Worst
McDonald’s
in
the
area.
I
get
McDonald’s
a
lot,
and
this
drive
thru
takes
longer
and
makes
mistakes
significantly
more
than
other
locations.
Today
they
added
awful
customer
service
to
the
list
so
I
will
now
avoid
at
all
costs.
I
went
through
drive
through
and
ordered
a
meal
and
3
orders
of
hotcakes
and
sausage,
and
an
apple
pie.
I
use
the
20%
off
deal
in
the
app.
Then
at
the
window
they
tell
me
the
Apple
pie
is
taking
a
long
time
and
I
have
to
pull
forward
so
they
can
bring
it
out
to
me.
Slightly
annoying
but
not
a
big
deal.
They
bring
out
my
bag
of
food
and
give
it
to
me
and
I
immediately
notice
it’s
small
so
I
look
through
and
tell
them
they
are
missing
two
orders
of
the
hotcakes.
I
check
the
receipt
and
see
that
they
enter
the
order
in
correctly
so
I
wasn’t
charged
for
the
missing
items
but
this
also
means
I
have
to
re-order
them.
The
employee
tells
me
she
can’t
help
me
and
I
would
have
to
go
through
the
drive-through
again
or
go
inside
the
store.
I
then
try
to
order
the
missing
items
in
the
app,
but
realize
I
already
use
the
code
so
would
have
to
pay
full
price.
So,
I
go
inside
and
just
ask
to
talk
with
the
manager.
I
see
the
employee
go
to
the
manager
and
come
back
and
tell
me
that
it
will
be
a
few
minutes.
I
then
watch
the
manager
just
continue
to
do
normal
stuff
like
put
food
in
bags
for
a
few
minutes
and
then
turn
around.
She
doesn’t
say
a
word
to
me
but
just
asks
the
other
employee
“which
one?”.
He
points
at
me
and
she
just
looks
at
me
and
doesn’t
say
a
word
so
I
explain
what
happened
and
she
continues
to
not
say
a
word
and
just
walks
over
to
the
register
and
punches
in
the
missing
items
with
the
20%
off
discount
and
just
tells
me
the
cost
only.
This
is
where
I
get
really
frustrated.
I
had
her
my
credit
card
and
she
runs
the
payment
and
hands
it
back
and
still
without
a
word
starts
to
walk
away
and
finally
I
just
say
“i’m
sorry,
is
this
really
annoying
to
you
or
something?”,
and
she
just
says
no
as
she
continues
to
walk
away.
Not
once
did
anyone
even
mutter
oh
sorry
about
that.
I
then
go
and
drive
away
and
noticed
that
the
lid
on
my
coffee
is
not
on
tight
so
some
spills
in
my
car.
Then
I
get
home
and
noticed
they
also
forgot
the
hash
brown.
Never
again.
