I went there with my wife and son and when we walked in the girl at the register was cleaning so we waited then manager passes by she said are you waiting for you order I said no I need to place an order please then she said use the kiosk for faster service. So I placed an order on a kiosk while I’m on the kiosk, placing an order a lady and her son walk in and the girl at the register take their order placed my order before they did and then another person placed an order and they ended up getting their food before I did and when they gave me my food, french fries was very cold, so I walked up to the counter again. I had to call the employees because they were in the back laughing don’t have to be one and told her yeah I’m on my french fries course with an attitude they took the french fries and then four minutes later yeah it’s froze. They put in a paper bag instead of calling my name. I left it on the counter for about four minutes until she came back and said this is her french fries, french fries, this was by far the worst service ever wow manager and employees have same attitude I felt because I wasn’t Hispanic I didn’t get help I had to use the kiosk, but the other people that were held at the front register they were Hispanic wow can’t believe it I had to give a one star review. Otherwise, if there was negative stars, I would have given them negative star

I just did a order thru the taco bell app to pick up at this taco bell location. I ordered 4 doritos tacos all with extra beef and light on the lettuce. I got all 4 tacos with barely any beef and no freaking lettuce and barely any cheese! And i ordered 2 crunchwraps with extra beef and nacho cheese and again barely any of both... Thats messed up because i paid to get extra on everything and came up short... these workers be acting like if they pay for all the ingredients and stuff... pay attention to what people order and get it together...

I get that its fast food but most of my experiences with this location have been pretty mediocre. Ive started driving a little farther out just to go to a different Taco Bell location for better service and food.

Taco Bell in general hasn't changed much when it comes to their food & flavor which I love. It's the one restaurant that takes me back to my broke High school days after school. Lol. Although prices have increased a bit over the years they still remain affordable for the most part. It kinda sucks that this store doesn't expect coupons but it was the second one I visited that doesn't. I'm not sure why I even get coupons. They should at least have some kid of map on line showing you the ones that do except them in your area. I will say that the portion sizes have decreased even though prices have increased. They fill the tacos with a tiny bit of meat & then shove a BUNCH of lettuce inside and sprinkle a little cheese on top. The pictures that show the tacos & other food items filled with meat is absolutely false advertisements because you don't get nearly how much meat as they show. You get maybe a quarter of what is pictured. Staff is pretty quick but it doesn't feel welcoming at all. So overall unless I'm craving taco bell I don't visit much anymore because I feel it's a rip off for the most part. Way to much money for a taco shell & lettuce with very little meat.

Latte night is open but only if you order online how is dat I go to the drive true shows is open and when you go to the driver true they tell you to use Door Dish to order. This is an error to bring people at Taco Bell late night but they have to order online once they arrive at location… what is this.

Excellent customer service. They put beef in two of my items, but they not only made sure to replace them but also provide free taco coupons. The manager at this location was very kind.

For one you got to order on this kiosk thing and then everyone ignores you at the counter when they bring you the tray and it's wrong, no drink on my tray which is part of the combo and none of my hot, it took me 20 minutes to get my beverage cup and hot sauce and that's a fantasy.

I got a decent amount of food. The star of the show was the Rice Bean nd Cheese Burrito I ordered with Extra cheese Woo I was in for a Surprise 😂 lol they literally meant extra cheese haha I was drinking it. Awesome place Bomb Burrito 🌯 loved it thanks TacoBell!

Food is sometimes hot and sometimes it's not and workers are always rude here , tonight a worker wasn't even looking at me to give me my food and was jus checking his phone, they don't say anything , they don't greet you or anything , their customer service people need more training

Come to Taco Bell if u love sauce!!!! I ordered a burrito, w my favorite sauce nd they knew I love sauce nd I wanted it so they grabbed like two handfuls to compliment my single burrito!!!!!! Come here at 11pm on a Thursday to get a sauced out burrito with sauce AND GET ABSOLUTELY SAUCED OUT!!!!!!😝😜😝😜😝

Can't say much for the atmosphere!!! Did the drive thru, friendly and helpful. Liked the speed they had me in & out in no time.

On 4/30/23 I went threw the drive thur and got 2 beef chalupas. I was craving them and haven't ate ALL DAY. (I haven't had taco bell in yrs bc it hurts my stomach) Big mistake. My stomach was so upset. I didn't eat dinner, went to bed early. Got up at midnight, throwing up, then 30 mins later throwing up and diarrhea. Passed out. 911 came. Hospital. Then test, test came back.....FOOD POISONING!! THANKS TACO BELL, NEVER AGAIN!!!

The chips and cheese we got last night on 4-15-23 were terrible! They tasted like they were fried in old oil, and the cheese had a weird taste like chemicals. DISGUSTING 🤢🤢, took one small bite and had to spit it out and through the food away. We also ordered 2 nachos bel grande, they too had the same problem.

This is the only location of Taco Bell that we go to. We always use the drive thru and we basically order the same thing everytime. We go here at least 10 times per month, each time spending at least $20. They get our order done with outstanding customer service. There HAS been about 6 times altogether that they have messed up our order by not eliminating tomatoes or not giving us the correct burrito, but for the most part they do a very great job at this location.

My kids like the food there, but me personally l prefer something else.

Food was made to order & was given to me in a timely manner. Store was clean & staff is friendly.

Like most places, short staffed so one shouldn't visit at peak hours. Especially since they just brought back Mexican Pizza...Actually closed down in door dining couple days as too busy & short staffed...I left drive-thru as cray busy...went to Lil Caboose instead 😜

Chalupas are my fave but came in for beef burrito two of them one was not even the correct order didn't have time to return it for charged for a wrong order that sucks

Comfortable interior, friendly staff. I usually do not eat fast food, but this taco bell is good. At the kiosk, you can add a variety of toppings to your food. Don't forget the app -order ahead!

Ordered food online through the app and went into the restaurant to pick up my order 7:38pm. Associate asked if I was helped, I said no & mentioned I had an online order. She asked my name & provided me a cup for my drink. I could see they were busy with other customers waiting inside like myself so I waited over 45 minutes, with no one asking me if I still needed help. Finally the manager asked what I needed, I said my online order. She proceeded to say well as you can see we are short handed. I replied how would I possibly know who & how many ppl work there? She said that they called my name several times (not once did they, I didn’t move from my spot ) & she said I never replied so they threw my food away. I said why do you think I was still here? She said she thought I was eating 🤯😳and I could not be refunded ($15.91) I had to call. After waiting for then over an hour I left. I’m on hold w.cust service via the phone 20 mins & counting ….. stay tuned for the resolution. After waiting 32 mins customer service was OUTSTANDING, refund provided & given multiple rewards for the inconvenience.She couldn’t understand why the manager just didn’t apologize & make me another order. So I updated my one star to 3 ONLY due to the fantastic phone representative. Avoid Taco Bell on Brookhurst please!
