just barely hands the plastic bag to my already occupied hands and walks away. Bet management won't do anything!!!

    They advertised a price on the big screen but the kiosk added some extra 70¢ charge. Apparently they can’t ring you up. The cashiers are apparently not qualified. But deceptive pricing should be illegal

    I'm not sure what happened to quality but you won't find it at McDonald's. The food quality has dropped tremendously & pretty much non-existent since my days as a kid. Prices increase & food quality & flavor decrease. The staff was ok but the food isn't worth the waste of gas sitting in a drive-thru.

    This location has repeatedly missed items in our orders. We have tried to give them several chances but there is something either missing or completely wrong each time we go. Definitely going to other locations from now on.

    This was the WORSE McDonald's I have EVER been in. It was the WORSE SERVICE. We ordered Online and didn't have the option for curbside. We HAD to go through the drive through. Since we were several people we had different orders. We waited 30 minutes in line just to be told that they could only give us 2 orders and had to get back in line for the rest. That was the stupidest thing I had ever heard. Apparently it was a "local policy." This was idiotic. We had ALREADY PAID for our food. Ridiculous.

    TERRIBLE. Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, our order was wrong after confirming several times. Also, there was some sort of black fiber in our son's drink, which we asked for new cup.

    Customer service so so poor. They are talking to each other and don’t care how long customers are waiting for them. About food, if take out they serve you almost cold food. Because you open a paper bag until you go home. And the atmosphere is bad tables and floors are dirty and all the trash cans are overfull.

    Horrible! Had to wait 30 minutes in drive through even through there wasn’t that many people there and so many people working! Got our order wrong too! Also prices are WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than the one on Katella! Never coming here again!

    Ordered meal and 3 shakes for coworkers and it wasn’t even busy( I was the only one waiting). They asked me to pull up to the front while they made my shakes. They came out with my food quickly and behind the lady that brought out the food the other person carrying the shakes went towards the back where the drive through cashiers are at and went around the other side 🤦🏻‍♀️. I waited for 5 mins and nothing(still giving then the benefit of the doubt).So I went into the restaurant and I asked the cashier for the shakes and she’s handed them to me… they were melted and watery😑 point being they lack communication skills. McDonald’s do better 🙄

    Ordered food via app Sunday morning around 9am waited 20min in parking lot, walked inside showed my ticket/stall number only to find out my food was ready just never taken out to me. Food was beyond cold I must admit this McDonald's ALWAYS has horrible service and leadership.

    DISGUSTING TIME THAT I HAD WHEN I WAS THERE ON SUNDAY AFTER 4:30 pm it’s ridiculous how much time I had to wait in the drive thru line on a Sunday. It was about 10-12 minutes waiting for what though??? Do those humans not want to work on a Sunday evening or what. They need to get more workers in there as soon as possible!!!! And then my French fries were barely even warm!!! Never again !!!

    Rude staff, miss making orders, being over all disrespectful when it comes to asking for anything. would recommend you to go the taco stand down the road than the McDonald's.

    Omg! So delicious!!! The fries were the freshest I've ever had and the burgers were juicy and hot! The service was friendly and very fast! There's absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience! Even the sodas were the perfect balance of sweet and bubbly and ice! And they were open late!!! I definitely recommend!!!

    They had rotten ketchup in their ketchup dispensers. And did not replace it after I let them know that the ketchup was bad. The manager just looked at me and did nothing. I will definitely not be eating at this McDonald's. The saddest part is that it is the closest McDonald's to Disneyland which means a lot of people stop there before.

    I don't know where to begin. My wife sent me to pick up dinner for the family and requested our meals be cooked to order. When I asked for that, immediately it seemed the staff got annoyed. After I asked for cooked to order meals again, the guy taking my order tried to say all meals were cooked to order, wink wink. He then spoke to one of his coworkers on his headset, there was discussion back and forth with several of the staff members so then I knew, I was "imposing" on them simply because I asked for fresh cooked food. I was told the chicken nuggets would take 8 minutes so I asked if they wanted me to pull to the side and finally he said , yes. Got home and my order was half and half. Happy meals were cooked to order, my burger and fries were too, but wife's chicken sandwich was nuked! The fish fillet was a hockey puck and 2 orders of our fries were soggy and over salted, we were shocked. I noticed the whole staff seemed completely changed, there were no familiar faces so maybe that was the problem, new staff learning the ropes but, my wife mentioned that the owner of this particular store would be very disappointed if she knew what happened tonight so we hope they can get it together and do better next time for ALL customers.

    No common sense as manager told me I couldnt get something for myself as a costumer .as I was picking up a order told me the your food or there food . Mind you there was no one there no cars in line closed inside . She said it's policy never heard of that anywhere because I've done it multiple times at different McDonald's as well as other restaurants. This lady has a mood mad at people . Come at your own risk . She's there in the morning !
